It was a great stay, a block from the beach. We did everything on foot. And the condominium is complete: swimming pool, fitness center, mini market. Jaison was attentive, he made our check-out flexible. Too bad the view from the bathtub is very different from the photos, unfortunately there is no more green area there, but a huge construction site. They're building buildings. But other than that, it was great. I'd come back more often.

Very nice house. Super comfortable. Very helpful and attentive host whenever we need. The house is a show in itself, it is worth it for both summer and winter, since it has a fireplace and also a heated pool. We felt at home.

The apartment perfectly matches the ad. Wonderful view, excellent location with market and pharmacy nearby. Super well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and super spacious bathrooms. Julian and Dida super attentive. There is only an alert for those who rent and go with a very large car, pickup trucks can have a certain difficulty with the parking space of the apartment, since the access is by curved ramps. We loved hosting and would be back for sure.

The sobradinho is very clean and very tidy. Full of facilities such as TV, internet and kitchen utensils. We had a great hospitality with great care and attention.

We spent a great New Year's at Dilson's place. The house is well-equipped, including beach items and a separate freezer. A great house to accommodate 6 people. Communication with Wilson and Dilson was very fluid and they were always very helpful. The house is 10 minutes away from the beach. It's a place I'll definitely be back at another time!

Although check-in and communication is with a outsourced person, it is excellent in every way, attentive, kind and predisposed. You walk approx 100mts to the beach, condominium of many apartments very tidy, clean and with first class facilities. Supermarket behind the condominium with direct communication to it. Security 10/10. One point against: the double bed is small for a person with a large structure like me, which did not interfere with our week being excellent. It is certainly the best place to stay if you visit Penha.

Great location, apartment according to photos The only problem we had was with the shower in the suite, which burst. We waited for the person to fix it, but he didn't show up. There were 7 of us and only 1 shower working, which made us very upset. On the last day, everything was clarified by the hosts.
