We welcome you to this pretty ground floor studio of 25m2 with a beautiful 12m2 terrace facing south Conveniently located in a quiet cul-de-s -800m from the center and all its shops - 600m shopping mall and Expo Park ( Arena) -5 min airport -15 min from the center of Montpellier ( tram) 5-10 minutes from the beaches The air-conditioned studio is composed of a fully equipped kitchen ( washing machine, dishwasher etc.) open to the living room equipped with a sofa bed (BZ), a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Idéalement situé, au calme, climatisé, avec belle terrasse extérieure sur jardin. A 3min à pied du centre du village tous commerces et du tramway pour Montpellier centre (15mn) ou pour la navette des plages (5mn). Vous êtes à 1km du Parc Expo/Sud de France Aréna (accessible à pied ou tram) 10mn de la mer en voiture. Proche de l'aéroport. Les 2 gares sont desservie en tramway. Gare St Roch en ligne directe. L'appartement fait partie de notre maison mais a une entrée indépendante.

What a wonderful week we just had! Not only was the sun out, but we were lucky enough to stay in a truly exceptional home. Everything comes together for a memorable stay: the pool is perfect for cooling off and relaxing, the rest area offers a peaceful setting to unwind, and the petanque court adds a playful touch for fun. The location of the house is also a major asset. The proximity to the city center allows you to do anything on foot, which is really nice. Once the car is parked, no need to move it! The house itself is very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. The rooms, all air-conditioned, are a real treat after a day in the sun, offering optimal comfort for restful nights. In summary, this stay was a real delight. We leave with memories in our heads and the desire to come back very soon!

We spent a week in this beautiful, well-equipped home. Ideally located, we were able to get to the heart of the city regularly on foot and in less than 5 minutes. We warmly thank Shirley for her welcome and kindness before and throughout our stay.
