La verdad el departamento está hermoso y extremadamente impecable sábanas, toallas, en general el departamento olía a limpio si hubiera 20 estrellas sin pensar se lo pondría. Volvería a quedarme ahí además Santiago muy amable y siempre pendiente que todo estuviera bien para la estadía. Totalmente recomendable

This is a great location in a quiet area with lots of greenery in and around the area. Beautiful and well kept apartment with plenty of space and nice amenities. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to couples or single travelers.

The building is very new and the apartment is fully stocked with plenty of amenities. Easy to access the apartment with a code and a beautiful view to the north, where you can see the 3 churches downtown lit up at night, the cross-topped hill to the left and Santa Rosa in the distance on the right. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

En general todo está bien. Creo que hay que hacer la precisión de que no tiene estacionamiento, sin embargo el sector se percibe seguro y el Auto se puede dejar en la calle. Fuera de eso perfecto. Yo volvería sin duda a hospedarme aquí de ser posible.

Juan Pablo was extremely helpful and the place was nice just as described. The area is very nice with lots of stores and restaurants near by. There is a small church next door.

Maria's place was clean and matched the description and photos exactly. The view from the balcony at night is beautiful. If you like the sounds of a busy city, this is your place! We had a few issues but Maria quickly responded and sent a handyman. All was fixed to our satisfaction. Maria is quick to respond and willing to show up when necessary. We really loved the accommodations and enjoyed our 3 weeks here. Note: It is not in the Pinares area of Pereira but is within walking distance (crossing a busy street). We highly recommend this studio apartment.

Todo muy lindo y limpio, espacio perfecto para dos personas o 3 cómodo y la anfitriona muy atenta a nuestras peticiones, lo único feo y pequeño es que en la cocina se encontró cucarachas pequeñas, pero el apartamento es perfecto en todos los sentidos 👌🏻😉 muchas gracias por todo

Absolutely a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable. Everyone is very friendly. The pool area looks amazing. Less than a 10 minute walk is a market where you can find anything needed. A bakery is next to it so plenty to choose from. Taxis are easy to get. Had a wonderful time.

Just amazing experience dealing with Josef! amazing host very attentive and responsive we enjoyed every moment in his beautiful apartment we need need anything and everything went really smooth the apartment is on a nice complex with a pool and gym and the house is very private and has 2 huge smart TVs

The apartment it's really nice There was Jacuzzi and Sauna that we can use We try it to use it but we never use it because both you must to have a special key to turn them on and we never had the special key to turn them on We asked the security how to turn them on and the security told us to contact Tatiana I did message Tatiana and she responded me back when we was already on the way back to Medellin

Gracias Juan José por todo. El apartamento es muy completo con todo lo que uno necesita para descansar: muy bien amoblado, cocina equipada, plancha para ropa, toallas, hasta raqueta por si hay zancudos. Nos gustó mucho porque iba con adultos mayores y es un primer piso, eso facilita mucho todo. Apenas hicimos la reserva, Juan nos escribió y estuvo muy pendiente de todo. También debo mencionar que la ubicación facilita la salida de la ciudad hacia algunas zonas turísticas fácilmente. En definitiva, volveríamos a este Airbnb una y mil veces.

La verdad muy lindo el apartamento, se siente uno como en casa a mi bebe le encantó, todo muy limpio y ordenado, Alejandra muy atenta en todo, no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina pues llovió muy duro esos días. De tienda si hay que salir de la residencia, sin embargo Aleja siempre está a la orden por si necesitamos algo más. El precio que cobra Airbnb por persona adicional me pareció un poco elevado ya que a última hora tuve que llevar a mi sobrina de 11años; de resto todo muy bien. La residencia muy tranquila. Para la lavandería muy importante que lleven el dinero exacto porque no regresa el cambio, la lavandería cuesta 7000 y la secadora también 7000 para que lo tengan en cuenta, es mejor que se lave y se seque la ropa así ya que llueve mucho en dosquebradas Las sugerencias se las di directamente Aleja lo cual se que lo tomó en cuenta de una vez y se ve que es una chica muy atenta a mejorar para darnos una mejor estadía. Gracias Aleja por haber estado tan pendiente.
