Villa holiday rentals in Piano di Sorrento

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

Ok this place was just incredible! The location was simply perfect, away from all the hustle and bustle of the big city and tucked away in a very unique and cute seaside marina town on the Mediterranean, yet close enough to all major famous spots. The breathtaking views and the feel were much nicer than what you would get from the surrounding famous spots like Capri or Positano. The house is the best property I have ever been to on vacation. This house is put together with taste and with lots of love. Every corner is thoughtfully designed and decorated. It was spacious and comfortable (family of 6) and would easily fit 8. The hosts Simona and Gianluigi were just the icing on the cake for this property. They are genuine and cheerful hosts who do not shy away from lending hand. They made us feel like we were staying at some of our relative's house. Be sure to book a private in-house dining experience at the house with a private chef. You will thank me later for this!

Daniela and her mother are the most hospitable people from helping us by picking us up from the station and dropping us off. They went above and beyond especially during our transportation mishap, they were making calls and trying to translate due to language barriers. Daniela offered a lot of useful travel information on what to do and where to go. Overall, our stay was extremely pleasant and highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at the villa was perfect. It is easy to reach near towns such as Sorrento, Piano di Sorrento, Naples, Pompeii and Positano via car. I would highly recommend hiring a small car; we had a 4-door corsa which was just small enough to navigate the narrow drive-way and roads. The villa itself is clean and tidy with everything that you need such as a washing machine, oven and hob, spacious fridge, 3 bathrooms, two bedrooms and a large decking area. We really enjoyed using the barbecue and pool. The pool is completely private and is only a few steps away from the house. Nunzia was very responsive and answered all our enquires promptly. Umberto also answered our enquiries prior to our stay and gave us great recommendations for car hire and excursions. Overall, I think this place is definitely worth the price and allowed us to have a great week in Italy.

We had a lovely stay in the villa, highlight definitely being the outside area. Able to walk to the centre in around 15-20 mins and taxis were usually €25-30 for a single trip back up the hill. The villa was very clean and Fortunata was very helpful with any queries and check in/ check out!

What a beautiful home in a beautiful location! Views were incredible, sitting on the balcony for breakfast was just perfect. The apartment was comfortable and clean. It had all the things we needed. The host Teresa was so friendly and helpful. We had help with our bags to the apartment from Mario who also gave us lots of useful local recommendations. I would recommend this place and definitely go back again. Thank you Teresa.

Valeria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer sofort erreichbar ist und alle Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus, das Grundstück und die Aussicht sind wunderschön, gepflegt und sauber. Was man wissen sollte, das Haus liegt abseits und sehr hoch. Die Straßen dorthin sind sehr kurvig und eng. Die Auffahrt in das Grundstück ist leider nicht sehr einfach und steil, ein kleineres Auto wäre besser gewesen. Am Ende hat es aber mit ein paar Tricks von Valeria geklappt. Es gibt einen kleinen Ort, der zu Fuß in 10min zu erreichen ist. Dort erhält man alles was benötigt wird, sowie eine Eisdiele und Restaurants. Wenn man gerne eine größere Auswahl haben möchte, muss man mit dem Auto los, da etwas entfernt und die Straßen sind zudem für Fußgänger sehr gefährlich. Amalfi, Positano und Capri sind super mit der Fähre aus Sorrent erreichbar. Auch hier waren die Tipps von Valeria sehr hilfreich. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und ich kann die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Valeria

The Feeling Italy team was amazing. Right from the start Ross helped us plan the perfect dream vacation to the beautiful Amalfi Coast. Not one detail was overlooked and we got to experience every aspect that this incredible destination had to offer. The private drivers got us everywhere safe and efficiently from the very moment we entered Italy. Once we arrived we didn’t worry about a thing because Nicolo was with us every step of the way answering all of questions concerns and kept us on timeline so wonderfully. He even gave us the experience of a lifetime, by bringing us into town to meet the locals and enjoy the victory of the Napoli team winning the championship! There isn’t anything else we could have hoped for on this trip and Feeling Italy/Ross and Nicolo are the best choice for planning such an adventure. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to be back and reunited with these amazing people, the town of Sant’Agata and all of the beauty it has to offer! Highly recommended to all!

Our days at Villa Torre de Giglio were wonderful! This was a long planned reunion holiday with dear friends from Italy (we are from US) . The visit was made terrific by the hospitality and beautiful and comfortable surroundings of your home. All 11 of us had a relaxing and fun vacation. Lucia (the property manager) was so helpful and the people of Massa (the village the villa is located in) were so welcoming. We loved each day!! Lucia helped us with the luggage up the large hill driveway. We especially loved the pizza party and kareoke which as an optional add on hosted by Lucia and husband. What a treat. Lucia answered all our questions and met our needs. My Italian was not great but we had technology to help us!! The hill up to the house is a significant one (I would not recommend it for the disabled or elderly) but fine for our heathy group. The bus to Sorrento was only 15 minute ride on bus (2 euro) and comes every 20 minutes to Massa city center. Hope we come again

There are a lot of villas to search through in Sorrento, but really you should stop your search here. This location was absolutely perfect: views of the ocean, Mt Vesuvius, and the sunset; extremely helpful and kind hosts; beautiful gardens; and amenities to make you feel completely relaxed. Carlo and Emanuela have put so much time and care into making Villa Carolina an absolute pleasure to stay at. Recommend for anyone heading to Sorrento that wants to experience an Italian villa!

