The apartment is very tastefully furnished. Everything is in a very good and well-maintained condition. When you enter the apartment, the breathtaking view from the balcony to the sea is immediately impressive. The center of Perros-Guirec, with restaurants and shopping, is not very far from the property. The city beach can be reached via stairs. Céline is a very pleasant host who always responded quickly to inquiries and also asked herself if everything worked or if everything was in order. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation (but a star off for the weather). I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

We spent 3 nights in the apartment. Spacious, bright, very clean, carefully decorated, it is also very well located with a reserved parking space which is really a plus in this area. The bed and bath linens are very good quality. The bedding is very comfortable as well as the pillows. The apartment is in the center but we enjoyed the quiet on the 3rd floor (with elevator). The accommodation is very well equipped, roller shutters, electric oven, dishwasher, Nespresso... on the other hand, a minimum is left available such as a few tea bags and coffee pods, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar... very well supplied with dishes and utensils for cooking and eating on site. In short, we highly recommend this accommodation. The hosts are pleasant and very responsive in case of questions.

The accommodation offered is superb both for its sea view, its proximity to the city center, the beaches and the port as well as the interior quality of the furniture and accessories provided, and this calm. Our host is very friendly and welcoming, the little extra we expect a bottle of cider and a box of cake. I highly recommend this accommodation for a successful stay on the pink granite coast.

Well-equipped studio, very well located: 200 m from the GR34, right in the city center with all the shops nearby. I highly recommend it to all hikers....... And to others as well.

We had a great stay in the accommodation offered by Didier, the apartment is quiet, very clean, with lots of amenities and great decoration. The bedding is very comfortable and the accommodation is refurbished with beautiful materials. Didier is a very welcoming and attentive host, who knows the area very well. Excellent stay in this very well furnished and especially very clean studio. The view from the terrace is a real plus and we can reach the beach in less than 5 minutes. I recommend it.

Very good stay in a sea view apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and functional housing. A change of scenery guaranteed with the view from the apartment and Trestrignel beach 2 steps away.

I recommend Samuel's accommodation. Came to the legate to rest. Had a great time. The accommodation was clean, bright, comfortable. The veranda with the balneo bathtub is a real plus as well as the terrace🌺 The port is a 2-minute walk away, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. The "Martin Beach" beach is 10 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay there again.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, we had a great time there and the pool and jacuzzi access after the hikes in winter was much appreciated! The apartment is very well equipped, well located and convenient to park, we very much enjoyed our stay with friends and the hikes were beautiful, thank you!
