Holiday rentals in Perivoli

We had a lovely stay in Perivoli and the apartment was perfect. It was a great location to access many great beaches by car and to be able to relax in the apartment was perfect. The local amenities were close by and Angela and Maria were great hosts. We would definitely stay again.

What a fantastic place. The home itself is stunning. The marble floors on the entire first level, hardwood floors and paneling throughout, elegant bathrooms on every level, and huge balcony with amazing view give this home a certain indescribable charm that makes it difficult to ever leave, yet the many sights, restaurants, and beaches beckon exploration. For some cheap grub, stop by the delicious and unbelievably underpriced souvlaki shop just down the street, only a 7 min walk. For the most amazing sunset swims, pretty much any of the beaches on the west side of the island will fit the bill, but our favorites were definitely Marathias and Mikra Nisi. On the other hand, Kalyviotis Beach, 4 minutes to the East, has a beach side restaurant where you can easily spend the whole day if you choose along with a great shallow area for kids, a dock to jump from, and free sunbeds. overall, this place is amazing. Any issue that arose during our stay, Lisa, Elena, and Alex resolved promptly.

We were at Angela's house in early June. The communication, which ran through Angela's son, was flawless and very pleasant. Messages were immediately responded to in a friendly manner. A warmer blanket, which I had asked for afterwards, was also brought to us a short time later. We felt completely comfortable. The family is so friendly and nice. The house is 5 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach. The outdoor shower overlooking the sea was the highlight of the accommodation for us. We definitely want to come back. I wrote 5000 characters just to find out that feedback is limited to 1000. So, in just few words: wonderful host, wonderful house, wonderful location! Spiros is one of the most charming and generous hosts we have met in the ten years we have been using AIRBNB. The communication with him was pleasant, fast, full of goodwill and generosity. When there was an Internet failure at home due to a stormy weather, Spiros went above and beyond not only to fix the technical failure as quickly as possible but to compensate us. Food and drink products were waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival. Don't miss a visit to Spiros' Taverna, too: it serves the best food in Corfu, by far. The house is small and comfortable, the garden is adorable. The distance from the center is a plus, and with his car (what a great bonus!) it's easy to get anywhere. Lefkimmi is really a great village. To sum up: highly & heartedly recommend! Thank you so much, Spiros!

We have stayed in quite a few airbnbs recently and all have been a good base to explore from. However, Constantina’s place was more than that. It felt truly like a home. So much attention paid to details, and a great deal of care and love going into the space and the garden. It was truly a joy to be here. There a wonderful sandy beaches nearby but it was a testament to this house that most of the time my family wanted to relax here!

Spiros is a great host. Very hard to make sure nothing is missing. He is always reachable. Gives you good tips. The small apartment has everything you need for a carefree vacation. It's nice and quiet. Good parking. Beautiful garden and you feel safe and at home there. To the beautiful beach at most 2 minutes. Car is recommended for exploring the island and of course also to reach the top tavernas. So if Corfu again, I only go to Spiros.

Recent house corresponding in all respects to the description and photos. Beach 2 steps away with balcony and terrace with sea view. You can hear the sound of the waves🌊. Travel in early June and quiet and spacious sandy beach. Great for families with kids . Many taverns nearby at very good prices. Large supermarket 5 km away and mini market 2 minutes away. Eirhnh responded very quickly to our messages. If you choose the south of Corfu, we recommend it 100%.

Communication with Petra was very straightforward. She always responded very reliably and quickly. The apartment is a bit smaller, but a visit is highly recommended. We especially enjoyed the breakfast at sunrise on the balcony. The beach is easily accessible on foot within 20 minutes and very nice. We also recommend that all guests rent a vehicle to be able to shop regardless of the bus. Thank you Petra for your hospitality. It was a pleasure meeting you!
