Villa holiday rentals in Perugia

Notre séjour à Paciano était au delà de nos attentes. Le lieu est parfait, calme et offre une magnifique vue sur la vallée et le lac. La maison est tout équipée, rien à prévoir et nos hôtes étaient super disponibles et de bons conseils (merci pour les recettes). Commodité et commerce à 15 min en voiture. Idéalement placé entre Rome, Florence, Pise et Sienne. Rien à redire, c’était une très bonne surprise, merci à Maria Pia et Dante.

I honestly can't say enough positive things about this beautiful villa/property and the host (Andrea). It exceeded all expectations. The pictures are beautiful, but it truly doesn't do justice to the real thing. The villa is huge with 4 very spacious bedrooms / 3 full baths that provides tons of space. The living room is huge with an incredible view and so much other room (dining, sitting area, etc). The outside patio is unbelievable with a view to die for. Has a private garage for a car if you drive and washing machine. Kitchen is good size with full-size appliances if you choose to cook. Air conditioning in all rooms! Andrea was an exceptional host and extremely accommodating. He met us when we arrived and gave us a personal tour and also left us with a delicious bottle of wine! If you take a train to Chiusi (we did), you will have to get a taxi from the station to the villa (~10 minute drive). Chiusi historic center is a very easy 5-minute uphill walk from the villa. 5 *

Our stay was amazing! The house is beyond beautiful and the view is beautiful. The house was great for a group of 9 people. (We didn’t realize there were no bed linens and towels included, so take that with you.) Communication was great! We will defiantly come back!

Our stay at Villa Nobile was exceptional. The villa provided the perfect balance of privacy, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, while offering the comforts and services of a resort. From the seamless transfer arrangements coordinated by Mario to the attentive staff who ensured every detail was taken care of, the hospitality was outstanding. The wine tasting upon arrival was a wonderful introduction to the region, and the fresh, thoughtfully prepared breakfasts each morning were a delight. Having dinners prepared for us and placed in the refrigerator after days spent exploring the town and local wineries was an added convenience we truly appreciated. The breathtaking sunrises and sunsets made our time here even more memorable. We are grateful for such a wonderful experience and look forward to returning.

The house was great with amazing countryside views. The rooms and common areas were spacious. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio dining area where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the rolling hills. The hosts were great, very responsive and helpful.. One of the hairdryers was not working but Maurizio got us 2 new ones in no time. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Awesome hosts!

The villa was a perfect getaway for our family of six. Leonardo and Luca were super helpful with providing recommendations and accommodations for our stay since we were not walking distance into town. Having a car to drive around would make it much easier to visit nearby towns. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent from start to finish. Smooth check in, super clean, and great for sleeping. 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom are on lower/sub level down from main floor. 1 bedroom and bath is on main floor. Layout made for awesome, quiet, and cool temps at night. Mattresses and sheets and pillows were excellent. Professional turn around on the linens. Hosts had 2 bags of ice in the freezer at check in, which was a nice touch (because Europeans don’t seem to value ice as much as Americans …) We were there for a wedding at the castle up the hill. Previous guests have noted that it’s not walkable, which is correct. It’s an easy 8 minute drive up the mountain. From this house. The normal town of Assisi (not the ancient village on the hill) is an easy 10 minute drive with restaurants and a couple grocery stores. Driving in Italy eas easier than expected. Great hosts, would stay there again.

Veerle's place is truly spectacular. It beautifully combines the charm of a traditional Umbrian country house—with vaulted ceilings and a grand fireplace—with functional spaces that cater to all your needs. We stayed in the house during winter, and I can only imagine how stunning and peaceful it must be in the warmer months when the pool is open. The house is easily accessible via an asphalt road, and shops and convenience stores are just a short drive away. We strongly recommend this place and we will be back!

Wir haben die Unterkunft von Manfredi für einen Urlaub mit 8 Leuten gemietet. Der Check-In hat durch die Mithilfe von Manfredi sehr gut funktioniert. Wir waren sofort von dem Haus und der Lage fasziniert. Es ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten in Marsciano. Dort befinden sich alle Geschäfte, die man so braucht. Das ganze Grundstück ist gut gepflegt und sauber. Auch die Innenausstattung ist sauber und typisch für die Gegend. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, inklusive einer großen Kühltruhe. Zuletzt möchte ich noch die herausragende Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Manfredi hervorheben. Jede Frage wurde von Manfredi schnell und ausführlich beantwortet. Für jeden, der einen ruhigen Urlaub in der Umbria verbringen möchte, ist das Haus von Manfredi perfekt.

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

Andrea's property tucked into the beautiful hills on the Umbria countryside was truly incredible. The property had every amenity and many areas to soak up the sun and the views. It was probably the best BBQ view I've ever seen. The property was a bit further than we thought it was initially and you definitely need a car to get up the steep roads, but the quality of the host and the home made our stay unforgettable. The villa was peaceful and spacious. We felt very comfortable there for our month’s stay. It had wonderful views of Orvieto and the surrounding hills. Pia, Alessandro and Theresa were also great and very helpful.

