Delightful accommodation in the center

Delightful two-room apartment recently renovated, in the heart of the historic center of Perugia, equipped with WiFi/fiber and air conditioning, located near the Roman Aqueduct and 50 meters from the Etruscan Arch and the University of Foreigners, very close to all areas of interest including the Cathedral, Corso Vannucci, Fontana Maggiore, the Rectorate and Morlacchi theater, as well as clubs, restaurants and shops. The house is very comfortable and has 2 entrances, one independent and one inside the building.

Super last minute

My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).

“Il Cantuccio” di Francesca is a quiet and peaceful apartment located in a strategic position: it is about a 20-minute walk from the center and its architectural beauties, from the train station and is very close to the E45 Perugia Prepo, the Arena S. Giuliana and the Villa Fiorita clinic. In front of the house there is free parking and within walking distance there are bus stops. stunning top floor flat within city center's heart

Really nice top floor studio-flat behind the Town Hall and the Fontana Maggiore the main city center' square. The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. It has an independent kitchen, mosaic bathroom and a nice terrace with a gorgeous view to eat and get tanned! The flat has just been renovated with wodden floor, new beds and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and TV. Towels and bed linen are included! Have a nice staying!

Casetta Umbra

Cozy three-rooms apartment in the very city center of Perugia. Its location is perfect as it can be easily reached by train and minimetro, bus or car. Piazza IV Novembre is only 500 m away. For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. Be aware of the stairs & enjoy the most beautiful city in the heart of Italy!

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The apartment is per the description. It is not very spacious, but as a solo traveller it was comfortable for me. A word of warning for those with limited mobility - you need to climb up a steep slope to get to the place and there is no elevator in the building. Other than that, the location is excellent - right next to Piazza Italia.

Our stay at La Casa dell Abate was truly wonderful and memorable and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys beauty and comfort off the beaten path. From the moment we arrived, Allesio was welcoming, friendly, showed us around the home and offered tips on what to do. He will also offer you the opportunity for a pasta class or gourmet dinner which is prepared by their friend Francesco, in the private garden/outdoor kitchen. We really enjoyed this experience. Their home is beautifully decorated yet maintains the charm of the 16th century in which the village was built. We slept great in the peaceful surroundings and the comfortable beds with nice linens. One of our best Airbnb experiences! Thank you Allesio.

We took the 12 minute taxi from Perugia Train Station and met Alessandro and his two daughters at the iconic Piazza IV Novembre. Absolutely charming family, and their welcoming comments during the brief walk to the apartment was like a scene from a film. The apartment is a large studio with a dark and elegantly curtained sleeping area, and a living room and kitchenette with sunshine and views. The bathroom was recently retiled by the family and it’s beautiful. The washer/dryer was a bonus as we were in the final stop of our 2-week tour. Alessandro was the perfect host. Kindhearted, generous, and very responsive to every request we made through the app. He even arranged for a taxi pickup at 5:45 in the morning of our last day. We found the location to be perfect as we fell in love with Perugia.

A gem in the heart of the city.

Alessandra's apartment is as described, clean and functional, on a quiet, beautiful street. The single best thing about it is the location – having previously stayed closer to the Duomo, we're convinced that Borgobello is the best neighbourhood to stay in while visiting Perugia. We also found Alessandra to be a responsive, helpful and accommodative host. We enthusiastically recommend her and her apartment. That said, I am also using this space to offer a couple of tips to future guests. One, if you need a taxi on the day of your departure, make sure to leave plenty of time – taxi services in Perugia are not the most reliable. Two, we found that Alessandra's recommendations for bars and restaurants, while all good, were pretty touristy or tourist-oriented. If that's not your thing, I recommend, instead, exploring the many wonderful, non-touristy options in Borgobello. Our favourites were the wine bar Venti Vino and the restaurant Locanda Do Pazzi.
