Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Phoenix

Described well. Feels like a well treated home. Plenty of kitchen utensils and essentials. Keurig set with water, pods and sugar alternatives set out, and plenty of small touches made this a great experience. Beds soft, master bed softest. Multiple hair dryers. Candles around the home to add to spa like atmosphere. Lighters, tape, flashlights, first aid, all great things kept in this home. A few pool float choices. Plenty of seating/lounging options (brown loungers no longer present). Outdoor TV area is nice and covered during wet nights. Careful sharp plants around pool area (pulled some towel threads that got caught). Host guidebook well laid out. Covered car parking space was helpful. Check out instructions not overwhelming. Wish checkout was a little later naturally to get more time to enjoy, but it's a big property I'm sure it takes a lot of time to get it sparkling the way we found it upon arrival. Oh and pool was clean great temp. No unexpected visitors during our stay was good.

It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. It really made a difference in the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. We had a great stay. The sliding door is sticky, as other guests have mentioned, and some of the cabinets are a little rough around the edges, but none of that affected our stay. We had plenty of space, the outdoor space is perfect for a family, the beds are comfortable, the neighborhood feels safe and comfortable. Our kids had a blast. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

third time staying and very clean. Amazing getaway for a date night and conveniently located 15-20 minutes from downtown. Jared is very nice and quick to respond.

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

This place was like staying at home! All sorts of amenities were available, i.e. from condiments to blankets. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! It was quiet, safe surroundings, easy access and parking.

Clean, cozy and awesome location nearby the amphitheater. Would for sure stay here again next concert. Grateful for a restful night!

We ended up staying a week here, and as we were checking out my fiancé and I agreed we were kind of sad to go home. This place had grown on us and was the perfect size for a couple or a small group of friends/family. I loved the layout and how easy it was to settle in and make it home. The covered parking was absolutely incredible with the Arizona heat, it made a huge difference, and I appreciated being able to see my vehicle from my window. It was easy to just kick back and feel comfortable, plus we are near a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Quiet neighborhood with lots of food options nearby. The space itself was cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful, cute touches that made it feel extra special.
