Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Phường 25

The best host ever in my experience of using Air BnB. Everything was smoothly taken cared while I was staying for five days. Room conditions, and bath rooms with beddings were clean. Of course it is located in south east asia, it is humid when you get into the unit, but as soon as turn on the air con, you can feel the refreshing feeling with your bedding and smell of the room. If I had to comeback to hochiminh for work or break, I will definately come back to Thanh’s place. My first time staying in this location. I like the easy access to D1. The Airbnb was fantastic. I liked the hi tech clothes streamer! My gripe was not enough glasses for drinking.

beautiful apartment! Very convenient, close to district 1 yet in a quiet area. The host is very responsive, and patient with all my questions. :) beautiful pool! Thank you for sharing the apt, my family had a wonderful time ^^

Definitely a gem of a place to stay at the tallest building in Vietnam. Truly this apt is in Landmark 81 and not some other Landmark building. The views are amazing. A couple of small notes, the key card doesn't open main building doors but works for elevator. 24/7 Security at building entrance so it's not an issue getting in at night. We discovered the primary bedroom's bathroom window has the inner pane had been shattered and is missing. Not a huge issue since the outer pane seems in tact. We didn't really spend a lot time near that window and the view is still fine but could be a potential safety issue.

The stay was amazing, one of the best areas to stay, I was able to sleep like a baby, I stayed a full week and it went by super fast, without a doubt, I would stay there again, everything was very close to me from restaurants, to places of interest, everything could be reached on foot, communication was always very good and they helped me a lot, I hope to return very soon

This was a booking for one person. Loved this apartment - room was perfect for my short stay! Loved the convenience of having a washing machine and supplied detergent to do a quick wash. Balcony was perfect to hang clothing out to dry (covered - useful during the rainy season!). Access to the pool was welcome for exercise. Plenty of local restaurants nearby as well as a local market. Will book again in the future!

I loved Thao’s place. It was clean and very cozy with a lovely balcony, a small kitchen in the room, and the full kitchen downstairs. Sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy, but I enjoyed the sounds of local life. This place is close to the center, there are a lot of local place to eat and drink coffee. I’d love to stay here again)

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

The room was very clean, convenient and located near loads of restaurants. It’s walking distance to District 1 + Grab is cheap to use as a tourist if you want to go further away. I was lucky to be on the top floor as the bathroom basin is not private so if you’re on another floor you might bump into people. However, I never did even though other people stayed there. Note that there’s no elevator and you might have to carry your large suitcase through a narrow staircase but that wasn’t a problem as Anh was very helpful. More than the AirBnb (even though I really enjoyed my stay), I want to thank Anh for her hospitality! I feel like I made a friend across the world. She was extremely welcoming, gave me loads of recommendations and even took me around the city to ensure I didn’t just enjoy my stay but my trip overall. So so happy I picked this place and I would pick it again if I came back!

We had a great stay at Hai’s place. The location was in easy walking distance to a bunch of cafes and food spots which we greatly appreciated. We only stayed here for one night due to our prior flight arrangements, so the proximity to the airport was also a plus (sub-15 minute ride). Our only issue was a woman across the street who continuously yelled throughout the entire night. We didn’t get much sleep because of this, but it’s certainly not a reflection on the quality of Hai’s apartment - just something to note.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

Tien Zoe was such a sweet host and her place was perfect for us. Super stylish, cute tucked away location and perfect for our stay, as we needed to fly out early to the airport the following day. We wished we could have stayed longer! Tien Zoe gave us the best local food places and was just a lovely host. Thank you for having us!

Long's airbnb was everything as described. We were a group of 6 so the place was perfect fit for us. Communication was responsive and the hosts were easy to chat to. All check in instruction was easy to follow and understand. The host gave us plenty of recommendation of what to eat nearby. The airbnb was clean and had pretty much all the essential amentities. They also have filtered drinking water so you dont need to buy bottled water everyday. One thing I would like to note is there are a lot of stairs, so if you're staying on the top floor, be prepared ;) Location-wise, plenty to eat and lots to do at night. If you're there for the party, this is the airbnb for you. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome. Central, 500-700m to the nearest halal outlet, which is in front of the mosque.

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Great place with easy transport to all sites in HCM. The apartment complex had incredible facilities and was great. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in saigon!

I stayed here for about a month. The accommodation was clean and had no unpleasant odors, which was really nice. The apartment's location and view were excellent, and having convenience stores and restaurants nearby made everything very convenient. The host was kind and provided immediate assistance whenever there were issues. If I come to Ho Chi Minh again, I will definitely stay here

Beautiful room, light, cozy decor. The lobby is nice, the receptionists and the security are very friendly. The internal utilities are very good, the pool is large, there is a very ideal place to walk.

A fantastic couple who rents this place and really makes you feel at home. Everything great with the apartment... Recommended :-)
