Nice location on top of the mountain. The studio suite is small and cozy, great for a couple. Kitchen was well furnished, the keurig coffee maker was a nice touch. About 11 minutes from Gatlinburg. Would certainly stay there again.

Looking for a nice, cozy, convenient to many attractions, such as Dollywood and food choices…this is it. It’s a beautiful studio-like apartment. We were very close to Dollywood, hence reason we chose here to stay. We would choose here again, when we return. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean and we had everything we need. Yes, bathroom is small as others have stated, but it didn’t affect us whatsoever. Very nice.

this home was beautiful and clean. my family and I felt right at home! the drive up wasn't too bad! the house was very spacious. Robert was very responsive, We had asked for a recommendations for places to eat and he gave us a list which we really enjoyed! highly recommend staying here!

The most peaceful stay I’ve had yet. Very beautiful and serene. House was very clean and as described. I could hear the creak from indoors which amplified my experience. I would definitely recommend bringing some bug repellent but that’s to be expected considering the location. Host was great and very quick with responding which I was very appreciative of. 10/10 recommend! Will be booking again in the future.

This place is great, whether you'd like to stay in or go out and explore. it's right in the middle of everything, but very quiet, which is great. had to book this at the last minute, but it was well worth it!! would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great stay with James and Jenny. We were in town for a wedding and wish we had more time to explore the area.

Exactly like the pictures! They almost don’t do the view justice! The hot tub was one of our favorite parts. We drove about 40 min to Cade’s cove for a hike.. highly recommend. We also stopped at “Burger Master” and “Townsend Abby Pub” where David took great care of us! We will definitely be back to the Rocky Top Retreat!

Loved this location and it was perfect for my weekend get away! I used the second address provided (the Sevierville one) and that worked with Google maps. Steep drive but that is listed - had no problems with my AWD CR-V! Hot tub with a view was lovely and the bed was comfy! Great stay - recommend!

Nice, spacious house with large game room in a quiet neighborhood .The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The location is perfect for going to attractions , restaurants and shopping.

We were delighted with this beautiful bluff home from the moment we arrived. The house was tastefully decorated and immaculate, the rooms were large, the beds comfortable, the game room was inviting, and the view was spectacular. When we want a few quiet days away or a place in the mountains to gather with family and friends, we will certainly be checking to see if Three Pines Lodge is available.

Beautiful home very clean and comfortable we felt right at home, no problems all the entertaining was close by. We relaxed in the big back yard with hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill. We will recommend to our family and friends.

Staying here feels like you're tucked away in a peaceful woodland retreat, completely surrounded by nature—yet amazingly, you're just a short 5-10 minute drive from all the excitement and attractions of Pigeon Forge. It's the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience!

Absolutely LOVED the river and the beautiful sounds of the rippling rocks. The only downfall was the fact that neither the windows or the doors were screened so that you could hear it from inside the house. The reason I booked this is so I could open a window or door at night to hear it. Loved the back deck, it was so relaxing. Neighborhood was very nice and easy to get to. The path along the river was very short, but provided great access to the river. If you like the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge, this location is great. If you don’t, there are alternate routes that feature amazing scenery. Overall, this place was very nice and very responsive.

The cabin was located in a very private gaited community overlooking a spectacular view. Whether it was sunny or raining the deck overlooking the mountains was peaceful and beautiful. The house exceeded our expectations. We look forward to staying at Plein Air again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mark and Kathy's Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how immaculately clean and fresh everything was — it honestly felt cleaner than most hotels we’ve stayed in. As a family with a young child, cleanliness is a top priority, and this place exceeded our expectations in every way. The home was beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, and thoughtful touches throughout. The layout was perfect for our family, with enough room for everyone to relax and feel at home. The hosts were exceptional — warm, communicative, and incredibly helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly to other families looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-equipped place to stay.

Great place to stay kids loved the pool they said they wished we could stay there forever! Lol Overall great close to everything but hidden away in a peaceful and beautiful place!

Keith’s condo is a treasure! It’s a beautiful and thoughtfully designed space. My friends and I stayed here after visiting the synchronous fireflies in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We arrived well after dark, but Keith’s directions made it easy. The condo itself is beautifully decorated. The window bed downstairs has a firm mattress and I slept great. The bed in the loft has a soft mattress topper—my friends said it was like sleeping on a cloud. Come morning, we were stunned by the gorgeous views from each side of the condo. This is a special place that I definitely recommend! Keith was also easy to communicate with. I left a prescription cream behind, and he took the time to reach out to see if I needed it. I appreciated that attentiveness.

We travel a lot and stay in Airbnb's all over. Grant's place was easy to find and so close to the main strip you could walk to it. Grant had great communication and that's something we really respect. If you are going to be in the pigeon forge area, I highly recommend this one due to its location, the host, and the overall feel it gives. It had a nice little porch area to sit and relax as well. As stated, we travel a lot, and this was one of the best ones in my opinion.

It’s a great place to stay. Peaceful and Quiet, but conveniently located to everything.

Awesome area, beautiful place and so much to do even if you don’t want to leave the condo. Very much worth the money! The kids had lots of fun swimming and playing basketball. We will definitely be planning to come back :)

We sat on the balcony every morning and enjoyed the beautiful peaceful river view. Very comfortable and clean home with everything you need. Jackie was very helpful and accessible. Convenient location. Definitely recommend this condo.

Vickie was an amazing host, gave so much detailed information that I didn’t have to question anything and it was just as subscribe we were able to walk to downtown no problem, which is nice because I hate driving through there. The pillows were to die for I have nothing negative to say.!!
