Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Andrés’ Airbnb was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better! The attention to detail was outstanding. The kitchen was fully equipped and the outdoor space was a lovely bonus for relaxing evenings. Communication with Andres was seamless. He was responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. His local recommendations for dining and activities made our trip even better. The location was perfect—close to the mall and Isla de Flores, yet peaceful and quiet. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and will definitely be back next time we’re in Flores, Guatemala! My second time at Maria's home and felt right at home again!

Perfect place to get away and spend time in peace. Perfect for us, who are not made of glass and love nature. As everywhere, we must take care of our children, even more so with the lake two steps away; it is dangerous to neglect the little ones... That said, my 9 and 5 year old children did not want to leave the place, they loved it, they enjoyed it and we were left wanting to return. We will return and stay longer, God willing.

Maria’s place was a good stopping point for the night, simple and straightforward with comfortable beds. The bunk beds were surprisingly sturdy and not noisy (this is important!). We had a lovely short exploration of Flores before heading to Tikal so her space worked well for our needs.

Perfect accommodation, our stay was great, clean house and place as described. Each room has allowed each family member to relax after many hours of driving. Great for parking and location! Friendly and attentive host Highly recommended!

I could have stayed forever in this place, overlooking the lake. Your neighbour is Lou. He organises great trips to the jungle and rents canoes. The village is supernice. Friendly and so relaxed. We met many nice people. Lucrecia was our great help when we left thekeys in the apartment. In 10 minutes she arrived with the spare ones. We were so happy. The house has all you need and the styling is lovely. We would come back! It was too short. Thanx for all 😀

Comfortable apartment, well located and exactly as shown in the pictures. The place was perfect for our stay: clean, tidy and with all necessary amenities. The location is very convenient, minutes from the Island of Flores and with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and other services. It is ideal both for those who visit the area for tourism and those looking for a functional place to rest. The host's attention was excellent at all times, always attentive and willing to help. I would definitely consider returning on an upcoming visit to Petén.

the place is new and comfortable, it is perfect if you are going to be a single night to get out to know its surroundings "tikal ". and super close to the airport (walk) there is not much to do in its surroundings, you should take taxi to go to the island of the flowers if you want to have some fun.

amazing place in the middle of nature! we had a very rejuvinating stay in the yellow cabin, surrounded by animals and birds. the restaurant on the property is also incredible, we were very pleased to eat every single meal there. :) we also enjoyed a very special christmas menu on christmas eve. Alice was very helpful and sweet, wonderful place, 100% recommend! note: if coming by car the road up is a bit steep but we made it in our mini suv.

What a nice and beautiful stay! The house is very cozy and equipped with all the comforts. The wonderful swimming pool upstairs is not a superfluous luxury with the temperatures in Flores and we have been able to enjoy it. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and equipped with lovely beds, well-functioning air conditioning and a nice interior. The contact with Jenny was very good and she was very friendly. Handing over the keys was done by someone else who could immediately explain the pool and the like, so be in time to report your arrival and departure times to not have to wait too long:) the house is a little further away from the island of Flores, but by car you will be there in 10 minutes and it's nice and quiet. We had a very nice stay there and recommend it to everyone.

A very clean place with pleasant spaces, it is excellent for a family environment, the space is very safe and quiet, in love with the place

The accommodation was perfect and a 5-minute walk to the airport. It's perfect if you have a very early flight in the morning because you just have to cross the road. It was really secure, there are guards near the residence. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and a cleaning lady comes every day. You can wash your clothes for 60 quetzals per machine with 15 quetzals of laundry. If you want to go to Flores Island, it takes 40 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by tuk tuk (about 20 quetzal for two people) I recommend it!

Jonathan was super kind and his place was great with AC after a hot day in Tikal. He gave us expert local recommendations as well. The apartment is super safe and spacious with 2 private bedrooms and bathrooms!
