We booked this as first timers in vietnam & was so happy we came across this place because Linh helped us soo much & the place is better then the photos so clean, you see it smell it and feel it!! if your complementing staying, stay for sure!!! and communicating to linh was amazing thankyou ☺️☺️

Very clean and well-maintained apartment in a central location. There are great cafes in the building, and communication was always fast and friendly. Small notes: Two of the four lamps unfortunately did not work, and the sofa could use a cleaning. Also a pity: Although help with carrying suitcases was promised (the building has no elevator. The apartment is on the 3rd floor) and I had coordinated my arrival, but ultimately no one was there.

a nice and unique experience staying here. very local building with restaurants and cafes around. walk further and there's some fantastic crab meat delicacies restaurant. Do take note that the main gate will be locked at certain timing so do bring along both set of keys when going out. Host is very responsive and helpful. I am sure they will become super host soon!

Ideal place to explore Saigon. Very quiet modern apartments in perfect location. Cleaning bidaily, clean pool with picturesque view. Xu is very nice and caring host.

Philip is so friendly and professional. The accommodation was flawlessly clean and well-sufficient. I visit Ho Chi Minh very often From now on, I will only make a reservation for Philip‘ home. They communicate quickly and actively solve them.

**Airbnb Review** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! The hosts were incredibly responsive and proactive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The apartment itself was not only nice but also very well located—just 200 meters from the metro and a shopping center, which made exploring the area a breeze. Enjoyed Thao Diao very much. I appreciated the warm touches, like the snacks they prepared for me upon arrival. It really made me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit! Highly recommended!

My plans changed, so unfortunately I couldn't stay as long as I would have liked. The host was extremely cooperative and professional. The unit is located near a few universties, so there are coffee spots and places to grab a bite that are open all night. If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely check out this place again.

Clean, clean, clean, clean and comfortable

Chuyen is the type of host that goes above and beyond! So welcoming and accommodating! Place gave us enough space to not feel clustered like one would in a typical hotel room. Unique layout for 1 bedroom, definitely in a good way. Lots of options nearby, spas- food - coffee.

well worth a try, home is near the dining area, vibe chill. Decor of the beautiful room. Fully furnished.

This is my second time stayed at Betty apartment. Same as previous she still so responsive and the apartment still nice as my previous stay. Will highly recommend for couple to stay for honeymoon.

If you are looking for a great place to stay with a beautiful night view and a safe and clean place to stay in Ho Chi Minh, I highly recommend this place. There aren't many buildings yet, but you can walk to places you want, such as coffee, breakfast, and bars that are available from 7 o'clock, and you can reach all famous places and restaurants in 10-15 minutes by Grab. In addition, most of all, the accommodation was the same as the photos, and the surroundings are quiet, so you can sleep well, and there are many people jogging in the morning, and the compartment is well organized, so it's good to take a walk ~ Washing machine, styler, induction, everything was perfect, the residence itself had a good community, and ordering food was easy and fast ~ Most importantly, I was in a hurry to communicate with the host, and I was in a hurry to communicate early in the morning, and even though it was a day off, I was so grateful for the quick response and handling. I have a little greed that only I want to know because this place is really precious and more than I can imagine, but if you are planning a trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I write a review with the hope that you will visit this place. I'll be back here again!
