Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Perth

Great house and great location. Everything we wanted and needed was there. lovely situation. And we got in earlier than the 5pm which made it easier since we were coming from different directions. if I was to make any criticism it would be that getting us all out by 10am was a bit tight, given we had the beds to strip.

We had a great long weekend at Lewis Cottage! Great location - only 5 mins drive to Pitlochry which has some lovely walks and cafes. The cottage is spacious & has a lovely garden. Very peaceful location with lovely views. The house was very clean & had everything we needed. Look forward to staying again.

What stunning views and such a tranquil location. Loved our stay and hosts were so accommodating when we were a little late and they opened up for our grocery delivery driver! We are a family of four with a dog and loved using the enclosed garden, bbq and fire pit. Beds are comfortable and showers are super. Even the sofa bed is great! Would stay again. Vielen Dank Deborah & Ronnie für die schöne Unterkunft. Der viktorianische Baustil des Hauses und der Gegend hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine ideale Lage zum Busbahnhof und Bahnhof. Wir haben Edingburgh besichtigt und die Verbindungen waren perfekt. Aber auch diverse andere Unternehmungen sind von dort gut erreichbar. Zum Beispiel nach Anstruther und andere Küstenorte. Der Check-In war über eine Schlüsselbox möglich. Die Herzlichlichkeit von Deborah und Ronnie hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Den Whisky Tipp habe ich notiert und werde ihn umsetzen. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles!

You know you’ve found a great stop-over place when you wish you were staying longer. We loved Moira’s place as soon as we arrived…gorgeous house, surprisingly spacious, beautifully furnished with everything you could need. Gorgeous view of the surrounding hills and a wonderful tree right outside (we saw a tree creeper!) and lovely to have the expanse of lawn and the stream to look over. Moira was so friendly and when I became unexpectedly unwell, helped us out with some guidance and practical help (nursing career came in handy for us). We appreciated the kindness and compassion. Thank you for a lovely stay! Xx

Charlotte’s place was a comfortable home from home while we visited family in Kinross. It had everything we needed and had shops and cafes within walking distance.

Amazingly friendly welcome , Allan and Fiona were very informative and friendly , nothing was too much trouble their house is immaculate and absolutely beautiful along with the views out to sea . We really enjoyed the walk along the beach up to the next villages easily accessible to Edinburgh , Saint Andrews , and also walking into the local town. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding option if visiting Edinburgh. Perfect in every way. Quiet street. Close and walkable to everything. Vianney was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Familie kennengelernt. Lisa,Andrew und ihre beiden Kinder kann man einfach nur ins Herz schließen. Unsere Tage dort waren wundervoll und die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was benötigt wird und wir freuen uns, dass wir alle kennenlernen durften. Wir hoffen, dass wir uns bald mal wieder sehen . Wenn wir das nächste mal in der Nähe Urlaub machen, dann wieder bei Lisa,Andrew und den Kindern.

We immediately felt at home at Kevin's place. We love the Edwardian style. The flat is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. It was lovely to open the back door to the garden and watch the pigeon that's nesting in the tree close to the house.

We had another highly enjoyable weekend at Swallows Nest, our 2nd short stay at this very peaceful and comfortable property. A home from home, in very beautiful and special surroundings. Already arranging our 3rd visit … :) Highly recommend for a family or couple. Thank you both!

Loved my stay, felt right at home straight away. Excellent hosts, very friendly, and pointed me in the right directions to make sure I got the most out of the local area. Culross is a very beautiful village full of historical character, close to Edinburgh, and gorgeous mountainous countryside. Great for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. The fresh eggs from the hens in the garden were a much enjoyed treat.

La maison d’Elaine est adorable, avec une personnalité à part entière. Tout est propre et joli, on se sent bien tout de suite dans cette maison. Elaine est accueillante et réactive.Merci pour se séjour très agréable. Le petit plus le magasin COOP à 300m ouvert 7/7 de 6h à 22h…. Très pratique…

Encore merci à Jak et Kerri, des hôtes serviables et gentils. Nous sommes venus en Ecosse pour notre voyage de noce, afin de découvrir le pays, et l'appartement était un excellent pied à terre, parfait pour se reposer après une journée de randonnée sous la pluie ! L'appartement était propre, rangé, avec tout le nécessaire. C'est aussi un excellent point de départ pour différents endroits : à 20 minutes d'Edimbourg, 1h de Glasgow, et 2h de nombreux magnifiques lieux. Si vous souhaitez visiter l'écosse, ou juste Edimbourg, et rentrer dans un appartement cosy, et paisible, Bay Beach House is perfect for you!

Steven was a great host during my stay in Edinburgh. His place was great, the neighborhood is quiet and only a 15 minute walk from the the Royal Mile. Highly recommend if you're coming to Edinburgh.

I highly recommend Anke-Beate's flat. We would definitely return. The location is ideal to get around Edinburgh, it is spacious and even better than the photos. Everything was clean, and the added touches were very much appreciated. The flat is fully kitted out with everything needed. Communication was great. Thank you for a great stay!

As a Fifer, it’s always nice to come back and stay. Craigs place was easy to find, spacious and spotlessly clean, and Burntisland is a lovely town. I would certainly stay at Craigs again.

Excellent stay at the Wee Lang, perfect location for our visit to the area. The flat was comfortable and well appointed. Close to all amenities and a fabulous restaurant/bar across the road. We would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you.

Could not rate this property high enough!!The communications were clear, proactive, friendly and very helpful. The place was spotless, spacious and very tastefully decorated. The view was spectacular of the water. Beds and couches were comfy. The guide for local attractions and restaurants was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Karen's place is lovely. It was spotlessly clean and bright with lots of extras to make our stay comfortable; toiletries, extra blankets, nibbles and a good choice of reading material. A beautiful vase of fresh roses were really welcoming and much appreciated. It's a fantastic base to explore the East Neuk. That was our second visit to Karen's place and we might just come again sometime. Thanks Karen.

Wonderful place, so peaceful and fantastic large garden to wander in. Great hosts who were lovely and helpful. Lots of thoughtful touches in the flat that made it really welcoming and special.

We spent two nights at The Butler's Basement for my husband's birthday and it was an ideal base. We did have an issue getting in as the lockbox didn't work, but her son came down and resolved the issue. The apartment was very clean and in a great area - some lovely bars and restaurants that we preferred to spend time in, more than the busier side of Edinburgh. Gemma was very responsive to my messages and we also had a bottle of fizz in the fridge as well as some short bread and chocolate. It might be an idea to put a small bottle of milk in the fridge, as we did have tea and coffee provided but didn't want to buy a whole pint of milk to make a couple of drinks. However it certainly wasn't an issue that would stop us staying again!
