We had a wonderful stay and would gladly give five stars! The management team was excellent — friendly, responsive, and professional throughout. We’d especially like to thank Adam, who kindly and patiently showed us around the property and made sure we felt completely comfortable. The view from the house was truly spectacular, both day and night. Everything was well taken care of, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

The apartment is on the side of the w hotel. It’s on floor 25 and sometimes I had to wait for the lift a while. There was no hot water but as it was so hot outside the cold shower was refreshing. The TVs did not work well but certainly they can be fixed. Washing dryer etc worked very well. Generally I was extremely pleased with everything and I would recommend this place to stay. It’s good value and a great location with a great view. Thank you

The accommodation is located next to the Putra Mall and next to the public transport network, which makes getting around quite easy. The accommodation is well equipped and quite functional. The hotel is great, with a rooftop pool that has a breathtaking view! Maximum security too. One small downside: the sheets were not very clean.

Had a great time staying here - the place is very centrally located and pretty much all the major attractions are within a 5 - 6 km radius (if not walkable).

Pros: 1.Great place to stay and do your laundry there. 2. Many cafes in petaling jaya nearby. You need to take grab to north tower. 3. There’s Anytime Fitness gym at the south tower. Very convenient. Cons: 1. The designated drop-off/pick-up road is quite confusing for the grab drivers. 2. The security guard physically records your passport or Malaysian identity card details before allowing you enter. 3. Must use access card at the entrance and lifts before pressing the lift button. 4. You have to drive to paradigm mall nearby.

We liaise with Tony who was a great guy - friendly and hospitable to say the least. He went out of his way to fetch us when our Grab dropped us at the wrong location. Gary explained everything and was kind and patient. The location is just a stone’s throw away from TRX hence everything we need is within reach. Apartment was amazing. The highlight of our stay was the view at night. If we have to find a thing or two that needs improvement - it would be that the pillows need to have better head support and that the washer needs to come with simple instructions. Other than that, everything was top-notched. Two huge TVs made us not want to leave the place. The place is beautifully done up. The owner definitely has good taste. Will definitely return in future. Comfortable stay, great location for shopping because it is in the Sunway pyramid mall. However, it’s very noisy sound from Sunway Lagoon during daytime if u plan to get a rest during daytime.

The Luxury Cozy Home was a wonderful place for our group. It comfortably accommodated six adults and three children during our short stay before returning to the States. The amenities provided were excellent, and the home’s convenient location near the mall and dining options added to our enjoyable experience. While the surrounding homes gave us a slight feeling of unease, the presence of security cameras provided reassurance regarding our safety. Overall, this is a lovely home that is well-suited for families looking to relax in the heart of a bustling city like Subang. We appreciate the effort put into making our stay comfortable and look forward to returning!

Suhanna's place is at the prime area and its so accessible to the main centres without much hassle. The house was perfect with a quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely come back again and recommend as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The place was clean, comfortable and just nice for my family. The kitchen had all the basic items I needed, which made things a lot easier, especially since I was travelling with my 10mo baby. There were enough power points around the house, which is convenient. The host was friendly and responsive. p/s I accidentally left behind my favourite thermos and its carry bag - totally my fault! Overall, our family had a lovely stay and a good rest while attending a wedding nearby. Recommended.

The house is super clean. Very spacious . Comfortable. More important you don't have to fight for bathrooms 😂 6 bedroom 6 bathroom very suitable for big family. The host is responsive and polite.

Overall, I had a very satisfying experience with the Row team and Jessica. We rented this place for a non-commercial video shoot, and the team was very helpful in communicating with the house owner and keeping us updated throughout the process. I came across some comments mentioning that filming isn’t allowed at the property, but I don't think that’s entirely true. In my experience, mutual respect and clear communication—especially informing them in advance about the nature of the shoot and which areas will be featured—go a long way in getting consent and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Communication is key, and I truly appreciate the support from the Row team. Cheers!

The facilities and environment is awesome. Below the apartment are eateries, shops and spacious for children to play. Apartment is great, the furnitures are tastefully chosen. I love especially the coffee table. practical, classy and big, no sharp edges so I don't have to worry about kids playing there. Aircon was cold enough, towels fresh, and best was the hair dryer which is light weight and dries fast. bed linen can be better as I spotted hair on a few of the beds. but not fret by it as I brought a lint roller. very classy hotel like toilet furnishing. A light note: will be good to fix the towel bar at common toilet. overall, great!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb in Legasi Kampung Bahru. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as described. The view of the KL skyline from the balcony (especially the Petronas Towers!) was absolutely stunning — a real highlight of the stay. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the Kampung Bahru LRT station and close to KLCC. There are also plenty of local eateries and convenience stores nearby, which made daily needs easy to handle. The host was responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and clear instructions were provided. The building itself felt secure, with 24-hour security and a quiet environment. We had a hiccup with check-in and once that’s sorted, it’s a beautiful stay and lovely hosts. The apartment is welcoming and thoughtfully furnished. It is as described in the listing and photos. Our highlight is the robot vacuum that is available for a quick clean up, extremely useful for stays more than a week. Very convenient to get around. Shopping and eating places aplenty. The accommodation was great for my party of ten. We enjoyed the free coffee etc.
