Holiday rentals with beach access in Peyriac-de-Mer

The apartment is conveniently located and has a beautiful view. The air conditioning is very appreciable in the heat, everything is functional, we did not encounter any problems. The neighborhood is both quiet and lively, it's very nice!

Annelise's apartment is ideally located. Close to the beach of the chalets but also to the shops, everything can be done on foot. Very warm and welcoming, the apartment has everything you need for a successful stay. AnneLise was very accommodating for an early check-in, very responsive. I recommend this accommodation for a stay in Gruissan, everything was perfect.

This place was my little slice of heaven. Not only was I able to work and live, Corrine was available to check for advice when needed. The view is incredible and you will be in danger of not wanting to leave the apartment. :) Everything you need is provided for (coffee machine, clean pots and pans, cutlery, glasses etc). There was a even a basket of welcome goods when i arrived to keep me going for a day or so until I found my feet. Canet is a 40 minute bus ride from Perpignan and while it is easy to get to, Corrine is the kind of host who came to pick me up at the train station on my first day (and when I left) .. and gave me a tour of the Canet on my first day. She is incredibly kind. I have never felt so welcome and provided for as much as I have here. You will adore this little apartment. I had a wonderful time getting to know Canet, Perpignan and the area around.

We spent 2 1/2 days in the accommodation. Ideal location 2 minutes' walk from the beach Very, very nice house, quality amenities. Responsive and very accessible host. The 2 bathrooms are a plus and the house is very well arranged. I recommend this holiday resort We'll be happy to go back.

We loved our stay in this studio offered by Marie. Senay who takes care of the apartment is very kind and flexible for arrivals and departures. Impeccable household, ideal location, very nice view. Lots of amenities. The air conditioning works very well. The only small negative point is the mattress, we start to feel the springs but it doesn't stop us from sleeping. Otherwise I recommend this Airbnb 100% and we will be back!

Second stay in 2 years in the accommodation offered by Isabelle and the pleasure of coming back was still at the rendezvous. We had a great week, in a clean, quality, well decorated accommodation with an ideal view of the beach and sea of Canet. Isabelle was able to adapt to facilitate both our arrival and departure, with kindness and kindness. Alain's lovely studio was elegantly decorated and had everything I needed for my two-night stay. The location was amazing with many cafés and restaurants nearby. Alain was super helpful and welcoming, and I highly recommend it!

Small, clean and comfortable house with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Close to the beach. The hostess is adorable and very caring. We highly recommend it.

This apartment house is outstanding compared with many other accomodations we had in the past. Close to the St. Pierre la mer beach (walking distance 200 m), 5 minutes with the car to the St. Pierre promenade with lots of restaurants, a local market every day (8 to 13), extraordinarily equipped apartment and so forth. We were two couples (my wife and me, my daughter with husband and three kids. Sufficient space inside and outside the building with two terraces, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, everything lovingly furnished by our host Adeline (and Stephane, of course). Concierge service is available taking care of key handover, laundry / linen exchange if required, problem solving etc. We are happy to recommend this beautiful piece of jewelry in form of a holiday home from the bottom of our heart.

One-night stay for professional reasons. Very well located apartment, easy to access. More spacious than in the photos. And the sea view from the bed with the magnificent sunrise was incredible!
