Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Phoenix

Described well. Feels like a well treated home. Plenty of kitchen utensils and essentials. Keurig set with water, pods and sugar alternatives set out, and plenty of small touches made this a great experience. Beds soft, master bed softest. Multiple hair dryers. Candles around the home to add to spa like atmosphere. Lighters, tape, flashlights, first aid, all great things kept in this home. A few pool float choices. Plenty of seating/lounging options (brown loungers no longer present). Outdoor TV area is nice and covered during wet nights. Careful sharp plants around pool area (pulled some towel threads that got caught). Host guidebook well laid out. Covered car parking space was helpful. Check out instructions not overwhelming. Wish checkout was a little later naturally to get more time to enjoy, but it's a big property I'm sure it takes a lot of time to get it sparkling the way we found it upon arrival. Oh and pool was clean great temp. No unexpected visitors during our stay was good.

We had a wonderful, overnight stay at Sheynnas place. Quick, last minute getaway for our family and she was super accommodating. Lovely and clean home, BUT, the outdoor space is where it’s at. Beautiful, lush landscaping surrounding the pool, with an awesome water feature. Clean grill and propane fire pit to cozy up to. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Beds were super comfortable. We are super happy with the short time we had!

An unforgettable girls’ trip! We loved every moment—late-night chats under the stars on the rooftop deck, splashing around in the in-ground pool, and peaceful walks through the charming neighborhood. Our local adventures took us to Salt River tubing in Mesa, a lively dinner at Cala in Scottsdale and brunches at Amelia’s by EAT and Lucy’s, but coming back to this cozy retreat made it all even better. This home was the perfect backdrop for our memories, and we can’t wait to return!

The house was very beautiful, and that view was even more spectacular. The host was very responsive and gave clear directions.. There were a few unreported dings and scratches to furniture and wall within the property, but once we notified the host they were addresses. Overall, great stay and host.

I have stayed at many Airbnb's throughout the years - Maggies place is in the top 5 for me. The property is amazing - you will want for nothing here! The landscaping is fantastic and better than the photos. My guests and I felt like we were in a private J.W. Marriott. The thing I enjoyed most was sitting on the back patio/lanai area in the early morning, and listening to the sound of the water feature by the pool. This really IS a gem - if the dates work for you don't hesitate to book it! You will not be disappointed!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. It really made a difference in the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. This home was BEAUTIFUL and had everything we were looking for to vacation. Clean home, clean pool, quiet neighborhood , and tons of space. Host was super friendly and other hosts should take notes as Sacha’s place and description of home was transparent. Appreciate the leniency and not a ton of rules or stipulations. Love that dogs can stay for free as we adopted a puppy shortly after we arrived. Would highly recommend to future guests. Thank you for an amazing stay.

we loved staying in the Canal unit! it was the perfect amount of space for us along with the outdoor areas to hangout. the place was in great condition and the location was so close to everything we wanted to do! we’d love to come back :)

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

Very clean and cute property. The entire setting is perfect. Wish we could have stayed more days here to enjoy it. Only thing is to watch out on the first speed bump into parking lot. Even going really slow it may still scrap on vehicle.

The place was perfect for my needs and as described. It was comfortable, private, and at a great location for me. As opposed to downtown hotels, it was easy to navigate and had convenient parking. I will certainly make this my first choice when I need to stay near downtown in the future.

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

The place was great and quiet despite having next door people there were no complaints of noise. The place was very clean and comfortable. We were able to take advantage of the play pen and baby chair for our baby which made our stay much easier! Check in was easy with the thorough instructions. The location is great for Scottsdale with many things and places to go to nearby. The pool was also great, had it all to our selves!

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

Clean, cozy and awesome location nearby the amphitheater. Would for sure stay here again next concert. Grateful for a restful night!

I was a first time guest at an Airbnb home and a bit anxious about it. As soon as I walked in, my trepidation evaporated. I was impressed with the home’s welcoming atmosphere and how relaxing it was. This was our 2nd time staying at Caleb’s place for a show. It is such a cozy, enjoyable home. It’s very well stocked, clean & stylish. There’s always easy street parking & Caleb is responsive. Next time we’re in Phoenix, we’ll definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
