Simply paradise.

We really enjoyed staying in Dina’s place. It was simple but a lot of thought was put into the space. I appreciated the fresh flower in the vase. The property was walking distance to everything in St Mawes, and was easy to access. We especially loved friendly Jack the cat.

Parc an Bounder

DougRating, 5 stars12 months ago
Cannot fault the place. Perfect for the family and dogs. Mattresses were a little hard for me but I’m 18.5 stone and a side sleeper. But other than that perfect location, 4-20 drive minutes from over 7 good beaches. Best Dog friendly ones are Towan beach and Porthluney Beach. Nearest shop is the texaco garage 5 minutes drive where you can get all you need food wise. Plus wet suits, beach wind breakers and umbrellas, body boards etc. Will 110% be returning next year. Thanks for the memories.

Crugsillick Studio

ChrisRating, 5 stars5 months ago
This lovely place was perfectly located to allow for me and my wife to explore the Roseland peninsula with our two dogs. The local coastal walks were stunning and so varied. It’s a great base for exploring the nearby beaches, with a wonderful beach within easy walking distance for those who are fit (a fairly steep woodland pathway). Lots of nice places to eat out nearby too, highly recommend the Standard Inn pub. The Cornish Italian literally 5 minutes down the road was very good too. The property was very clean and tidy and easy to locate. It had ample cooking equipment and it was nice to have various oils, foil etc provided. The fresh flowers, tasty biscuits and wine were lovely touches & Annie came to greet us, making us feel very welcome. The garden was nice and secure, & considering our little Jack Russell is normally an escape artist, she did not find a hole to escape from!

⭐️Cosy 2 bedroom cottage with terrace on cliff edge

LisaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
If you are hesitating about booking Cliff Cottage in Portloe then please don’t even question it…just book it! By far the loveliest Air B n b we have had the privilege to stay in. Annie and Giovanni are perfect hosts. Charming, warm, always available and welcoming but never intrusive. Together they have created a little piece of heaven. The cottage is gorgeous and perfectly situated. The incomparable views, peace and tranquillity, creative interior design, attention to detail, thoughtful extras and the comfort and cleanliness of the cottage combine to create something truly magical. They have literally thought of everything. We felt instantly at home. My husband spent most of his time staring out of the window enjoying the views and we loved spending time in the garden and enjoying the sound of the waves. Loads to do in the local area. Stunning coastal walks in either direction and the village of Portloe captured our hearts. We truly did not want to leave.

Stunning Coastal Cottage with Sea View Garden

DebiRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What a luxury to escape to such a beautiful home steeped in history, literally hugging the cliff in an idyllic smugglers' village, with views out to sea as far as the horizon. Thoughtfully equipped for every need, preference and configuration of family. A starter pack of everything that, if carefully used, lasts the week. And handy info, maps and books that make staying in as adventurous as going out. What's more, Fiona has a genuine care for every guest's experience, with clear, warm communication and swift troubleshooting. A huge thank you for a welcome break from the busyness of everyday life!
