Un séjour de rêve à Pesaro ! Tout était absolument parfait. La maison, nichée dans un cadre bucolique, offre un véritable havre de paix, entourée de verdure, d’un jardin fleuri, d’un verger et même de quelques poules en liberté. Le calme qui y règne est ressourçant. Le studio était impeccable, propre et fonctionnel, et le canapé-lit particulièrement confortable. Mais ce que nous retenons surtout, c’est l’extraordinaire gentillesse de Sylvia, qui nous a accueillis avec une générosité rare. Elle a su rendre notre arrivée et notre séjour aussi simples qu’agréables. Nous avons également eu la chance de rencontrer Giacomo et son père, deux personnes profondément adorables, avec qui nous avons eu des échanges très chaleureux. Encore mille mercis pour ce séjour inoubliable. Nous garderons un souvenir ému de cette parenthèse à Pesaro… et de vous tous !

Abbiamo appena trascorso le vacanze in questo appartamento curato nel dettaglio, dotato di tutti i comfort possibili. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato l'alloggio perfettamente pulito, in ordine e molto profumato. Rosaria si é dimostrata molto disponibile e gentile anche nell'organizzare insieme a noi gli spazi, avendo delle necessità per il nostro bimbo di 5 anni. Comodo il parcheggio facilmente disponibile in strada di fronte all'appartamento, noi ci siamo spostati in macchina per raggiungere la spiaggia ma volendo ci sono spiagge attrezzate raggiungibili a piedi in massimo 5 min. Assolutamente da consigliare ed esperienza da ripetere!!

Claudia ist eine sehr herzliche und immer ansprechbare Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super liebevoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung haben wir einen leckeren Wein aus der Region erhalten und auch noch ein paar weitere Goodies wie süße Aufstriche, Nudeln mit Soße (damit niemand bei der Anreise hungrig bleibt) und auch noch Mineralwasser. Das hat uns sehr gefreut und wir haben uns super aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Die Betten waren super und die Ausstattung hat nichts zu wünschen gelassen. Der Tischkicker wurde von uns nicht genutzt, ist aber natürlich eine tolles Extra, gerade für eine Gruppe oder Familie mit Kindern. Eine Einschränkung dafür, dass die Wohnung deutlich dunkler ist als auf den Fotos dargestellt und der Essplatz draußen war recht weit von der Wohnung entfernt und nutzbar für alle Anwohner der Anlage. Die Wohnung ist kühl - bei hohen Außentemperaturen willkommen. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und sehr gepflegt.

The Apartment was very nice in an amazing location! Especially the possibility to use bikes gave a lot of flexibility to enjoy the region! Thank you Maria for the great stay! We enjoyed it a lot!

Stefania is a wonderful host. She had the a/c already running to cool the apartment before our arrival since we arrived later in the evening. Stefania gave us a beautiful rundown of her village and surrounding areas and even offered to make us a reservation at a restaurant up the hill (we did take her up on that. It was a great sea view restaurant with good food!) The apartment had everything we could have needed for our long weekend stay. I cannot recommend this area enough. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Most definitely a peaceful getaway. We have zero complaints and would book again in the future if ever in the area again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Rosaria et Salvatore, ce sont des hôtes fantastiques. Très réactifs et fondamentalement gentils. Nous avons eu le plaisir de gouter aux pizzas de Salvatore, qui tient la pizzeria juste en dessous de l'appartement. L'appartement est spacieux, meublé avec gout et très proche de la vieille ville à pieds. Merci à tout les deux.

Diego was proactive and very helpful and responsive. He was a fantastic host and checked in several times. He really cares and wants you to have the best stay possible! The apartment was in great condition and looked like the pictures. You could see that the apartment was refurbished recently and felt very modern and clean. The open plan kitchen living room was spacious and there was plenty of room for me and my family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and there was extra blankets available as well as plenty of towels. He also had a full box of coffee pods and bottles of water so we could have our breakfast coffee without any issues - that stood out to me. Something I didn't know but that was convenient too is that it's right next to a little shop (like a mini supermarket). All in all, the place was great! We will very likely book this again!

Per essere estremamente sintetico siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento è davvero delizioso: accogliente, pulito, arredato con molto gusto, accessoriato di tutto, dotato di comodissimo posto auto e spazio esterno che si apre su un panorama spettacolare; inoltre il borgo di Gabicce Monte è un'autentica perla, offre la possibilità di rilassanti passeggiate con la sensazione di essere sospesi sulla distesa del mare. Una ulteriore particolarità: L'appartamento è adiacente alla chiesetta del paese, un tempo probabilmente erano comunicanti, il che rende il contesto ancora più suggestivo. Ne ho già nostalgia!

Casa pulita e spaziosa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, il proprietario della casa è stato molto gentile e disponibile con noi. Ho avuto il piacere di incontrare Michela, la quale oltre ad aver pulito la casa mi ha portato anche al supermercato per fare la spesa, ci siamo dimenticati la carica batterie e ce l’ha spedito a casa. Molto consigliato ✨

Appartamento accogliente situato in ottima posizione a Gabicce, vicino al mare e a tutti i servizi necessari, dispone di un ampio giardino ideale per chi ha animali. Il locale è pulito, fresco e dispone di tutti i servizi, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno piacevole grazie anche a Elisa che è sempre stata disponibile nel darci informazioni sulle spiagge e i luoghi di interesse e a darci una mano se avevamo bisogno. Sicuramente torneremo.

