Amazing location! Easy to travel to District 1 and 3 as well as to the airport! The "Food street of Saigon" is literally at our doorstep with an amazing blend of local and international cuisines including pho, com tam, hu tieu, sushi, Korean BBQ, a Belgian beer place and so much more! At our cosy and diverse apartment block, we live amongst our neighbours in an apartment with modern and comfortable offerings. Enjoy a cup of tea on the house and chill out at our rustic looking balcony :)

Nguyen est très sympa comme hôte, il a été disponible tout le temps, il a accepté qu'on fasse le check-in très tôt le matin (vers 5h) et il est resté en contact avec nous tout le temps. Le logement est très propre de l'aéroport, 20/25mn à pied seulement, il est grand et spacieux, propre et bien décoré, ses 2 chambres ont été largement suffisante pour nous accueillir et nous permettre de reposer lors d'une escale à l'aéroport.

这是我感觉住的最舒服的公寓，处于热闹的街市，周围就是超市，生活方便，紧邻街道，房间的隔音做的很好，我喜欢热闹的氛围，我觉得我住的很舒服，我喜欢有些噪音，电视超级大，大大的阳台，超级大阳台可以让你在阳台放松心情，享受胡志明的午后阳光，很喜欢爱你这里，我来胡志明还会住在这里。

Mia and her place are fantastic. She responds quickly and helpfully, and is very kind with local recommendations. The room itself is very basic but comfortable and clean. Nice big window opening up with lots of sunlight. The area is well connected, easy to navigate and even walkable to nearby cafes, restaurants. Lovely stay

Hong is a very friendly and helpful hostess - typically Vietnamese :) The room is small, simple and has everything you need. I found the minimalism absolutely appropriate for my purpose. Toothbrush, towel and toilet paper are of course provided. I would be happy to come again.

Great location. Nearby 24/7 convince store, and co-op mart. Host provided list of nearby stuff and recommendations which were great. He was friendly and responsive. The Apartment was clean but most importantly it had working air conditioning that was able to cool every room.

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

Ich war für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Ho Chi Minh. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und man kann alles Fußläufig erreichen. Das Gebäude ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und nicht sehr sauber. Wenn man aber erstmal in der Wohnung ist fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Kleine, Saubere, gemütliche Wohnung, die alles hat was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch eine Waschmaschine mit 20‘ schnell durchlauf (sehr praktisch, wenn man seine T-Shirts schnell voll schwitzt) ist vorhanden. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich super wenn man es mit den Hotels in der Gegend vergleicht, die ein ähnliches Ambiente bieten wollen. Kann die Unterkunft empfehlen und würde sie selber auch wieder nutzen.
