This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Cygnet’s Watch is a gorgeous little self contained cabin with tiny house vibes on a house ship 25 minutes from Brighton. Visit the buzz of the city’ and return back to the tranquility of The Proud Mary. *My boat itself is an ongoing project so isn’t perfect yet but is charming and is accessed by a 100 metre walk through a working boatyard. It’s not a tourist style marina so please take that onboard before booking. I live next door. No pets sorry.

This historic, beautiful house sits right on the river Ouse with amazing views out all the windows. With 2 gardens for your use, the main one is right on the riverbank. The site is home to the last bottle shaped kiln in the country, built around 1817. This flat is in the loft space and is professionally clean before each guest. With nearby walking routes, the beautiful town of Lewes close as well as Brighton a short drive away. There are also at least 14 castles with about an hours drive!

Off road parking is available at all times. The suite has its own bathroom with shower, sink basin and toilet.Also offer tea and coffee facilities. Located on the 14 bus route which takes you directly into Brighton.The bus stops are literally right outside and run every 15 minutes. 2 miles from Newhaven ferry port.

Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Had a lovey weekend at Salome’s place. Great location opposite the station and surprisingly quiet. We had the ground level floor - bedroom and spotless bathroom - to ourselves and full use of downstairs kitchen / living area. Salome was a lovely host, and kindly let us stay enjoying tea and toast all morning on our last day. Will stay here again on our next Seaford visit.

Stayed at Michael's place before. It is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well furnished. They provide great tea & coffee facilities, freash milk every day. The shower room is well fitted and spotlessly clean. Toiletries privided in the shower. Fluffy towels The view from the bedroom looks out on Saltdean and the sea. Comfortable bed and linen Great recommendation of VIP pizza restaurant and using the Saltdean Lido is a must. Both within 15 min walk. Will definitely return Thanks

Having stayed with Diets last year, we knew how welcoming and easy-going she is! The room is bright and airy, the bathroom is large and spotlessly clean and it is convenient to have an area to eat supper and breakfast (breakfast items were provided by Diets). The accommodation is pet-friendly, with a bed and bowls available and special liver treats, which were very much enjoyed by our dog! The location is excellent for walks along the beach or coast path but also access to the ferry to Dieppe. Thank you Diets for another lovely stay.

I stayed at Chloe's for one night to get the ferry on the next morning. Chloe's most welcoming and kind, and was very helpful in my particular case. The room is quiet, clean and comfortable, very conveniently located to get the ferry.

Really lovely, quirky house, in beautiful countryside. Peaceful. Friednly host. Greeted with tea and biscuits. Lovely breakfast of tea, granola/muesli and spelt toast. Would definitely recommend.
