Had an awesome stay here at Thomas's place! Thomas was easy to communicate with and was really helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. He allowed me to leave my bags first since I was too early for check in but later on I was also able to check in ahead of stated time since the room was already ready 😊 very clean and very spacious. had a cute little balcony with plants. During my stay, he also gave some recommendations for places to go to and his place is a convenient location to visit other districts via Grab or other transpo. Highly recommend staying here!!

I truly enjoyed my stay at La Maison D’Anna! It was a perfect, quiet and safe place to return to (something really important as a solo female traveler) after a day of exploring HCM. The air conditioning and fan worked perfectly which is much needed for the city’s heat! I enjoyed my stay.

Thus was a very hospitable Host, who at the last minute was able to help me as my surgery was delayed, another couple of days. and though I did have to move rooms, I did not have to change hotels which was extremely convenient. She also had the staff wash my clothes, not having a washer on the new room, she made every effort to keep me happy and make my stay perfect it's the little things that mean so much! Thank you Thuý!!

The hostess is very friendly and supportive

This was a homestay and the home was large enough to house everyone comfortably. Interactions were amicable, friendly with Johny and his wife Thu, and his elderly parents. There were 3 rooms on the second floor with shared kitchen and washing machine. Each of the neighbors was friendly, helpful, and respectful of each other's personal space and timings for cooking and laundry. On right of Johny&Thu's place is the main road Phan Xich Long which has a plethora of eating places with all types of cuisine and various price ranges. Our favorite was Kim Yen restaurant 3 blocks away on a side road off Phan Xich Long. Take right at a garden alongside the MB Bank. Prices ranged $2-3 per person for a full meal. Saigon beer available everywhere! The CoOp Mart is a good supermkt very near by, for daily reqts and groceries. There is a river on left of the building 2 blocks away. Restaurants, bars etc along the riverside and nice walking path for ~ 2-3 kms. Bridges connect to the other side.

I think this place must be the nicest room I ever stayed. It's not about luxury but you can feel like home when you stay. Everything is so clean and comfortable, good smell bed sheets is a plus point. The host is approachable and friendly, I couldn't ask more with that price. Good value for money!

The place is great if you are looking for something pretty close both to the airport and the popular spots in the city. Host was responsive and provided us a number to contact in case of any problem. They live nearby so will be convenient to help when needed.

Perfect place, location and just

The apartment was clean just as above the pictures. The location of the apartment is airy, close to the beautiful and large park Gia Dinh. It is also very convenient to go to the airport from the apartment. Especially the host Khanh is very enthusiastic and lively. E Khanh always supported and answered his questions very quickly. I also try to meet my requirements or provide the most appropriate solution so that I can stay in this apartment in the most comfortable way. I was going to rent for 1 night that I finally stayed for a whole week. Thank you so much e Khanh!

The house is quaint tucked away in a quiet Hem of Saigon next to a lot of good restaurants and vendors. The host is very courteous and responsive. The house is clean and has cool AC rooms. Leaf definitely gives a full authentic South East Asian experience. Thank you again for a great stay!

We waited a bit for Thang before checking in, then everything went smoothly, he gave us the electronic keys, was always in touch, answered typical tourist questions and didn't bother us at all. He is a very friendly landlord. The apartment itself is a little more "shabby" than in the photos, nevertheless it was cozy and comfortable to live there. The apartment was equipped with all the necessary towels and a free swimming pool where it is pleasant to spend time on. The apartment was quiet, however keep in mind that this is a very noisy area of Ho Chi Minh City, the balcony /pool is very noisy! Our overall experience is positive! Approximately 4.7-4.8/5. It's still not cheap, but it's well located and matched the price. Like!
