Jack’s Island House was phenomenal. The house itself was clean and extremely well appointed. There were more than enough towels, water pressure in the showers was amazing, the outdoor showers are a dream, the mattresses are comfortable, pillows are fluffy. It was all great. No complaints. The kitchen has more spices than I do at home and every utensil you need to cook. We cooked dinner almost every night. The view is stunning and literally takes your breath away every morning. I will miss morning coffee on the deck looking out at the blue water. I think Jack could charge double for his place- I was truly in awe of where we stayed. We vacation 2-3x per year and usually stay in an AirBnb because we have 3 kids- I can say without a doubt this is the best place we’ve ever stayed at. Both Jack and the house manager were so helpful and responsive for any questions we had. We were so very sad to leave!!!

Kristal's home was everything we needed and more. The house is perfectly laid out and was more than roomy for our group of 6. It is well stocked, and there is a grocery store not far down the road for anything you may need. We cooked a few meals in the house but also went to the restaurants on the island. Kristal set us up with Risa, who was able to help us with golf cart and boat rentals. They picked us up from the airport, gave us a quick tour of the island and the house, and were extremely responsive anytime we had questions. There is a short path from the house that leads to a private beach. Rent a boat from Risa and take a very quick trip to Iguana beach, Pig beach, and Staniel Cay. Or stay on Black Point and see the Blowhole! The locals are so friendly and helpful. This house and the entire island are perfect if you're looking for a relaxing Bahama vacation. I can't say enough great things. We will be back!

My family of 4 spent a week at Beach Blanket and loved it. We went to Exuma so my daughter who is 11, could swim with the pigs. Jennifer’s whimsical decor, that included a portrait of a pig in glasses sold us. The house is very large, beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. While not right on the beach, you get an incredible view and the beach itself is a short walk across the street. Onike, the caretaker was very helpful. She provided quick response to all my questions both before and while we were there. Exuma is an absolutely beautiful place and the locals all very welcoming. I highly recommend and would rent again!

Wow, this place is absolutely stunning! Nestled right on the beach with its own private pool, this house is a true gem. We had a group of nine, and everyone had their own spacious and comfortable room, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend sticking to the host’s recommendations. We tried a restaurant that wasn’t recommended, and it was quite a hassle to get there and out of the way. One thing to note is that the ocean can be a bit rocky, so make sure to bring water shoes. But don’t worry, a pair of flip-flops will suffice just fine. Overall, this place was incredible! I can’t wait to come back. Oh, and Martin was incredibly responsive. We needed a pack and play and paper towels, and they were delivered within 30 minutes.

Our stay at the rental house in the Exumas was an unforgettable family getaway. Traveling with my family, we were looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape—and this place delivered beyond expectations. The home was spotless, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy island life.

Amanda’s place provides Cat island catharsis. Among the most cherished of travel experiences. Cat Island is remote, and so a real chance to disconnect from the world and restore in Bahamian beauty.

We spent 3 short days at The Cedar Beach House and it was simply amazing. From the host helpfulness, to the home being so beautiful, I slept in the master. After a long day of travel the bed was ama,ing, I slept like a baby. The home was clean and provided everything we neeced to cook for ourselves. So happy we chose this airbnb. The value of what we received during this whole experience thank you 'Suga' the host. He doesn't says he is a concierge but he is accommodating and his level of services rises to that. I had family staying in a different airbnb that had concierge services and lets just say Suga blew them out the park. I am incredibly greatful to the host 'Suga' my dad arrived early not only did he pick him up he granted him access to the space early and I'm so thankful because our flight was delayed so many times. I am looking forward to returning and this will be were I am staying on future trips to Exuma!

We rented both the Sun and Moon side for two families. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The collection of extras were fantastic, from beach chairs to the full sized cooler, everything made being away from home easy. The attention to detail was fantastic, I've never once before been to a vacation rental with sharp knives. Every knife in both sides was sharp and ready to use. The pool was better that the pictures do justice, especially at night when the lights came on. The fully lit Basketball court was a great perk for some night games. Seron was very prompt with all messages and gave us a fantastic recommendation for a boat captain for a Staniel Cay adventure which was almost $500 cheaper than most advertised rates. The location is central where you can get to places on both ends of the island easily. If using a rental car, pay the extra money and get something off-road capable. Most beach access and roads to the villa are sporty.

