Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

The handover went smoothly and if there were any questions or small problems, someone was immediately available - always friendly and helpful. We especially liked the many tips and recommendations from Benjamin about activities and restaurants in the area – this made our stay even better. Clear recommendation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully furnished, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

Gorgeous flat right in the middle of old town Rovinj, but it was off the main streets so very quiet no matter what time of day. So spacious and tidy, and really felt at home there. Absolutely would stay again.

We had a wonderful holiday (and honeymoon!) at Casa Valla. We were so warmly welcomed and it was a such a pleasure to meet Matea, her father, Elvis and her mother. We were made to feel so at home and they even gave us kind and thoughtful honeymoon gifts! ❤️ The property is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds are large & very comfortable, the shower was powerful with hot water at all times. We especially loved the spacious pool, barbeque area and the view over the fields to the hills. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 5-10 mins walk to either a large supermarket or up the hill to the old town. There were many walking routes and trails, so if you love walking this is a great spot. However, the thing that made Casa Valla most special for us was the hosts and their warmth, kindness and the real pride they take in their property. We would recommend Casa Valla anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful place ❤️

The accommodation was very reasonable for the price and very large for two people. The pool and garden were perfectly designed for relaxation. Martin was always available for us. All in all, we liked it very much, and would gladly come again.

The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved strolling through the fields, enjoying the peace and quiet, and watching the stars at night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

Tihana is an amazing friendly host. We booked this apartment last-minute since the place we booked earlier cancelled on us after we reached the town. Tihana welcomed us warmly and gave us plenty of recommendations. The studio itself is stunning and very well done. It's cosy, quiet, away from the main city, but you can walk to the town very easily. Parking was very convenient, even though the streets can be narrow, and Tihana helped us with that as well. The town and the accommodations were definitely highlights of our trip!

Perfect location within walking distance of everything Quiet and immersed in a beautiful outdoor setting. The two terraces one in the front and one at the back of the house are spacious and areas perfect for eating out at all hours of the day. Clean and very spacious home Equipped with everything you need in the kitchen ( scotch, soaps, cooking necessities, condiments, etc.) Same in the bathroom with detergents and soaps. There was really nothing missing Fruit trees in the garden (we were able to eat the really good figs) Alida is very nice and super helpful We'll be back!

We stayed for 2 weeks at Vera’s house. The house is exactly like described in the pictures and it was an amazing adventure for 2 young kids to have such a big garden. I am an active runner and right in front of the house there is a beach waterfront path that goes all the way to Pula (10k one way). The house was is perfect condition and the hot tub was amazing. We will be back :)

We spent three weeks with child and dog at Alen. The house is great and Alen is a great host.

Rarely experienced such a welcoming host. The house was perfect, modern, super clean. Unfortunately, the shade cloths broke after heavy rainfall. Valentina her father came to take it away and immediately invited us to taste his homemade liqueur, fantastic. On the day of departure, Valentina also came with her mother. Also done together with fathers a cheers to the beautiful time in Banjole. And the taxi driver is waiting, but also in this, these inhabitants of Croatia are thoughtful. The driver just wait a moment. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay longer because our flight went in the evening. This was also a big plus! Any questions we had during our 2 week stay were answered quickly and pleasantly by Valentina. I would recommend this beautiful house to anyone. We had rented bikes for 1 week. 2 Days a car. Further hiking in the neighborhood and visited the beaches (pebble). Conclusion: Had a great holiday with our friends. Thanks Valentina and parents 🤩

Great stay with dog and toddler. Great new apartment (not yet in the pictures) and great pool area/summer kitchen, we only stayed there as 2 couples. Only two suggestions for improvement: renovate the bathrooms in the other two apartments and outside an outdoor grill would be the highlight!! 😊 Otherwise, we felt very comfortable, everything was great and we had a great vacation. Kitchen incredibly well equipped (never experienced like this!) It's also great that there were carports for the cars.

We had a really nice time, the house was beautiful, very clean, the house had everything we needed. The neighborhood was charming, very quiet and peaceful, with few busy streets, which was convenient for us, because we were with a small child. The beach can be reached by car or 20 minutes on foot. Very kind hosts. I recommend to everyone! ❤️

We had a lovely stay at Meri's apartment. It is comfortably furnished and extremely clean. The garden and terrace are also very nice. Meri welcomed us in a very friendly way. It was a bit of a shame that the oven shown in the photos was no longer there. And you have to honestly say that the place is located right next to a railway line, where every now and then a train passes by, and that you can also hear the nearby road.

The Stanzia Negrin is a gem. You building are very well decorated and preserved; you can feel a lot of passion has been put for making the place very comfortable, and authentic. The place is perfect for groups gathering: large grill station, a lot of space outside, a wonderful fireplace inside where you can indulge having some wine and chatting. The kitchens are fully equipped.
