An excellent location, a quiet and safe place in addition to the impeccable house, very comfortable and with everything you need ,the host is very attentive and friendly.

One word describes our experience with Eduardo and that is "phenomenal". From the first message I received fro. Eduardo he was more than helpful. He always ensured that we were comfortable and well educated on the surrounding lands. Eduardo provided a safe, beautiful, and everlasting stay. We were saddened to leave and wish that we could join his family and be part of his family. Eduardo helped feel welcome, appreciated, and loved like a family. I would highly recommend folks to stay and enjoy their time with Eduardo and his stay. The stay is peaceful, safe, and filled with wildlife. Wildlife that you may probably see given that you wake up at the right time. It's an ideal place for birdwatching and a short boat trip (5 min) to the island of Flores. Thank you thank you thank you Eduardo. You helped make our first experience in Guatemala, a memorable one. One that encourages us to come back.

The place is very cozy we recommend a great service, clean and very quiet, to be able to enjoy your days in a nice place and be able to clear you of the stress

I thought the accommodation was very good in general, we had no particular problems and enjoyed the stay, I would return without any problem. A recommendation would be a garbage can be to place all the garbage we generated, so as not to have to leave them in bags, outside of that everything else went smoothly.

A good option to rest quietly, it helped us a lot to facilitate a tour operator, a plus for us is that it was a few blocks away from the bus terminal.

Excelente rental for the weekends exactly as pictured and secure location. Great quality contruction and lots of natural light inside the unit. Also has AC that works very well. Will definitely book again anytime I visit the area.

I had a great stay in Flores! The home was clean, modern, and really comfortable which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The living room was cozy, the furniture was well-kept, and the space had everything I needed. The location was ideal as it was safe, easy to find, and within walking distance to the island. There were plenty of food options nearby, and transportation was super convenient with tuk-tuks and taxis available right outside. It was also a bonus to have laundry on-site, which made it easy to clean up before returning home. Overall, I felt very at ease here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Flores!

Lesbia is a phenomenal host who really goes out of her way to help you get what you need. I was very impressed with how responsive she was. She definitely made us feel like we were right at home.

We were picked up by boat at Maya Mall and brought to a true oasis of calm, nestled by the lake. This serene spot offers countless corners to unwind—whether you're swaying in a hammock near your cabin or relaxing on the pier, nature surrounds you. At sunrise and sunset, the chorus of birds and howler monkeys creates a magical backdrop. Esvin was always ready to take us to Flores Island or back to Maya Mall by boat—just a scenic 7-minute ride away. Thank you, Mildred, for your warm hospitality and for giving our holiday such a perfect start. We absolutely loved your beautiful place!

We loved the place, there are all kinds of businesses nearby. Vital bring insect repellent! And I would recommend to be notifying the host with time that they will be arriving, in our case the host did not know we would arrive and we had to wait a little bit. And you have to bring basic things like sugar because there is no in the cabin. We loved the layout of the rooms. If we came back, if we would stay here again.

It was fantastic... I charm at night to have a campfire...the amphrion is always attentive to recommend ...its location ..good ..close to two gas stations with convenience stores..in front of a park with pool and restaurant, two minutes from another restaurant and pool service to another restaurant ... It is on main paved street and not to mention that very private.. Farm animals like geese loved.... Its location 15 minutes away from the airport and shopping center Metroplaza....where you can find everything. In 3 minutes we were in Ixpanpajul Park of hanging bridges.... Sure for my next visit to Tikal me stay alli Highly recommended It was nice to hear the howling monkeys at night. The possibility of fishing was incredible ...what we caught was able to prepare in a steakhouse....

The place is practically next to the lake, you can see the sunrise or sunset depending on the lake, depending on the time of year. The journey to San Miguel may seem long, however it is on a dirt road, but it is quite passable. I arrived in a small car and with a little patience and low speed without problems. Spacious place for 4 people, good recommendations from Lesbia to visit local places. Thanks for the support, they treated us like family. I'll definitely go to the same place next time.

The listing was beyond what was advertised. Incredible location to feel at peace and enjoy the surroundings. Hosts were super attentive and responsive, they helped me a lot with logistics and made sure I was comfortable and happy during my stay. Truly worth the trip.

Muuuuchas thank you for these days in your Cabana !! I recommend this place 1min walking to the lake, sunset locoo and the cabañita is perfect for 5 people. There are no towels but there is salt and sugar ! Thank you for everything :)