Literally just left Las Breezes Villa. At the airport now, writing this review. Peter was a gracious host giving my family (which arrived earlier than myself) a full walkthrough of the villa and making them feel at home. We were a family of eight that thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was more than enough room for all of us. My mom had her own room. And my niece was overjoyed to have her own space (the sunroom in the master). The kitchen was huge with everything you could possibly need to prepare your meals. There were more than enough quality linens (towels - bathroom and beach, sheets, etc.). Plenty of seating to enjoy hanging out as a family. The rooms are much cooler (A/C units) than open air spaces (oscillating fans). The wrap around deck was large where you could enjoy picturesque views of both sunrise and sunset. The location is super private and peaceful. You will definitely feel safe. We have no reason not to return for another stay.

It is located in Little Exuma in the area where there is almost nothing. House in the tranquility of Barraterre beautiful and has just been renovated all new . Equipped with everything you need It is built on two floors with 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds) each with bathroom A shared bathroom Small but fully equipped kitchen x 4 She also provided us with water and drinks in the fridge. Mirrored Ground Floor. There's a place with a washer dryer and all detergents Outside 4 sun loungers for relaxation. Very windy at night but I don't know if it's the time Jenny(the wife)was always available for anything(she also helped us with excursions)and one morning she cooked us the typical Bahamian breakfast. I'd be back in a hurry! Terrace with a view of thewater

Karin was a fabulous host. We encountered some challenges to start our trip where a different host had double-booked the location we were to stay. Karin was quick to reply and allowed us to check in very quickly. Karin certainly saved the first half of our trip with her great property and the wonderful ocean views. If we come back to Exuma, we will certainly stay with Karin - she's great!

We traveled with a large group of family (adults and children) and this home was in the perfect location and just large enough for us all. Una is the most wonderful host- she felt like family by the time we left! If you're looking for a stay in Georgetown, this is perfect for a big group. As an added benefit, we were able to also rent their Tahoe, and Dingy, which was SO hopeful for trips to the market, as well as cruising and exploring the islands. The hosts were SO responsive, answering any question or responding to any need within minutes. We felt safe in the home, and often walked all around town. Georgetown is a wonderful spot on the island, one we will return to again. The oceans nearby are out of a movie, the bluest and clearest water I have ever seen. Our trip was a fairytale, and we could not have done it without Una and this home!

Wow! What a gem of a place! I don’t know where to start. Everything was just PERFECT! It’s our second trip to Exuma and couldn’t have been happier to find Angeline’s place. It’s 15mins from the airport, 5 min walk to one the best beaches of Exuma, Jolly Hall. The villa has one of the best views of Jolly Hall beach/bay as it sits on top of the hill. The balconies on the second level provide stunning views of the area and perfect for watching the sunrise! The pool and deck beach chairs in the backyard were the cherry on the cake. We enjoyed the early morning sun while sipping on coffee. It also provided the perfect privacy. Angeline has provided everything we needed for our stay. We loved cooking in the spacious and beautiful kitchen. We loved the modern feel of the villa and was just beautifully laid out. Thank you Angeline for being a great host and for letting us enjoy our stay in Exuma. And thanks you Cleo for your help keeping the place clean! We will come back! Max

The absolutely most gorgeous place. You felt like you were staying in someone's family home, not a sterile Holiday Inn. The rosemary bush was an absolute godsend and cooking in the kitchen was a total joy. The views are insane, and the water is just unbelievable. Martino was wonderfully communicative and on top of things without being overbearing. The bugs weren't too bad actually, we just brought some herby spray and that worked a treat. Totally ideal house!

Awesome stay on Tar Bay! House was set up perfect with pod style rooms. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Location was perfect, close to airport and stores. Beach was amazing and often secluded. Nemiah was always helpful. Can’t wait to be back!!

Paradise Perfected!! I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and rarely is one so well appointed with such beautiful attention to detail as Flip Flops on the Hill. The home was lovely while also being cozy and comfortable which is a hard balance to strike. We were 4 couples of lifetime friends that enjoyed hours of leisurely morning coffee chats overlooking 50 shades of blue - where we easily walked to when we were ready to sit with our toes in the sand and wrapped up every evening rehashing both old and new memories on that fantastic screened porch. We will be back!

Everything was lovely. Just outstanding! Host was responsive. The managers was very consistent with getting our needs met. Definitely will be recommended for future visitors or for us we sold love to stay again. Even if it’s just to be near the beach for the day!
