Our bright, comfy and cosy beach home, with separate snooker/table-tennis/darts annexe, is located on the widest sweep of the picturesque Pevensey Bay. Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, swimming, walking, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

Cottage in Historic Village and Hot Tub

The cottage is a pretty, romantic, Georgian terrace cottage in a historic village with a castle. There is a hot tub too! Within walking distance of open fields and the sea. Beaches are 2 mins drive and 15 minutes walk through open fields. Perfect for a holiday or retreat. The village has two pub restaurants and children's playground. Parking is in the church lane at the back of the house. The bedroom is stylish with a double bed, suitable for a couple. Not suitable for children.

White Horses

“White horses” is our beautiful Victorian family home that has been converted to offer a self contained 2 bedroom apartment with direct access to the beach in the centre of Pevensey Bay. There is a private rear garden and a country style garden at the front entrance along with the beach garden including Pergola and decked area with full garden furniture for residents use. You couldn’t get a better spot on the beach! A great selections of pubs and takeaways a few steps away..

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Seaside getaway - dog friendly

Our bungalow has everything you could possibly need for a cosy stay at the beach. It has a fabulous location, literally a minute walk to the beach and only a few minutes walk to the village. The village is idyllic with various bakers, cafés & pubs, along with a mini supermarket, fish and chip shop, Indian Restaurant and gift shop. Not forgetting the Aqua Beach Bar too which is right on the beach. The beach itself is clean and quiet - even in peak season.
