Superb house, very clean with a very nice pool, quiet in the evening and all the necessary amenities to spend a very good week with friends or family. Thanks to the host for the quality and speed of their communication. I would highly recommend it!

Hello Alain- a wonderful holiday in Barcaras has come to an end. As you can see from the rating, everything was great. Marie welcomed us very nicely and looked after us. Thanks to Marie. Since everything was in order in your house, I was very happy to replace the cups so that everything is in order.:-)For us 2 with dog, the house was suitable. Unusual for us Germans, the small bed - but that is in the description. The interior is all top as described. The stairs are very steep, so you should be fit. The location - wow, just great. THE view of the sea and the tranquility. But it was also preseason and nothing was happening. Brioche our dog also gives a thumbs up and heart as a rating. Alain you have found and created a little paradise. Thank you so much for letting us stay with you.

Christine and Pierre-Jean met us on our arrival to show us around their lovely home. they were friendly and relaxed. we were invited to enjoy the home as if it were ours for the week. Pierre-Jean even showed us his outdoor kitchen and firewood for al fresco cooking. They met us again to say goodbye. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We needed a location that offered peace and quiet and this accommodation provided that. Multiple televisions (Netflix, prime etc included), nice green space and a short walk to the centre of town made it tick all of the boxes required for a relaxing break. We were there as a couple, with our dog, but the accommodation could easily manage 6 people. We would have no hesitation in returning should we be in the area again.

The exceptional view and the magical atmosphere of this place really enchanted us. It is a place that makes us want to come back, so much does it breathe sweetness and beauty. Used to traveling with Airbnb to find accommodation, this is one of the nicest experiences we've had. Perfect accommodation in all respects, equipment, layout, practicality, garage available, car parking, view and private access to the beach, without a road to cross. Lots of things to do, visit, hike, water sports... We'll be back.

We were there with two families (teenage children) and had a very good time. Nice bedrooms, large TV and beautiful swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook well there. The house is in a very quiet suburb and you will need a car to go out and about. There is much to do in the area. We went to Collioure and Figueres and went for an afternoon of canyotels. Top vacation! Oh yes the communication with the owner Isabelle went very well.

Perfect stay for the 3 of us as well as our 3 dogs. Beautiful place to stay, I recommend it. Pierre-Emmanuel welcomed us very warmly. We loved spending a week in this beautiful house.

We had a great week in Collioure. The house is somewhat up the mountainside from the city, and you have good opportunities to relax in and around the house. There are also good hiking opportunities up in the mountains. The house had many zones where you could relax and enjoy the sun and the view down towards the city. The air conditioning also helped keep the temperature in low even on hot days. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and practical. We often made dinner ourselves in the house. The host was also very helpful in making all the equipment, spices and other food available for us. The pool was often used for cooling on hot days. Otherwise it is just a short ride to the center of Collioure or Argeles-sur-Mer to enjoy the beach life and restaurants there. Uber and bolt were reluctant to drive up and one should be able to master some French language to connect with local taxi. Recommend having a car available. On the property there is a peacock, which can get something close. The hosts are very easy to deal with and help with everything.

Sophie and Hamed are very friendly hosts, we had a great welcome, even with small gifts (wines, sweets...) in short, nice touches. Sophie sent me many good deals nearby, she is very responsive, attentive, available. In addition, they gave us the opportunity to arrive earlier and leave later. The house is very clean and well-equipped, there is everything you need to cool off during this hot period (air conditioning and fans in each room) The pool and dining areas are great. We are 9 people very satisfied with this stay. We recommend these charming hosts and this accommodation which, moreover, is well located (quiet neighborhood and close to popular clubs and restaurants)

Beautiful house, perfect for families with kids. We were three families with three children each. Beautiful fenced pool. Lots of toys, football goal, slide, swing, etc. Large super furnished kitchen. Large living space and nice comfortable terrace. We felt very comfortable. Guillaume was very nice and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend it

Very good stay with friends spent in this house, very well arranged, comfortable, clean. Beautiful sea view. The South African barbecue is really great.! Also very good welcome from the host. We can only highly recommend.!

We stayed for 2 weeks in Anais and Laurent's house, one word: exceptional! The house is brand new and modern (functional and tastefully decorated). It matches the photos perfectly. The pool is a real plus, being also very well appointed. Hosts are very kind and available (before and during the stay). Thank you so much, it was a pure relaxing time. We highly recommend it and hope to return for future holidays.

A great house! We have enjoyed comfort and surroundings. Swimming pool with good sun loungers, nice seating and space for our mountain bikes. We regularly used the gas BBQ/Grill plate and sat delicious dining at the large table outside. The kitchen was clean and equipped with every comfort, large American fridge with ice maker, good dishwasher, Nespresso machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The living room was spacious, cool due to the air conditioning and had a lovely sofa! The bedrooms were also clean, with air conditioning and plenty of closet space. Bathrooms also clean and tidy. 5 min away from the lake, where we cycled, ran or walked or a drink and a bite to eat at one of the nice restaurants. With the sporting activities, the washing machine with large drying grinder was very nice. Bakery and supermarket are 5 minutes away by bike, large Intermarche 10 minutes away (by car). Florence is a very pleasant host and also Alex, Sahra and Anna are very nice and likeable.

A beautiful house for a weekend with friends! Good services inside, everything you need to prepare meals, breakfasts and aperitifs. The exterior is superb, multiple terraces for different times of the day and a nice pool! And the calm of a residential area of Collioure, in short, I'll keep the address 😊

We had a great time at this Airbnb. The apartment is super equipped, very clean and really pleasant to live in. I have never stayed in an Airbnb so well equipped, everything was thought of for our comfort. The hosts are welcoming, available and very caring, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Only small point to improve: it would be useful to specify in the listing that you should not put on sunscreen before swimming in the pool, to avoid any unpleasant surprises. In summary: an accommodation that I highly recommend!

Joel's villa was perfect in every way and we had a truly fabulous stay, from start to finish!! His pre-stay information was very useful and his arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow! He and his wife had left us a smorgasbord of local produce to say 'welcome', including sugared biscuits, milk, olives, a baguette, jam and a delicious 'vin doux' from just up the road. It was one of the best welcomes and made us feel instantly at home. The villa is large and beautifully decorated with a tropical theme – palm-tree wallpaper, large oil paintings of blue macaws, etc. They have done a fabulous job and we loved it all. The kitchen was very well equipped with a dual gas hob and dual electric – as the main cook in the family, I loved using it. The pool is sublime and the gardens have lemon, lime and palm trees. We had breakfasts on the terrace, played boules under the stone pine trees, sipped cocktails poolside and ate outside on several nights!! Merci beaucoup Joel. À bientôt!!

Second stay at this property, once again just perfect. Clean house in a very quiet environment. We were able to enjoy the Christmas holidays in a spacious home. Thanks to Tatiana for her availability. We can't wait to see you soon.
