This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. If you love nature this casita is just for you. Located 15 minutes from downtown and only a few minutes from stunning hiking and mountain biking trails in the National Park. The property is very much like a botanical garden with fruit trees filling up the back and a wide variety of succulents filling the front. The casita has its own private porch while the property shares two large communal patios with outdoor dining and a fire pit.
