I loved the apartment, it has a good location (the neighborhood is great, close to several tourist spots that you can walk to), quiet and peaceful. It was very organized, clean and I had no problems. I went in the cold season and what saved me was the shower, lol, very good and very hot. The condominium is also very quiet.

Simply impeccable! The apartment is exactly as advertised — clean, well-equipped, comfortable and decorated with impressive good taste. You can see that the hostess thought of every detail with affection. The stay was wonderful from start to finish, with a highlight also for the delicious coffee she runs on the ground floor of the building: cozy, well served and with excellent service. I saw a previous comment that was quite exaggerated and, frankly, it seems that the person mistook hosting for therapy. Nothing that was mentioned corresponds to the reality we found - on the contrary, we had a quiet, welcoming stay with all the necessary support. I recommend it with my eyes closed and, if possible, I will return other times!

I spent 1 quiet night. It is a kitnet adapted for the basic functions. Backgrounds, no noise and privacy. The bathroom is narrow, the shower is good and the towel is dry on the electric heater. I didn't cook, but you can prepare quick meals. The entrance to the building is a commercial gallery. Doorsmen are friendly. The host was agile in contact with me. The negative point was a cat smell that seemed to be coming from the neighbor.

In a word, Marcelo's apartment is impeccable. Extremely clean, fragrant, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds. It perfectly accommodates a couple and two children. Full kitchen. Great Wi-Fi signal and Claro TV. I strongly recommend Marcelo's apartment for a trip to Petropolis.

I was very well received, Gabriel was a love of person to me all the time, showed me all the things in the house, received me super well, made me super comfortable as if it were my own home! the house is too wonderful, I feel super comfortable as if I morase there, I came away with the desire to stay. the house was super clean, just waiting for me and when I left I left everything organized. I spent the weekend in Petrópolis with my husband and a couple of friends, and the experience could not have been better. Sérgio and his wife were super nice to us, from before check in always very helpful, gave us local recommendations, the cozy and wonderful house with a fireplace that we fell in love with, warm water even to wash the dishes and heaters in the rooms, we felt at home. We will definitely come back more often and we are already recommending it to friends and family!

The weekend to celebrate my birthday was incredible, the house was super comfortable and clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed, the host was always very attentive and kind, solving whatever was necessary immediately, the assistant Silvinha was great, made delicious food and was always very sweet! I can't wait to return for more incredible moments!

Our stay was simply amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt the care and affection with which everything was prepared. Carlos and Nívea thought of every detail to welcome us, and that made all the difference in our experience. The house is beautiful, super cozy, extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. And the most special thing: we were greeted with very affectionate treats, which showed how much our presence was valued. A gesture that warmed our hearts and made us feel at home. Communication with Carlos was also excellent — always available, attentive and very kind. Surely it was one of the best accommodations we've ever had on Airbnb. We are already in the mood to return and, of course, we recommend with our eyes closed!

Pleasant, comfortable experience, better than shown in the photos, a house without excessive luxury, but with a high dose of coziness, tranquility and a beautiful view of the Valley. Thais and Adriana are great hosts, no doubt the return is certain for rent.

Excellent apartment (penthouse). Well located, in the best condominium in Itaipava, with all leisure infrastructure and close to all commerce. The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures. All rooms have TV and great bed and bath linens. Fully equipped kitchen with top quality dishes. I highly recommend it!

And my favorite space and whenever I can I will be there. Very close to the center can be reached on foot. Rua Tranquila and with bakery market and hortifrut. And bus station for those who are not by car. I will be there again. I will return for sure.

Alvinho's apartment is great, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. Communication with him is also great, always answering and resolving all our doubts. The location is great, close to everything. For those who don't want to cook, there are plenty of delivery options. The sofa is a delight and the bed is very comfortable too. We will definitely be back.
