Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Perugia

Stayed here last week for 5 days. On arrival we were met with a welcome basket of food a bottle of wine a bottle of homemade olive oil and also bottles of water on arrival. The pictures don’t do it justice it felt like a place out of a fairytale, the property is surrounded by tons of olive trees and greenery. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday this is place to go. Rosella was amazing with quick responses and extremely welcoming, we are definitely going again next year.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Marina e Paola per due notti con la nostra cagnolona e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La posizione è ottima, la casa stupenda e Marina ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili! Torneremo sicuramente.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Para valorar esta propiedad, hay que empezar por el ANFITRIÓN, un profesional en toda regla. Desde el minuto 0 de la reserva, hasta la salida; siempre atento, muy amable y muy profesional. Es un placer conocer gente seria y esto la da un valor a la aplicación. La beach house, es un paraíso en Italia. Fácil acceso, cuidado al detalle, paz, naturaleza, comodidad. Nuestro viaje era en familia con nuestros dos caniches y creo que fueron los que más disfrutaron de la propiedad, verlos correr y saltar por las zonas verdes de la propiedad y convivir con muchas aves, conejos no tiene precio. Nuestra hija disfrutó su estancia estudiando y con la paz y tranquilidad del lugar, no le costó nada concentrarse. Nosotros en cambio, hicimos turismo por la zona, todo muy cerca y bien comunicado por carretera. Es una propiedad muy cuidada, segura y sobretodo disfrutar de sus puesta de sol, sentado en una tumbona, disfrutando de un buen vino (de la zona) es una experiencia irrepetible. Gracias Maurizio.

Rina and her family could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. We stayed for a wedding which was at the castello di montignano and when we had an issue with the transport on one of the days they kindly offered to take us. There is lots of space and the scenery is out of this world. Massa mattana is approx a 30 minute walk. If wanting to explore further afield a car is needed although there are bikes available too. If heading for the castello you will need transport in advance. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

This apartment is a wonderful blend of the historic and contemporary. Assisi is a special place this home is well located high up in Assisi to enjoy. We would happily recommend this place to any traveller. Thank you Maria for your hospitality.

My son and I had a great stay in Federica’s house. It’s very spacious with great facilities including a balcony from the main bedroom and a very large garden which was great to sit out in. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, there was a large kitchen which all the necessary facilities and a few extra ones. We thoroughly recommend Federica’s home.

we had a tremendous stay. the bed was very comfortable, very good shower, spacious living room, lots of eqioment for a stay and we made very good use of the garden furniture - a perfect private garden setting It's in a prime location, near the bus station and escalators for yhe historic centre. Good local restaurants and supermarkets. Andrea was very helpful. Definitely recommended - an Airbnb we'll return to!

Ottimo weekend lungo in occasione di Umbria Jazz...Casale ristrutturato con gusto in una oasi di relax (preziosa la piscina) a meno di un quarto d'ora da Perugia e dai suoi concerti. Proprietaria molto cortese e disponibile.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento! La casa è davvero carina, curata nei dettagli e molto accogliente: ci si sente subito a proprio agio. La proprietaria è una persona squisita, sempre gentile, disponibile e alla mano, il che ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. La posizione è semplicemente fantastica, a due passi dal lago in un’atmosfera rilassante. Consigliatissima, torneremo sicuramente!

We were a group of six - including kids - who stayed at Francesco‘s apartment for three weeks. We enjoyed our stay immensely! The apartment had a lot of character, and the view is simply spectacular. Francesco was a wonderful host who put a lot of effort into making sure we felt comfortable. Sharing the home with him was no problem at all. The location is fantastic, and we were able to purchase groceries, coffee, and find delicious food very easily. Access to the mini metro also made it easy to get out of the old town. Take note, Perugia is a very hilly town, and Francesco‘s apartment is no exception. You will build up some good cardio conditioning going up and down the streets and stairs!

Superbe lieu, chaleureux et calme ! Un endroit paisible en pleine campagne mais à 25/30min à pied de Perugia. Attention, l'arrivée en ville se mérite mais le chemin permet d'avoir une très belle vue de la ville. Meinolf a été adorable tout au long de notre séjour, très attentionné et vraiment intéressant ! Nous y retournerons si nous passons de nouveau à Pérouse ! Merci Meinolf !

