Very nice and luxurios house with all nessecities. Quiet, but still close to beach, supermarket and good traditional restaurants. A big house for 4 persons!

The place is amazing !! One of the best place I stayed in. The jaccuzi is very nice. Everything is decorated well and feels like home ! It is also very clean. Amazing stay! Felt right at home. There is EVERYTHING and more you could need for short (or long) stay. The views are breathtaking, the area in general has a lot to offer-from mountains to the beaches to the cultural sites and buzzing towns. Theodoros was very nice and had solid recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. The pool obviously was a blessing on hot days. We highly recommend this place and would come back anytime.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house! The location was perfect - the house is in a quiet area, but only twenty minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, the airport, the center of Thessaloniki and two minutes from the water park. The area around the house is very large, so the children had plenty of space to play. The inside of the house was very clean and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners of the house are very responsive and promptly resolved any issues. Our family was greeted very warmly. Ermolaos and his wife Dimitra were very caring. It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for us when we checked into the house and saw a pie on the table that Dimitra had baked for us! Ermolaos is very friendly and he helped us a lot to adapt and provided a lot of useful information about local restaurants, entertainment and the best beaches. We recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay during the holidays.

We liked the stay! The hosts were very flexible with our arriving and check out times. The rooms were good, the kitchens great, bathrooms fine. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the BBQ. To manange future expectations: beds are a little hard, hot water was medium, and there were some bees at the pool. Apart from that. Amazing place, book it!

Great place for summer vacation.

Beautiful house in a quiet location with well-kept garden and pool that was cleaned every day. It matches photos and description. The house is clean and there was everything you needed. The host is very friendly and provided fruit and water to welcome you. Although he does not speak English and we unfortunately do not speak Greek, the communication worked smoothly and he responded immediately to requests. A car is recommended as there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Overall, we were very comfortable and highly recommend a stay.

The villa offers much more than what can be seen in the photos. Surrounded by toll pine trees and flower bushes, beautifully set, it offers peace and quite away from crowds and noises of the nearby resorts. It has so much space and amenities, it feels like having a small 5 star resort all to yourself. Pantelis as a host is in the league of his own. Simply exceptional. Attention to detail, helpful, proactive and a great communicator. And while always attentive, he was never even the slightest bit intrusive. Our privacy and the ability to completely relax was respected completely, while anytime we needed anything, he was on it in minutes. We stayed 5 nights, a family of 6 adults and 3 children and I must say that Nikos's villa is simply stunning! It looks exactly like the pictures, the pool is very large and the area outside is huge and very suitable for families with children who like to run around. Also, its location is excellent, 2 minutes drive to the beautiful promenade of Afytos, where there are many restaurants and boutique shops. In addition, there is a a beautiful beach right next to the Villa, look's likes the Maldives. Nikos was very helpful, answered us 24/7 for any questions we had, guided us in Afytos and even let us check in early and check out late due to a change in our flight, of course we appreciated it very much. I highly recommend and we will definitely will be back.

George is one of the kindest host I've ever met. His Villa creates best atmosphere for local Greek vacation. If you want to rest, swim and eat definitely recommend ❤️

beautiful villa and great views from the balconies. extra clean. very good bakery, coffee and restaurants in the lively town center. we spent relaxing time in the village, but also went to multiple beaches and also hiked in the mount olympus park (and, yes, we reached Mytikas :) after 2 weeks on some greek islands we loved being in a « real village » with only local people! totally recommend this experience!

5 stars with the value of the cabin, it was spotless and fragrant. It was wonderful and a sign of hospitality that they had turned on the air conditioner because of the heat to welcome us. It is a fully equipped penthouse, even for a grill if someone wants, but it also has brochures to order. He also had a pharmacy and many kinds of mosquito repellents. Finally, it was very positive that you could book only one night.

The accommodation was spotless, the hostess impeccable and helpful! The jacuzzi as well as the projector area were wonderful. We had a great time and we will definitely choose it again!