Wir sind eine Familie mit 3 Kindern und die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Es gab ausreichend Platz und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, direkt am Strand und nahe zu den abendlichen Karussels/Hüpfburgen/... Aber nicht zu nahe, so dass man auch seine Ruhe hat. Der Gastgeber ist super nett und half uns mit tollen Restaurant Tipps.

Schöne Unterkunft, alles war sehr sauber, und nette Vermieter. Alles war so, wie beschrieben. Bahnhof und Innenstadt sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, der Strand wirklich gleich um die Ecke - genauso wie ein richtig guter Pizza-Imbiss.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick von einer überdachten Terrasse! Sonne scheint im Juni kaum auf die Terrasse, so dass man sie die ganze Zeit nutzen kann. Benedetta war super zuvorkommend und sehr nett! Mit dem Bus kommt man direkt zum Bahnhof, zum Fährterminal oder in die Innenstadt von Ancona. Was für uns ohne Auto perfekt war! Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame und entspannte Zeit und vermissen den Ausblick!!!

superbe appartement dans magnifique village appartement au top! rien de manque, celui-ci est aménagé de sorte à ce qu'il soit pratique. La literie est de bonne qualité, la cuisine est propre. Le plus : la terrasse avec vue sur l'adriatique. Carlotta nous a demandé si nous étions bien arrivés et nous a indiqué qu'il y avait un petit cadeau dans réfrigérateur :-) Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il y avait un plateau dans la cuisine avec 2 verres à cocktail et des gâteaux. Quelle délicate attention après toutes ses heures de route (Ns venons de Bretagne en France). Le village est magnifique et animé avec la plage en contrebas. La région est superbe. Vous pouvez en savoir plus en feuilletant les livres et prospectus qui sont à votre disposition dans le logement. Et puis, nous avons fait de belles rencontres aussi dans le village. Je recommande vivement.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Frederica und ihrem Bruder Francesco verbracht. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, sodass wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt habe. Die Lage des Appartements ist einfach Klasse. Es liegt zentral an der Promenade und somit direkt am Strand. Francesco war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns tolle Ausflugsempfehlungen gegeben, die den Urlaub perfekt abgerundet haben.

Esperienza assolutamente positiva! :) Il Signor Stefano molto puntuale e gentile, pronto a fornire chiarimenti rispetto a domande e curiosità sull'alloggio e sui dettagli di regole generali, servizi, check-in e check-out. Appartamento come da foto e di più, la matrimoniale in foto sembra più piccola quando in realtà è molto spaziosa! Tutto pulito e in ordine, letti comodi e zona tranquilla, abbiamo riposato tutti benissimo! :) A due passi dal palacongressi, ottimo come appoggio in questi casi. Tutti gli ospiti soddisfatti dell'esperienza e dal buon rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto ai servizi offerti. Nient'altro da aggiungere :) alla prossima!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato decisamente soddisfacente. La casa di Cinzia è molto grande con delle camere ampie e comode e una cucina spaziosa e ben fornita. Lo spazio esterno è davvero bello peccato non averlo potuto sfruttare al massimo vista la stagione invernale. Cinzia e suo marito sono stati gentili e disponibili. Più che raccomandato.

Location perfetta, ottima per essere vicinissimi al mare ma alti come piano per non sentire il caino della strada. Ci tonerò sicuramente.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich magisch! Natürlich ist das Ambiente wundervoll, dort ist es sehr ruhig und bis nach Montone zu den Restaurants läuft man ca 20 Minuten, aber wir wollten es genau so! Der Pool, die Aussicht - wirklich alles war fantastisch! Und ganz herauszuheben sind einfach unsere tollen Gastgeber! Sie waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben und sogar eine Trüffelwanderung für uns organisiert und übersetzt! Wir sind unfassbar dankbar, dass wir in diesem Juwel unterkommen durften und diese wundervolle und liebe Familie kennenlernen durften! Vielen Dank für alles 😊

Das Casal del Sole liegt auf einem Hügel in mitten der tollen Landschaft. Man hat einen einzigartigen 360Grad Rund-um-Blick. Ideal auch mit Kindern, da es einen kleinen Spielplatz gibt. Tischtennis, Kicker und genug Platz für gemütliches Sitzen an diversen Chill-out Areas oder gemütliches Grillen. Vom sehr großen Pool hat man einen sensationellen Blick auf die schönen Hügel. Wir haben 2 der 4 Wohnungen bewohnt und waren jeweils sehr begeistert. Die Wohnungen sind top ausgestattet, besonders natürlich die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit der tollen überdachten Terrasse Die gesamte Ausstattung der Wohnungen, Poolbereich, Ruhezonen, extra Küche ist sehr sehr gut und durchdacht. Stefano und Alessandro mit ihren Familien kümmern sich bis ins letzte Detail um alles. Selten haben wir so eine Sauberkeit und Liebe zum Detail irgendwo erlebt. Hier kommt Gastfreundschaft von ganzem Herzen. Wir haben uns selten an einem Ort so gut erholt. Danke!

Ein Schmuckstück auf dem Land. Wunderschöne Natur und viel Ruhe. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Italo gab uns tolle Tips für Restaurants und mehr. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt verlängert haben. Vielen Dank

È stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo. L’idromassaggio in giardino una coccola gradita. Essendo all’ottavo mese di gravidanza non tutti i giorni siamo andati in spiaggia, che comunque dista solo 10 minuti a piedi. Essere in mezzo alla natura è stato rilassante. La stanza comoda, con tutto ciò che può servire. Ci torneremo ancora. Lorena ha sempre risposto in tempi brevi ed è sempre stata gentile.