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima a Perugia nell'appartamento di Michele, immerso nel verde di un bosco e quindi molto silenzioso e rilassante. Michele è un ottimo Host, molto gentile e disponibile anche nel consigliare i vari itinerari da visitare. Appartamento nuovo, moderno, pulito e con tutti i comfort. Consigliatissimo. Wow! From the moment I walked in with Tommaso, I was absolutely stunned by how beautiful the place was—truly amazing! The location couldn't have been better, and Tommaso was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. He even kindly answered a late-night call from me about something I probably could have figured out on my own (sorry, Tommaso!). I only wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Giuseppina heeft haar geboortehuis typisch in Umbro stijl geweldig gerenoveerd. Er zijn verschillende opties, variërend van het aantal gasten dat wensen te reserveren. Wij hadden zelf het zogeheten podere il limonaia geboekt. Perfect voor een koppel. Alles was aanwezig en toen ze hoorde dat onze kinderen kwamen om te barbecuen, stonden er in de tuin opeens nog meer stoelen, tafels en zelfs een lang tafellaken klaar. Zo werd het een gezellige bbq. De tuin en het grasveld is goed onderhouden met rozen, lavendel, rozemarijn, geurende jasmijn, olijfbomen en een notenboom. Het afval wordt netjes gescheiden een dmv een code gaat de poort open. Een priveparking binnen het domein verzekert u van een veilige plek. Te voet of met de beschikbare fietsen kan men naar het vissersdorpje San Feliciano. Daar zijn verscheidene restaurants en als aanrader om 's-morgens te ontbijten of later te aperatieven aan het meer en tussen de Italianen is : el chiosco. De zonsondergang is fantastisch

Bellissimo soggiorno a casa di Valentina, funzionale, pulita, come essere a casa. Host gentilissima, parcheggio davanti casa che ad Assisi e' un miracolo. Casa perfetta nei minimi dettagli. Grazie per la possibilita' di visitare un luogo cosi' pieno di storia.

Wonderful place in Assissi, very central and convenient. Great hosts who were very responsive.

Eine tolle Woche in einer Burg in den Umbrischen Bergen - super ruhig gelesen, ein fantastischer Pool mit Blick. Für volle Entspannung und entschleunigung ist man hier genau richtig! Nazareno, der Schlossmeister, hilft bei allen Fragen - ob top gibt es einen super lieben Hund und eine Katze.

Precise le indicazioni. Zona periferica, vicina al minimetrò che si raggiunge a piedi ma che purtroppo alle 20,45 smette il servizio. Comunque in città ci sono parcheggi gratuiti che trovate su internet. La casa è bella e funzionale, unica pecca i vicini che sono andati a letto tardi e si sono svegliati presto, facendoci riposare poco, ma questo ovviamente non dipende dall' host.

This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. From the amazing grounds to the incredible food at the little restaurant it’s all been perfect. Thank you Marian for excellent communication and being so accommodating. Appartamento pulito, ampio e confortevole ,abbiamo alloggiato per cinque giorni e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Si trova in ottima posizione per raggiungere i principali luoghi turistici. Abbiamo apprezzato il posto auto riservato. Sicuramente da consigliare .

La settimana che abbiamo trascorso in Umbria è stata stupenda, posti magnifici e un’appartamento che, al rientro della giornata, ci faceva sentire a casa. Pulito, ordinato, fornito di tutto ciò che potesse servirci e ben riscaldato. La posizione è perfetta, vicino ai borghi più belli e a due passi dall’aeroporto. Claudio e Martina sono stati gentilissimi e presenti con discrezione, ci hanno coccolati e accontentati in ogni nostra esigenza. Due persone speciali! Consigliamo l’Uliveto a tutti, un nido confortevole anche per chi come noi dovesse viaggiare con un bambino piccolo.

The home of Giulia is must to stay! The place is very clean, neat and have all the important things needed. Our 2 kids like the place too. Most importantly, Giulia is a GREAT host who took care and always checking on what we need. Grazie!
