Apartment holiday rentals in Petaling Jaya

The view, wow! My partner and I were amazed by the view, and the photos just don’t do it justice. The room is exactly like pictures, minimal interior decorations. A few smaller details would have been nicer, such as pool towels, proper kitchen towels etc. This stay is located in a very nice and secure building. The pool is also spectacular, with that floor having a view from all around the building. There is also a big shopping mall located at the bottom of the building LaLaport, which is very convenient. A great stay, and would recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay at Farhi’s place. The house looks exactly like the photos, and everything matched the description provided. LRT Jelatek is just a 10-minute walk away, and the free car park was a great convenience. We stayed for 3 nights and truly felt at home. Highly recommended! And , there are a lot of information and reminders in the house too. We use those info provided in the house to get access to the places we want. Thanks Farhi! Will come back again!

Everything was great and easy accessible with shop lots downstairs, only tricky thing is the parking as they don’t have an assigned slot of resident parking and will need to park at B1 (paid parking). Other than that, all is good.

Had a great time staying here - the place is very centrally located and pretty much all the major attractions are within a 5 - 6 km radius (if not walkable).

Pros: 1.Great place to stay and do your laundry there. 2. Many cafes in petaling jaya nearby. You need to take grab to north tower. 3. There’s Anytime Fitness gym at the south tower. Very convenient. Cons: 1. The designated drop-off/pick-up road is quite confusing for the grab drivers. 2. The security guard physically records your passport or Malaysian identity card details before allowing you enter. 3. Must use access card at the entrance and lifts before pressing the lift button. 4. You have to drive to paradigm mall nearby.

New, beautiful and clean apartment, great place, highly recommended.

We liaise with Tony who was a great guy - friendly and hospitable to say the least. He went out of his way to fetch us when our Grab dropped us at the wrong location. Gary explained everything and was kind and patient. The location is just a stone’s throw away from TRX hence everything we need is within reach. Apartment was amazing. The highlight of our stay was the view at night. If we have to find a thing or two that needs improvement - it would be that the pillows need to have better head support and that the washer needs to come with simple instructions. Other than that, everything was top-notched. Two huge TVs made us not want to leave the place. The place is beautifully done up. The owner definitely has good taste. Will definitely return in future. Had a wonderful stay here - the building is modern with great amenities like an infinity pool, gym, and secure access. It's in a perfect location next to a mall and train station. The apartment was clean, comfy, and well-equipped with AC, washer/dryer, and smart TV. Rainee was a super friendly host and helpful with a great tour and local tips. Would definitely look to book here again if ever in Kuala Lumpur ☺️

A very convenient place to stay, near to the MRT station which is accesible to nearby malls and tourist spots. Choices of eateries, supermarket and shops connected at ground floor, we could top up our daily appliances anytime. Host is very friendly, and instructions are very clear. Thanks for the stay, we felt like home and would sure like to stay again next time if there's chance!

We enjoyed our stay at this place, it felt like home. The apartment was clean and offered a nice view and comfy bed. The location is great, just above a B-class shopping mall with a large grocery store Jaya, a few good (though overpriced) restaurants, and a metro station with direct access to and from the airport. The gym and swimming pool have a good vibe. We’ve visited several places with rooftop gyms and pools, and this one felt just right. I can objectively recommend this place.

Place is clean and comfy. Has water dispenser. Many choices of food around the area.

The infinity pool is particularly nice and the environment is good, the only thing is that there are only two cards for three people

Stayed for a short rest, Very secured with access card on almost every entrance so it's either perfect if you like it private and safe but a hassle for those who prefer convenience experience. The staff was helpful, The room was comfortable, kitchen and bathroom is clean, and most importantly the view especially at night is exceptionally beautiful. Not able to comment on the amenities because too lazy to go down. Oher than that, it was a wonderful experience.

One of the best stays I've ever had. Ashraf space was absolutely beautiful, love love love the interior -- just wanted to stay-in the entire time. Lots of restaurants and good coffee place nearby, making it super convenient! Also big thanks to Ashraf for being responsive and clear with the checking in & out instructions. It's super pleasant to communicate with Ashraf, super friendly guy! Would definitely be back again if I could! xx

It’s very convenient if you stay alone and wanna connect wifi, I really recommend to stay here.

Host: friendly and responsive. Even ask if we want Early check-in. clear instructions given. House: Great, full of amenities. great floor carpet and cleaning cloth available. even Cooking oil, chili sauce, conditioner also available. feel like home. Cleanliness: sparkling clean. location: great, less than 5 min walk to Lalaport Mall. lost of restaurants and great mall not so crowded. Jaya Grocery & Healthland Pharmacy also inside, easy to get all you need. Bonus: lots of children toys, my kid love to play and don't want to leave the room. Cons: sometimes, there are some noise upstairs, no problem if sleep at main bedroom, but will hear it clearly if sleep at second small room. Besides that's, the 2nd room queen bede is spring bed which is also quite noisy and not so comfortable compare to main bedroom one. Summary: Worth the value, clean, convenience, satisfied stay. Will stay again and hopefully host will change the 2nd bed to a more comfy one. Recommended, especially for kid

Like that the place is out of the city hustle but still accessible to eateries and basic necessities shopping a walking distance away.
