Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

Our stay at Leonardo’s place was absolutely unforgettable! First of all, Leonardo was an exceptional host—by far the best we’ve ever had on Airbnb. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. As a thoughtful gesture, he greeted us with homemade cake on our first day and even shared fresh zucchini from his garden—such a warm and personal touch! The home itself exceeded our expectations; it was even more beautiful than the photos. Every detail was perfect—from the cozy rooms and stunning views to the relaxing pool and the magical fireflies that lit up the night. The entire setting was peaceful, private, and had a wonderfully romantic atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a special getaway. Such a beautiful, peaceful place to spend a few days! It was central to many tours and activities, great for exploring! Luca was a wonderful host and ensured we were happy and had everything we needed. The restaurant was great! I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better! Completely exceeded our expectations!

We absolutely loved this apartment, it was spacious and spotless, with modern bathrooms and the most perfect “farmhouse” kitchen. The view from the apartment and infinity pool was breathtaking. It’s the best Airbnb we have stayed in!

This place is such a gem! The hosts work hard to make sure your stay is very comfortable. Someone is at reception most of the time to answer questions or help with recommendations! The room we stayed in (Olivo) was perfect. It had a small kitchen with beautiful views and the nature of the building is "Tuscany Picture Perfect" You definitely need a vehicle to Get around unless you plan on taking a taxi and staying at the location (which is very doable since they have a restaurant and serve you breakfast every morning) The pool is beautiful with picture perfect hills of Tuscany while you swim! They have a small playground and a large yard with tables where you can sip wine or have a picnic! The bed was very comfortable and our stay here was very relaxing! The restaurant had such an amazing food as well! 10/10 would recommend!

Licias Villa Cerfoglio is a real gem in the middle of the hills of Emilia-Romagna. The house and location are wonderful and even though the weather was unfortunately not so nice, we spent some cozy days thanks to the open fireplace. The view is wonderful in clear sky and Licia welcomed us with lots of treats and nice words. This place leaves nothing to be desired. The two bathrooms are also nicely equipped and everything was very clean! We were really very satisfied. Reality surpasses the photos! Thanks again to Licia!

Santina and Piero were very kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The house is as described and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Recommended for relaxing and enjoying the nature of the surroundings.

We cannot say enough about how fantastic our stay was. Maybe the most gorgeous property we’ve ever seen - even better than the pictures! Pia was incredibly helpful, sent us a whole printout of recommendations for different restaurants, wineries, and things to do. She is incredibly kind, responsive, and proactive - she thought of everything you may need during your stay and gave us a tour of our home. Waking up in the Tuscan countryside and watching the sun rise over the vineyards was relaxing and beautiful. The sunsets were breathtaking to see over the rolling hills in Chianti. Castellina was a cute little town with fantastic places to eat and panoramic views of the valley. And on top of all that, we made a new friend in the Public Relations Manager, Teo - you can be sure you’ll be greeted with a wagging tail and a happy little smile. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!
