We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. We had a great time making memories together, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends traveling in a group. Once again I chose this place. It's amazing, the host prepared us a house with lots of greenery. I'm a very demanding client but it's great, they do everything very perfectly, the structure of the house has four very separate floors, always airy and full of freshness. Awesome place ! So many little eats and bars around . Love binh Thanh and this is situated in the best location . Apartment was clean and very accessible to get too . Stayed for a week and there was room cleaning and also laundry service. Will definitely come back and stay here in the future . Thanks Henrry!

We were a little surprised at first by this small driveway and this atypical accommodation different from the others, but also very quickly accustomed. The place was clean, well-equipped and in a good location and communication with the host went well.

Nguyen is very nice as a host, he was available all the time, he agreed to check-in very early in the morning (around 5am) and he kept in touch with us all the time. The accommodation is very clean from the airport, only 20/25mn walk, it is large and spacious, clean and well decorated, its 2 bedrooms were more than enough to welcome us and allow us to rest during a stopover at the airport.

This is without a doubt THE BEST place I have ever stayed at in HCMC. We stayed for over three weeks and I was even a bit sad to leave. It’s clean, calm, matches the description, private and the hosts are super friendly and respectful. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Saigon and this one is available - book it before it’s gone. Amazing value for the price!

5 month stay and it felt like my own little home. The location cannot be beaten with the price. Walking to the gym, restaurants, convenience store, salon, or grocery store is very doable. The cherry on top is getting a free coffee in the morning from friendly staff.

Clean and easy to access Peter is an excellent host I liked the piano and TV which was of good quality for a performance of this price, nearby amenities, no noise I will be back!!

Host gave detailed instructions on how to check in. Good information interaction. Lovely apartment, clean, full facilities. It is possible to park a car in the building basement (affordable). Near the whole house there is convenient store and space to walk exercise. I will definitely come back when I come to Ho Chi Minh city.
