Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Phnom Penh

I can not recommend Tnot Chhrum enough. Everything about our stay was great. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I. Our month stay was fantastic. The rooms are great. They are spacious. The bed is comfortable. The AC keeps you cool in the Cambodian heat. Most impressively the view is fantastic. The property is surrounded by palm trees making it feel like an oasis in Phnom Penh. The service is also great. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us. They serviced the apartment regularly. Provided us with fresh towels. They even took care of me when I got sick. Oh the restaurant is also very good and reasonably priced. The Khmer food is good. My wife liked the fried rice and the mixed drinks. I liked the spicy Khmer noodles. Also, they make an awesome beef grilled cheese sandwich. My wife and I are very appreciative of Hout and his family for all they did for us.

Enzy and Raphael are great hosts! Very helpful in giving recommendations, both for local activities as well as helping plan the rest of my time in Cambodia. The flat is clean, comfortable and its in a great area for restaurants and coffee shops.

Nice place to stay with good location

We had a great stay at Alexandres apartment. It is clean and comfy with a nice view and the pool at the top of the building is amazing. Alexandre and Tifanny were great hosts with a lot of good recommendations and tips.

It was nice that you listened to the requirements and responded well. It was really tidy and friendly. It was the main street It was nice to go anywhere. I'll definitely come back next time.

BKK1 The venue is also a convenient location.In the middle of it, it's located in the center. The room has a very nice view from the high floor of the city of Phnom Penh. A fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, and space in a large living room. Large TVs have audio equipment and a toilet has a washlet as well. Inside the condominium, there are mini shops and a fitness gym that is open until the night. It is also a good impression that they maintain their distance and do not interfere with them. I didn't meet my host Samuel because the check-in was self-service. We were always in touch if there was no problem, and they relieve any concerns about our stay from check-in at check-in. Friendly at the parent's house.Great hosts. There are also many restaurants around. About 10 steps away, there is a Japanese dining dining area, which is about 10 steps away. It was also helpful that you could eat delicious Japanese food at a reasonable price day and night. Cafe Amazon was also just around the corner and convenient. Thanks to you, I stayed in Phnom Penh, just like at home. I will visit you again on my next visit ^ ^!

I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Phnom Penh. Not only is it conveniently close to the airport, it’s affordable priced and VERY clean. Lea helped me with my laundry, and gave me lots of good tips. 10/10 would recommend

My hosts were extremely friendly & helpful. They were always available. The room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was immaculate. The bed was amazing, I haven't slept that well in a very long time ! Very convenient: the hosts offer a 2-wheeler/scooter rental service for those in need. The only inconvenience is outside of the hosts control: neighbors are very noisy especially on weekends. They sing their hearts away, cranking the volume up to max.

A beautiful and clean home and conveniently close to the airport! Leakhana was lovely and the communication was wonderful. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I've had a great experience staying with Seyha and his lovely wife, Kim, and two adorable young girls. They made me feel at home as soon as I arrived, and as time went by (I stayed for 5 weeks) I felt ever more and more at home, like part of the family. The room itself more than met my expectations. It is huge and has a fantastically large and comfortable bed, not to mention the stunning wood-carved base and headboard, fit for a king, and the en suite bathroom is immaculate. The rest of the house, including the kitchen, is very homely, with no airs and graces, which makes the whole experience feel real. You never feel like you are intruding when you use the kitchen and other common areas. The hosts' communication style is totally non-invasive and very respectful and friendly. I highly recommend Seyha's home to anyone visiting Phnom Penh; I certainly will stay here again when I return.

well this condo is more like a penthouse - i loved my 30 days there and was blown away by the quality of the condo and the staff who work there. This is a must for anyone visiting Cambodia. It is soo central but not in the centre so it is calm and peaceful - loved it sooo much. Was very sad to leave. I would score it 120 out of 100 - it by far passed all my expectations

My friend and I had a wonderful two weeks at Reasey's place. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. It was very clean and well-equipped and she left little extras (coffee, tea, instant noodles) for us which were appreciated on arrival. The building is fantastic as it has a rooftop garden with beautiful views of the city. There is also a cafe/bakery, mini mart, and gym/swimming pool on the 4th floor which were super convenient. The neighborhood is completely safe and there are many restaurants within walking distance. There are tuk-tuks always around too which make it convenient to get around the city if you don't feel like walking. Reasey checked in on us and was always super responsive. She is a wonderful host and I highly recommend staying at her place. If I go back to Phnom Penh, I will definitely stay at her place again. Thank you for everything Reasey!

This stay was so lovely! Clean, bright space in a really nice building. The area was great for walking and we loved having a washing machine. There’s a rooftop gym that is small but effective and also has yoga mats to use if you wanted to workout on the roof outside of the gym room- we loved spending time on the roof and enjoying the view and the breeze! Host was very kind and great at responding and helping. Thank you!!!

Very beautiful surprise A+! 10 minutes from a great European-style supermarket. Starbuck, French pastry and Chinese, Japanese, Cambodian restaurants, etc 2 minutes away as well as the Casino for those interested. Easy check-in and contact. Perfect location. Apartment with a superb view. Extraordinary swimming pool and sports center and very easy to reach. Equipment: excellent mattress, tranquility for sleeping, tv and A+ technology, superb view, completely safe complex, drinking water with tank in the apartment: a must, and more... If you need anything, ask your host, he is super nice and responds very quickly. We were there for a few days and we happily extended it. Very nice stay A+! Thank you Eric.

Darwin Villa was a wonderful place to stay. A private room with a balcony spa bath, overlooking the Mekong River. The sunrise and nighttime view were spectacular. I will definitely stay again. 5 stars.

The apartment was exactly like the photos, spacious and very modern. It was a space that you could definitely stay at long term. The entire apartment, the appliances in the kitchen and the bathroom all seemed very new and modern. The building was always clean and well maintained, with friendly staff. The gym and pool area were amazing, they were well looked after, very accessible and a huge bonus to get with your stay. The value you get for what you pay is very good. Cao was a really friendly, polite and helpful host - the communication was always really fast and Cao was always very quick to help out with any request or message. Again - very pleasant stay, a good apartment for a long or short term stay!
