We have spent a few precious days of much disconnection. Thank you. The house is very nice and cozy and the location even more.

Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

Spacious and well located house in the city, all shops nearby, easy to park (free). Very well equipped with air conditioning in every room. The small private garden is great with pool and summer kitchen. 10 min from beaches

An absolutely awesome stay!!! The cottage is beautiful, decorated with great taste, modern, warm and very well thought out. The jacuzzi is great: no neighbors, a real little corner of paradise to relax. The setting is idyllic, calm and soothing, perfect for a break for two. Marie and Gilles are very responsive and caring, which makes the experience even more enjoyable! We highly recommend this accommodation, and we will return with great pleasure!

Location close to the sea. Small but functional house with storage. Pleasant exterior, out of sight. Clean and maintained accommodation, with the installation of mattress covers for sleeping. Well-equipped kitchen. Stéphanie is a host concerned about the well-being of the occupants and I appreciated the contact. Good value for the money.

Meets the expectations of a traveling couple exactly... Functional and clean, this studio is perfect, with an owner who responds quickly to questions asked. No dedicated parking but you can easily find a place for the car near the studio.

This was my second visit to Perpignan and this apartment, because it's brilliant. Being central means everything is within reach, including all the various transport options, which are exceptional value. It was a real treat. Thank you for having me again.

Second stay in 2 years in the accommodation offered by Isabelle and the pleasure of coming back was still at the rendezvous. We had a great week, in a clean, quality, well decorated accommodation with an ideal view of the beach and sea of Canet. Isabelle was able to adapt to facilitate both our arrival and departure, with kindness and kindness. The apartment is exactly as described. Nothing was missing from what had convinced us to choose it: a spacious kitchen, a comfortable shower, a washing machine and wi-fi. JP's welcome was perfect, even though we arrived later than expected. Claira is exactly halfway between many places to visit nearby (Carcassonne, Narbonne, Collioure), the sea, the Pyrenees and Spain ( Figueres, Cadaques). Unfortunately, the location of the apartment, on the other hand, is not the best, but it is really the only small negative.

A really lovely spot - near enough to Collioure and Port Vendres but away from the crowds and with a lovely beach right in front - great for a swim or snorkel. The accomodation is well designed with incredible sea views from the living room, bedroom and kitchen with sliding doors that really let the sun and sea breeze in. The place had everything we needed with extra touches such as condiments and laundry supplies. All very clean, bright and cheerful. Overall a lovely place to stay. Oh and Remi is great - helpful and friendly!

The apartment is in a very quiet area, ideal for resting. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the bathroom was spotless. In addition, the host responded very quickly to all our inquiries. Very good experience.

Very nice apartment, in a quiet residence, with swimming pool and tennis court, very well equipped. 5 minutes' drive to the beach. Self check-in and very clear instructions to access the accommodation.

I spent a whole week in Jean Paul's accommodation. Everything about it is excellent The studio is well laid out and very clean. A small oasis of peace. Jean Paul is a beautiful, very discreet person with whom it is pleasant to chat. I highly recommend this studio to people wishing to rest and have a pleasant time away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts of the region.
