New bright modern apartment on the beach

A few steps from the beach and the center is the FARO DELUXE apartment on the ground floor with balcony and large veranda with pergola, it is comfortable, bright, convenient and newly built. For your relaxation on the balcony you will find comfortable armchairs, sofas and a large table with chairs. In front of the structure there is the splendid beach and the small port, the starting point for the many excursions that are organized daily. Parking is included in the reservation.

Independent villa within a residence about 1.5 km from the town and the beach. The Mediterranean garden is a strong point, large, exclusive and equipped with everything. Two large terraces. Outdoor kitchen and shower. It enjoys a splendid view of Mount Cofano, Erice and the Egadi. The house is equipped with all the comforts. On the same block, you can find a small market and being very close to the center, all the clubs and the various small shops are within walking distance. Brand new and equipped with every comfort, it has a kitchen living room, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is in the room. Included in the price, we take care of the initial cleaning and final disinfection.

We had a truly fantastic stay at "Villa Lia" near San Vito Lo Capo! The place was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped, making our visit very comfortable. The absolute highlight, however, was the magnificent sea view. It was breathtaking to wake up to every day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Beautiful house, equipped with all kitchen utensils, barbecue, sheets and towels and also beach equipment such as deck chairs, umbrellas and various inflatables. The house is tidy, clean and well-kept. The outdoor space is a plus in the evening to enjoy a quiet dinner outdoors. Asino and Davide were very kind in recommending places of interest and restaurants not to be missed.

This is a hidden gem in the heart of San Vito Lo Capo! We stayed at this very cozy apartment for 10 days - and what an apartment! The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the city and 100 meters from the beach, restaurants and shopping. It is clean and has everything you need for your stay. One of the best parts was the balcony where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine and relax after a long day at the beach. There is a small and cozy outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for us and we could make our own food as well. The best part was however the hosts, Vita & Giuseppe!! So kind and warm and full of great suggestions We will definitely be back to San Vito Lo Capo and stay at Vita & Giuseppe’s apartment!

Sea and land Holiday with jacuzzi

Great host! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the booking to the comunication to the checkout everything was perfect. Clean flat, everithing just 2 years old so uou could say it still new. Working jacuzzi with an amazing view. 1 min from the sea and carpark just in front. We will come again for sure in the future. We are a family of 4, 2 adults, one 7 and one 2 and there was enough space to sleep and move around.
