Apartment holiday rentals in Pero

This place was really nice, clean and comfortable. The area feels safe and has stores, restaurants and a gas station near by. We rented a car and parked on the street, the apartment is in a gated community. We liked the location because it was close to the airport and not to far from Milan Center. Stefania was really helpful with everything she is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had, she would write instructions and directions for un in English and would respond to us super quick. I recommend this place and if I ever go back I would definitely stay there again.

Elisa's house is very nice and cozy, nothing is missing, and every detail is very well cared for, but what struck me most is the context where the house is located, I think in a courtyard of an ancient building, very very beautiful. Elisa is precise and punctual, what can I say, I was there for work, I hope to return soon with my family, for a weekend in Milan.

Romina's house is beautiful, well organized, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. Romina was very helpful, ready to accommodate our requests and responsive. We had a great time, we absolutely recommend this accommodation; the train station to reach the center of Milan is easily accessible on foot; within walking distance there are bars, supermarkets, pastry shops and bakeries. Highly recommended!

I was in Lucrezia's apartment for a week and had a great time. The apartment is amazing and renovated, clean and tidy, has everything you need and beyond, there is a balcony, very close to Pero metro station, restaurants and supermarket. Pleasant and quiet environment. I arrived late at night and the check in was accessible and comfortable. Lucrezia was courteous and available to everything I needed. I would definitely come back again!

Environmentally conscious: eco-friendly cleaning products and recycling bins. It offers coffee capsules and honey for breakfast. Thermometer and wound disinfectant in the bathroom. Board games and canvas painting. The lighting on the floor is wonderful, and opening windows lets in a little air. Access to air conditioning. Wi-Fi. House slippers. And the beds are very comfortable!!!! the floor is impeccable for walking barefoot. The atmosphere is quiet, and you can hear birds in the morning when you open the window. I appreciate that there is a toaster, and a dishwasher so I don't waste time scrubbing. Next to the apartment there is takeaway food: the Parmiggiana is finger-licking good. The bathroom is spotless and there are enough towels of different sizes. Also a dryer! The library is full of very interesting books. L'arte di amare is a standout. Clarissa left a plastic toy spring too. My son enjoyed it a lot. Television with YouTube (no channels).

We had a nice relaxing stay in Legnano. Great for 2 people who travel a lot! Nice balcony for breakfast. No sleeping problems thanks to air conditioning. First floor & elevator. Great accommodation. Would recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Perginano! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at home right away. The house is spotless, modern, and very cozy—exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The furniture and decor are stylish and comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had an accommodation with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to fully enjoy the environment. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a baby bed... even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of little touches that make the difference: on our arrival, fresh fruits, yogurts, beers... And for those who like their peace, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, it would really be the icing on the cake. But otherwise, everything was great, a real little corner of paradise

Hosts were amazing. Clear and simple instructions on check in and very quick and helpful to any questions we had. The apartment was clean with everything available. Conveniently located next to the train station and Metro line which makes it easy to get around the city and also a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. Definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Milan.

Excellent appartement. Very spacious, clean, functional and luminous. Near to Navigli neighborhood. The host is very reactive and communicated all the necessary information. Perfect stay!

pros of the place: clean house, parking garage, peaceful location, welcome goodie bag, clean sheets and towels, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenette. cons: too many keys to manage...maybe keep them in the car. overall i would say good for a couple with baby.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

I would 100% recommend this listing from Flora! It's a great fit, great tidy, and has plenty of amenities. Flora gave us a lovely welcome, and gave us clear instructions and several suggestions for activities in Milan. The accommodation is also located not far from transport and the Navigli district, which is nice for going out in the evening;) I recommend it and would love to come back!

I was lucky enough to stay with my girlfriend one night at this Airbnb. The host, Lorenzo, was extremely nice and helpful, answering all our questions with cordiality. The ease of digital check-in and check-out made everything very simple and fast. The apartment was well equipped, with an efficient kitchen that allowed us to prepare a meal without problems. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi: as soon as we requested it, Lorenzo immediately raised the temperature, allowing us to enjoy a moment of relaxation. The surrounding area was quiet and surrounded by greenery, perfect for a break from the chaos of the city. In addition, the proximity to the center of Monza and the Park made our walks very pleasant. I highly recommend this place for those looking for a comfortable and cozy stay!

Cristina is very kind and speaks English, French and Italian, she is very responsive by message and does not hesitate to recommend restaurants or other. the parking space as well as the pool and the view are really a +++. the accommodation is spacious, well equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Really, if you are looking for accommodation in Como close to the city center but far from the noise, don't hesitate, you have found the rare gem!!

The apartment was beautiful throughout, as described and more spacious than the photos look. Comfy beds. Balcony was a huge plus. Location great- easy to get from airport to hotel and we walked to most other places- the QC terme spa, duomo and Navigli canals/restaurants. It was quiet enough to be out of city but not too far. We also did a day trip to lake como with ease! Thankyou for a great stay, apartment was truly lovely, fab location and Alessandro ess easily contactable throughout. Would recommend.
