House holiday rentals in Pieve A Nievole

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a private, enclosed complex in beautiful surroundings. We had a wonderful view of the Tuscan countryside from the terrace. The apartment was very nicely and functionally furnished, very clean and very well equipped with everything one might need for a stay. The accommodation has access to a large swimming pool. There are many interesting places for short trips in the surrounding area. We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely want to return soon.

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

Beautiful place. Clotilde is friendly and helpful. Tranquil large garden and fantastic pool. Great for kids, our one year old loved running around in the grass. Excellent kitchen for cooking at home. Location is very convenient to Lucca and some charming small towns. The Esselunga in Pescia (10 min drive) is one of the best supermarkets I’ve ever seen.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Herzen der Toskana! Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft schön in der Natur – umgeben von sanften Hügeln, Weinbergen und unzähligen Olivenbäumen, die in der Sonne silbern schimmern und das Landschaftsbild einfach magisch machen. Die Aussicht ins Tal ist atemberaubend schön – man könnte stundenlang einfach nur dastehen und schauen. Der 28 Meter Pool? Besser geht es nicht – perfekt gelegen mit Panoramablick, absoluter Ruhe und einer Atmosphäre, die zur puren Entspannung einlädt. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Menschen: Jacopo, Sophia und ihre Kinder haben uns mit einer so herzlichen Offenheit empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie bei guten Freunden gefühlt haben. Es ist einfach schön, solchen Menschen zu begegnen – authentisch, warm und voller Lebensfreude. Und dann war da noch Luba, die Schäferhündin – ein echtes Herz auf vier Pfoten! Sie hat uns jedes Mal mit solcher Freude empfangen, dass wir sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Wir haben mit einer größeren Freundesgruppe das Haus gemietet und waren wirklich sehr begeistert. Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage in toller Natur! An der Ausstattung lässt sich auch nichts aussetzen. Insgesamt eine toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus!

Magnifique propriété au cœur de la Toscane à proximité des principales villes à visiter (Florence, Pise, San Gimignano et Sienne). L’appartement était très propre, parfaitement équipé et chauffé. La cheminée est un vrai plus. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel, avec un sentiment d’être comme à la maison. L’accueil de Giuliana et Isabella a été très chaleureux. Nous reviendrons!

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

Magnifique maison, avec le charme de l'ancien et une vue à couper le souffle. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus et on s'y sent bien. D'autres personnes peuvent également être sur place, car la maison est séparée en plusieures parties. De notre côté, nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec les voisins, et l'endroit est suffisamment grand pour avoir son espace à soi. La communication avec Barbara était très bien, elle nous a fourni toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin et répondait promptement. L'arrivée en voiture n'est pas si compliquée, il faut simplement s'assurer que le GPS évite une route fermée. Nous avons suivi les instructions de Barbara et tout s'est bien passé. Dans l'ensemble, cette maison nous a permis de passer un bon moment, de nous relaxer pendant nos vacances, et son charme authentique a provoqué quelques touches de nostalgies.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous étions deux familles : deux couples et 5 enfants en tout, et la maison nous est apparue très spacieuse. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique, et c'est un plaisir renouvelé chaque jour que de la contempler. En outre la maison est située à un endroit idéal pour visiter la région. Location hautement recommandée!

The best experience we have ever had with Air BnB, Alessia and Galia are the most wonderful people and have been so welcoming and helpful with our stay here. Perfect for children with a garden to play in and a great house to sleep. We were even met with fresh produce from their garden, cherries and zucchinis and a freshly baked cake - what more could you ask for. There are air con in the bedrooms and the house is cool and super clean. We love this place and would love to return here again next year. So if you are looking to find an authentic and peaceful retreat very close to montecatini terme, then this is the place to stay. Thank you so much for the stay and your hospitality 🙂🙏🏻

My husband and I had the great pleasure of spending 8 days at this beautiful Airbnb. Truly, this is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! With big intentions to explore the Tuscan area we essentially did nothing and stayed put. Why? It's just that beautiful. The view is spectacular, and the accommodations are very comfortable. The hosts have provided everything you need for a deep relaxing holiday. Of course if you choose to explore, there is much to see and do in the local area. We'll save all of our exploring for next time! Thank you Sylvia and Julio for a magic vacation.

