Nos hemos alojado en el apartamento de Maddalena e Sergio por 4 vez consecutiva y como siempre, muy atentos, todo muy fácil y el apartamento impecable. Destacar la amabilidad y las facilidades. 100% recomendable tanto si vas por trabajo como por ocio.

La casa di Romina é bella, ben organizzata, pulita, comoda e fornita di tutto il necessario per un bel soggiorno. Romina é stata molto disponibile, pronta a soddisfare le nostre richieste e reattiva. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio; la stazione del treno per raggiungere il centro di Milano é facilmente raggiungibile a piedi; a pochi passi ci sono bar, supermercati, pasticcerie e panifici. Super consigliato!

Concienciada con el medio ambiente: productos de limpieza ecológicos y cubos de reciclaje. Ofrece capsulas de café y miel para el desayuno. Termometro y desinfectante de heridas en el baño. Juegos de mesa y pintura al lienzo. La iluminación del piso es maravillosa, y abriendo ventanas corre airecito. Acceso al aireacondicionado. Wifi. Zapatillas de estar por casa. Y las camas son comodísimas!!!! el suelo está impecable para andar descalza. El ambiente es tranquilo, y se escuchan pajaritos por las mañanas, al abrir la ventana. Agradezco que haya tostadora, y lavavajillas para no perder tiempo fregando. Al lado del apartamento hay comidas para llevar: la Parmiggiana está para chuparse los dedos. El baño está impecable y hay suficientes toallas y de diferentes tamaños. También secador! La libreria está llena de libros muy interesantes. A destacar L'arte di amare. Clarissa dejó un muelle de plástico de jueguete también. Mi hijo lo disfrutó un montón. Televisión con Youtube(no canales).

Giorgio muy buen anfitrión! muy cómodo el departamento con todo lo que se describe y las fotos. esta muy cerca del metro y hay muchos lugares para pasear con tu perro si es el caso. muy recomendado.

Wir hatten einen schönen entspannten Aufenthalt in Legnano. Für 2 Personen, die viel unterwegs sind super! Schöner Balkon zum Frühstücken. Keine Schlafprobleme dank Klimaanlage. Erster Stock & Aufzug. Tolle Unterkunft. Would recommend!

Probably the best host experience I have ever had. Lucrezia is very communicative and worries a lot for you during the stay. Best option you can have for a comfortable and nice experience in Milano, next to the metro and next to good stores. I would recomend you 100% to stay in Lucrezia's place. Thank you for your attention during all these days. When i get back to Milano I will defintely stay with you!

Perfecta. La casa de Cinzia es excepcional, llena de luz, flores, detalles de buen gusto. Tiene dos balcones que están orientados en forma opuesta por lo que las vistas son diferentes por la mañana y por la tarde, los disfrutamos mucho. Cinzia nos dejó café, lácteos, galletitas, manteca, dulce y frutas por lo que prácticamente teníamos todo para desayunar, y un rico vino para disfrutar en el balcón. También recibimos sorpresivamente un pastel de limón que estaba exquisito. Cinzia es realmente una anfitriona excepcional que se preocupa por cada detalle y hizo lo necesario para que estuviéramos muy cómodos. El acceso desde la estación central de trenes es a 10´minutos caminando y a menos de 150 metros se accede a las líneas de metro 2 y 3 (verde y amarilla), por lo que la ubicación es excelente. Estamos muy agradecidos que Cinzia nos abriera las puertas de su casa y recomendamos esta propiedad enfáticamente.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Perginano! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at home right away. The house is spotless, modern, and very cozy—exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The furniture and decor are stylish and comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and to our surprise, they even provided us with breakfast items for the first day, which was a wonderful touch. Every detail was thoughtful and made our stay truly enjoyable. For future guests: this is a perfect spot if you have a car and want to explore both Milan and Lake Como while staying in a peaceful, quiet area. Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

I must say this place is one of the Airbnbs makes you regret if you book only a couple of days. With a stunning view in every part of the house, this place has so much charm to show what the local life in Como is like. Only a one minute away from the bus stop, it couldn't be more easier to access from/to Bellagio, Como and many other spots along the lake. Our another unique highlight was a swimming in the lido which requires a bit of hike back (don't recommend for who has knee issue) and having dinner around the lido. We didn't want to leave this place.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans un endroit absolument idéal pour se reposer. Le cadre est très calme, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac parfait pour déconnecter. Nous avions un logement avec une cuisine extérieure, ce qui était vraiment super agréable pour profiter pleinement de l’environnement. La chambre était très bien, confortable et propre. Le lieu est aussi parfaitement adapté pour un séjour avec un petit enfant : il y a un bac à sable, une balançoire, quelques jouets sur place, une chaise haute, un lit bébé… même des jeux de société pour les soirées en famille. Les propriétaires sont adorables, avec plein de petites attentions qui font la différence : à notre arrivée, des fruits frais, des yaourts, des bières… Et pour ceux qui aiment leur tranquillité, pas d’inquiétude, on ne les a presque pas vus Le seul petit point d’amélioration selon moi serait l’ajout d’une petite piscine ce serait vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. Mais sinon, tout était top, un vrai petit coin de paradis

This place is spacious, spotless, and absolutely stunning, and Mavi is such a great host. She took time to explain everything to us and all the ways to enhance our trip with lots of recommendations for fun excursions and delicious restaurants. We so enjoyed sitting on the balconies in the evening, overlooking the lake, and we even were able to catch the fireworks during the holiday weekend. What a pleasant surprise that was for us! We will definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again, and we highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy beautiful Stresa on Lake Maggiore!

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

Ottimo appartamento sia per chi vuole visitare la zona, che per chi ha necessità di andare a Milano concedendosi un po' di pace nei momenti off. l'host, Diego, è stato impeccabile sia nella preparazione dell'alloggio che nella disponibilità durante il nostro soggiorno. sicuramente, dovendoci andare spesso, saprò dove alloggiare le prossime volte

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

Je me joints aux très bons commentaires déjà faits. La vue magnifique alliée au coté cosy de l’appartement. Beaucoup de belles choses dans le coin. Voiture nécessaire à mon avis sinon un peu moins d’1 kilomètre de côte. J’ai adoré

Eine super ausgestattete Wohnung in einer Top Lage!!!! Der Seezugang war für uns das Beste, im Pool konnten die Kinder stundenlang spielen. Restaurants sind in der Nähe gut per Fahrrad oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist klar strukturiert und hat alles was man braucht. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Ein besonderer Dank geht an den Hausmeister, er kümmert sich um alles und ist immer hilfsbereit, nett und freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!! Vielen Dank und bis bald....

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end prolongé entre amis chez Massimo. Le logement est impeccable, moderne et spacieux pour accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. La terrasse est vraiment grande et propose une vue impressionnante sur le lac et les montagnes. Nous avons pu profiter des infrastructures de la résidence, notamment le terrain de tennis. La localisation du logement permet d'accéder à de multiples activités: visite (Lugano, Côme, Arona ...), sportives (trail, golf...), restaurants dans les villes autour. Un vrai coup de coeur que je recommande fortement!