Positano Paradise! 🤩 Laura's Villa exceeded expectations! Stunning interiors, breathtaking views from the immense terrace 🌊🏙️. Exceptional hosts Laura and Luca were - responsive, helpful & provided insider tips on restaurants, beaches & local activities. Homemade dinner on the patio was a highlight with Luca and his wife🌟. Meatballs & local fish dishes were divine! 🍴 10/10 would stay again. Highly recommend for unparalleled beauty & hospitality ❤️. Perfect base for Italian getaway. A wonderful stay at Il Carrubo. Great villa and amazing location. You definitely need a car but would recommend something small for the last 800 metres. The local town of St Agata is brilliant with a really friendly local community, some great restaurants/cafes, a supermarket and some fantastic local grocery stores selling some beautiful fresh produce. Easy access to Sorrento for the train up to Pompei and found a great car park near the station at circa €25 per day. Raffaella and Loredana were great hosts and were always quick to answer any queries or offer any tips etc. All in all, an amazing stay and an amazing villa in an amazing location. Thank you so much.

First..the property was absolutely breathtaking, not going to lie, there are many steps getting to the villa but worth it…the whole town is full of steps but the small town of 600 is charming. Miriam and Francesca were wonderful hosts, always available for anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this villa.

This villa was absolutely beautiful, and Assunta was a great host. She was so friendly and welcoming, and gave us complimentary lemons from her own garden, as well as a bottle of wine. This villa was in a fantastic location, right in the middle of shopping and a short walk down to the beach and more restaurants. The patio and garden views were amazing, even better than the listing photos! If we ever come back to Positano, we would stay here again!

Massimo,francesca and family are the perfect hosts. They are so helpful and go above and beyond. Their villa is an ideal location for exploring this stunning area of italy. The villa is spacious,the court yard is ideal to sit and relax,roof terrace has a wonderful sea view with sun loungers. The pool is just an added bonus. A perfect villa to either relax or an ideal base to explore the amalfi coast. I must also mention valentina who was also so helpful and informative. Do not hesitate in booking this villa you will enjoy every second you spend here.

What a dream vacation! Simone was very nice and helpful, gave us a lot of useful information about restaurants around us, helped us book transport and supplied us with water on the late evening we arrived without anything to drink. He is a very friendly host and very professional. The apartment is way nicer than what you see on the pictures, it is a little oasis in the middle of Massa Lubrense. The pool is clean, the beds are comfy and the lemon trees in your own garden are beautiful. We had one of our best vacations here and we can easily recommend this apartment to anyone! Pierluigi was really helpful and the villa is amazing. We had great views and loved walking into town to get fresh fish for the barbeque. The hike down to the closest beach was a good work out and totally worth it. Couldn't have asked for more.

très beau logement typique italien avec cuisine équipée,SDB privative, terrasse, piscine, parking gratuit et fermé devant le logement. Antonnio nous à acceulli en parlant assez bien le français. Il donne de bons conseils sur les visites aux alentours. la pizzeria à 2 minutes à pied est excellente. très bonne adresse

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt in einer total schönen Villa. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie in alle 4 Villen und hatten daher den ganzen Außenbereich für uns, was sehr toll war! Vincenzo ist total hilfreich bei allen Fragen und super freundlich. wir können die Villen von Vincenzo zu 100% weiterempfehlen! :) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

we had a fantastic stay at Patti's place. It was a brilliant location, the pool was a great addition to have during warm days and Patti gave us some really good restaurant recommendations. I would have no hesitation in staying here again if returning to the Sorrento area.

Alberto’s place is absolutely gorgeous. A convenient location and such a lovely property, that despite being so well-situated, we stayed in quite a few nights and made use of the jacuzzi and BBQ. Alberto was a friendly host and turned up on our 2nd morning with fresh pastries and 2 more sets of keys without us even having to ask for them. We would highly recommend this airbnb and will hopefully be back in the future. Thanks again Alberto

Valerio’s huis was gezellig en het uitzicht fenomenaal! Je kunt vanuit het huis helemaal naar zee wandelen - heen naar beneden, terug naar boven, dus wel een klim. Er zijn ook allerlei andere wandelingen, echt zo leuk! Het dorpje is geweldig; kleine supermarkt, slager en fantastisch koffie-ijs-broodjes zaakje. Probeer nioccola, onze nieuwe fav smaak!! Enige minpunt: het was echt koud in de avond en voor de verwarming moest je betalen, geen ramp, maar wel jammer. Verder fantastisch!
