Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

The former farm building was brought back to life after a long period of vacancy. The modern apartment is equipped with many small extras and is accessible at ground level. It offers up to 6 sleeping options. (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each + 1 pull-out sofa in the living room) + a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and 1 toilet. In the living area there is, among other things, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 dining table with 6 chairs as well as in the living area with large sofa bed + Internet TV.

This large studio impresses with its exposed roof structure, which creates a very cozy atmosphere. There is permanent ventilation in the wooden house. In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures good sleep. The property has been lovingly individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sun in the garden. Charging station for electric cars (€ 0.40/kWh) available, 2 Cube eBikes and Thule Cab2 can be rented, outdoor sauna new!

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.

Our beautiful, listed Hopfenhaus, invites you to relax. On the spacious shared terrace on the first floor, you can relax with a delicious drink from the fridge. In the cozy lounge, with flat screen TV, bookcase and game collection you can have a lot of fun. The three self-contained apartments on the 2nd floor, are directly accessible via the terrace. Lockable bike room for free charging of your e-bikes.
