This exceptional 90m2 property is located in a large house divided into two completely independent homes. It is composed of two spacious air-conditioned rooms, including a suite with sea views. You can also enjoy the private garden area, equipped with a barbecue. The setting is pleasant and the decor is neat.

Studio at the bottom of Petite-Île

The studio is quietly located, at the bottom of Petite Ile, 5 minutes from the beautiful beach of Grand Anse, 15 minutes from Saint Pierre and Saint Joseph. It is located on a large beautifully wooded lot, well away from the main house where we live. There is no one opposite and it is completely private. It is fully equipped. The bedding is new. Vehicles can be parked in front of the accommodation. Note, we have two small children. There may be noise when they play!

It is an independent guest house with garden located in Anse les Hauts, Petite-Île (~400 m above sea level). It is about 15 minutes from Saint-Pierre and 10 minutes from Grand Anse beach, ideal to get to the beach as well as to the mountain. The place is very quiet perfect if you want to rest. See you soon.
