Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Phú Nhuận

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh City, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming, providing clear instructions for check-in and always being available to answer any questions. The location of the property was perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore popular attractions, vibrant markets, and delicious local cuisine. Despite being centrally located, the space was peaceful, offering a perfect escape after a busy day of sightseeing. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were in perfect working order. I especially appreciated the high-speed Wi-Fi and the air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the warm weather. I genuinely felt at home here and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

第一次入住，比想像中的小，但是床跟枕頭都很舒服很棒 樓下的大門會比較難開一點點，但是不會到完全開不了的程度 房間內很乾淨，室內的電梯也蠻吸睛的，只可惜速度慢了一點點，至少不用爬樓梯 CP值算高，價格不貴 關於寄放行李比較不方便一點點

I stayed here for the 2nd time in little more than a year. 1. Location -very close to the airport and yet also close to other districts of interest, keeping you away from the touristy district 1. 2. Locality - Right on a main road. Very easy to get a grab at the doorstep within a few minutes. 3. Apartment - studio with the ones on higher floors with beautiful balcony views. 4. Amenities - all the listed amenities were available, no issues. 5. Host - Michel and his team are very responsive and help you with everything within a matter of minutes. The door lock of my apartment had a small issue, he came himself within 15 minutes and resolved it. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Saigon. It will remain my first choice to stay whenever I am back in town!

Was already traveling through Asia for a week, arriving at the place felt like home. Had my own spacious and clean apartment, and had great help finding the best local spots. Location is amazing, very close to the airport and close to all the sights to see in Ho Chi Minh. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back one day.

Great location right next to the airport. I had a late flight but Estelle provided clear instructions for late check-in. Perfect for first-time travellers. Host was very responsive and proactive making sure I had everything I needed. Also so many great food options in walking distance with great recommendations listed in the room. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for making my first night in HCMC so easy!

The house is safe, fully furnished with things you might need in good condition. The host is caring, kind and respectful of our privacy. I’m glad that I spent my month here at his place. I’m also lucky to have very nice housemates as well during my stay.

Mia and her place are fantastic. She responds quickly and helpfully, and is very kind with local recommendations. The room itself is very basic but comfortable and clean. Nice big window opening up with lots of sunlight. The area is well connected, easy to navigate and even walkable to nearby cafes, restaurants. Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay in Ho Chi Minh at Huynh's place! She was available on arrival, even though our flight was delayed, and introduced a wonderful vegan restaurant (which we ate at several more times during our stay). She took us around the market, introducing foods that we were looking for, and presented us with some vegan foods on one of the special calendar days. We were able to cook several times , using the house's community kitchen. Although, usually not TV watchers, it was nice watching a little TV in English after being out sightseeing all day. The rooms are as pictured--clean and bright! Beds, comfortable, with 2 separate sleeping areas. Overall a fantastic stay in Ho Chi Minh City, thanks to Huynh!!

A cute little studio but well equipped with a kitchen, microwave and fridge. The location of the place is 5-star with nice surroundings. Easy to commute to center and airport.

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

This place is awesome for families. Great facility, excellent location and even though it’s inside the busiest neighborhood it is super quiet once you enter into the complex. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to Stay in Saigon

Annie has a great place. Just like others have said, it is far above the bustle and noise of the city, and quiet. If you are looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in D1, this would be a good pick.

I stay at one of Trang’s places every time I visit Saigon. She is very responsive, the locations are excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious.