The hosts were very kind and welcoming. 7 Panorama was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need or want.We especially appreciated the breakfast supplies and the bottle of Tuscan wine. Everything was really nice. Eva was sweet and helpful. We enjoyed our vacation. (It would be even better if there was dishwasher, but it is not so important.)

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans un endroit cosy, décoré avec goût. Allessandra et Égizia étaient très accueillantes et très soucieuses de notre bien être. Si nous revenons dans cette région, nous ne manquerons pas de reprendre contact. Bon compromis pour visiter Florence. belle région de Pistoia.

Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit unique, chargé d'histoire et situé dans un cadre remarquable. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, discrets et très réactifs. Il faut également souligner la présence sur place de Donatella, une personne exceptionnelle. Nous ne pouvons que vous encourager à découvrir ce lieu unique

Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber das gehört bei so einem kleinen Bergdorf wohl dazu (ebenso wie die leckere örtliche Pizzeria). Haben die Unterkunft als Basis für Ausflüge in die ganze Toskana genutzt, man könnte aber alleine für die Landschaft mehrere Tage dort bleiben.

This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful places and my time in Italy was absolutely wonderful. I adored reading in the hammock and loved their cat! Monica and Franco are fabulous. Grazie Mille!

Selten so eine nette Gastgeberin gehabt. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein von Domenica selbstzubereitete Toskanische Spezialität In der 2 Woche eine selbstgemachte Pizza und zum Abschied selbstgemachte Marmelade 👍 Ich kann das alles nur zu 100% weiter empfehlen Und was besonders zu erwähnen ist : Die RUHE

Akribisch renoviertes und liebevoll möbliertes altes Steinhaus mit 2 begrünten Terrassen am Rande eines Weilers, umgeben von Olivenhainen, völlig ruhig, keine weitere Infrastruktur. A/C mit Heizfunktion. Küche bestens ausgestattet (Geräte, Geschirr, Utensilien, Gewürze, Öl , Spüli etc.) Modernes Bad, ausreichend frische Handtücher. 2 Schlafzimmer (Durchgang) und Bad/WC im Obergeschoss, Wohnzimmer und Küche im 1. Stock. Im Untergeschoss separates kleines Appartement mit Bad/WC und Küche und Waschmaschine. Zur Begrüßung erwarteten uns Wein, Wasser und ein Frühstück. In Empoli (ca 10 min.) großes Einkaufszentrum, Geschäfte und Lokale. Wer antike Architektur und Möbel, Natur und Ruhe liebt wird sich wie wir sehr wohlfühlen! 🤩 Aufgrund mehrerer steiler Treppen für Kleinkinder und mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen nicht zu empfehlen. This is a great little place to stay in picturesque Montecatani Alto, close to the square and nice restaurants and wine bars. Federica is a lovely and extremely helpful host!

Our stay at Antica Dimora il Murrotto was wonderful! The village of Lanciole is located in the mountains of Tuscany in an incredibly beautiful landscape, accessible via a serpentine that is fun to drive through. The historic house is beautiful and furnished and decorated with love down to the smallest detail. It offers every comfort, for example a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom etc., it is large and clean. The hostesses Silvia and Nicole are extremely friendly and helpful and always available. You immediately feel at home. Excursions in the surrounding area, to Lucca, Pisa etc. are easily possible by car. We can definitely recommend this wonderful house with the hostesses Silvia and Nicole, it was a wonderful experience. We will come back if we have the opportunity. Many thanks for the wonderful time and everything!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce charmant hébergement. Parfait pour les petites familles. Un lit de bébé avait été prêté par les hôtes. La cour est idéale pour manger dehors et profiter de la verdure. Le spa était super agréable le soir. De là nous avons visité Lucca et Montepulciano, deux villes coup de coeur, ainsi que Florence. La boulangerie du coin, Antica Pasticceria Giovannini Buggiano, offre des pâtisseries sublimes. Plusieurs supermarchés à proximité. Bref, nous recommandons chaudement si vous séjournez en Toscane.