I cannot recommend Villa Collombroso enough. We had such a wonderful 3+ week stay here with our two kids and family friends. Everyone was comfortable and at ease. We felt relaxed on the property and loved walking to see chickens. Everything was truly lovely and Taira and Gina made our experience excellent. We had a private meal cooked by Taira and did pizza making which were some of the best experiences! We enjoyed having a rental car and the access to drive into Orvieto easily but also quick day trips to Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Bolsena, and Lago Trasimeno. We used the train to get easily into Rome, Florence, and Venice. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Villa Febea is the most magical place, perfect for a large family gathering and celebration. It is gorgeous, comfortable, practical and in a great location. We were given first-class treatment and felt at home and well taken care of. We were given guidance and advice on the planning of our stay over the course of many months, so when we arrived at the villa, everything fell into place perfectly. The owners offer a large selection of services and excursions and can help with just about anything. We had fantastic dinners organized for us at the villa, and we highly recommend the pasta making class followed by dinner, which was one of many highlights. We loved the place, the staff and our whole experience. A holiday and celebration to remember forever!

Das Haus war ein Traum! Maurizio hat uns beim Check-in alles erklärt und wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist typisch toskanisch, wunderschön und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Den Gasgrill haben wir gleich genutzt und die Entspannung in der Sauna und auch im Thermalbecken genossen. Ein ruhiges Plätzchen Erde an den wir definitiv wieder kommen möchten.

Casale semplicemente strepitoso, dal vivo ancora più bello che in foto. Orietta molto gentile e disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta,ha fatto di tutto per farci trovare la piscina attiva, nonostante il tempo incerto, l' abbiamo usata per tutto il soggiorno! Spazi esterni curatissimi, camere confortevoli e spaziose, se posso dare un consiglio suggerirei di cambiare cuscini e materassi davvero scomodi e di prestare più attenzione alla pulizia di camere e bagni davvero poco accurata. Cmq consiglio vivamente!!!

The villa, grounds and hosts were fabulous! The views were amazing, the villa extremely clean and well appointed, the pool absolutely delightful, and the surrounding towns and wineries fantastic to explore. Supermarket very close.

Great place to spend time with family and or friends. The house is beautiful and you should plan to spend time in it.

Abbiamo passato una settimana indimenticabile nel bellissimo contesto di questa villa. Due famiglie, un bebè, un cane - tutti felici. La cucina è super attrezzata e abbiamo fatto dei barbecue alla toscana con fiorentine e salsiccia a bordo piscina - una meraviglia. In occasione delle nostre nozze d’argento la private chef Elena ci ha preparato un fantastico pranzo toscano sotto il pergolato della piscina - indimenticabile! Leonardo poi è stato estremamente accogliente e di aiuto dal primo contatto. È grazie a lui che abbiamo fatto veramente bella figura con la nostra famiglia americana. Grazie di cuore di tutto - Castiglion Fiorentino forever!!!

Rosanna e suo marito sono due splendide persone. La loro casetta è una vera perla nei boschi, perfetta per coloro che cercano pace e distacco dalla vita cittadina. La casa ha un potenziale enorme che, d’estate, può essere sfruttato pienamente (c’è una grande piscina nel giardino sul retro). I principali luoghi da visitare sono piuttosto vicini, ci si muove in auto tra Umbria e Toscana senza problemi. I Servizi (bar e supermercati) sono a 5 minuti. Siamo stati benissimo ed anche il nostro cane, Puck, si è subito sentito a casa.

Wir waren zwei befreundete Pärchen mit zwei Hunden und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Das Haus und die Lage sind perfekt um zur Ruhe zu kommen und zu entspannen. Durch die zwei separaten Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad hatte man zu Viert auch ausreichend Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Besonders der eingezäunte Außenbereich und der private Pool haben den Aufenthalt für uns perfekt gemacht! Auch die Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge und die ruhige Lage laden zum entspannen ein. Die nächst größere Stadt Città di Castello (ca. 25min mit dem Auto) ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert. Dort gibt es auch einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht und jeder Zeit erreichbar und haben uns auch einmal mit einem leckeren Kuchen überrascht. Wir hatten einen tollen und rundum gelungenen Urlaub - vielen Dank Tiziano!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dem urig-netten Haus. Die Lage ist ein wenig abgelegen, schön ruhig und privat aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Perugia. Der Pool ist echt erfrischend und bietet großzügige Liegemöglichkeiten. Anfang September bei unserem Besuch spendete das Haus auf Grund der Lage des Pools angenehmen Schatten. Zusammengefasst ist die Unterkunft perfekt für alle die es gerne gemütlich und ruhig haben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmals kommen. :)

An Unforgettable Stay with the Best Host Ever! Flaminia is truly the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. She’s incredibly helpful—always available and willing to assist with anything we needed, no questions asked. Her warm, down-to-earth personality made our stay not only comfortable but genuinely special. What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby cities and the stunning countryside. Thanks to the central location, we were able to easily travel around and soak in all the beauty Tuscany has to offer. We had an amazing time in Francesco's place. The house is wondefull. Spacious, clean and very modern. The garden and surroundings are very beautiful. Francesco is an excellent host. He is responsive and his service is ourstanding. He welcomed us with pizza and wine en he even brought us a box with delicious treats for breakfast every morning. I can recommend Francesco's place for everyone who want to stay in a central location to discover Tuscany and stay in a charming house full of luxury. Couldn't be better.
