Within the grounds, a spring flows down to the valley and dogs can be exercised in the owners' fields. Truro is just a short 10 minute drive away and the loft is centrally located to explore the whole of Cornwall. It is excellently located for the hospital.

There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Cosy and well located for local walks, the beaches, shops and pubs and of course, lunch at the Hidden Hut. Dogs are welcome and there is a private enclosed garden to the rear. Parking is also available for one car. This charming cottage is over 200 years old, and does have cottage stairs and low ceilings in places.
