Ilija and Danka were very kind. They called us restaurants and attractions nearby and were always communicative.

Wasn’t sure what to expect of the area - was blown away. The accommodation was great - spacious and well appointed without being fussy or overly appointed - great location close to everything but far enough out to feel quiet and peaceful We will be back

I had an exceptional stay at Dan's place! The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby restaurants, shops and the waterfront! The apartment itself was immaculate and very well-appointed, with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and a greatly appreciated floor heating which is not very common in the area. The host was super responsive and accommodating, providing clear instructions and local recommendations. The highlight of my stay was relaxing on the terrace with its stunning views. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kotor and I look forward to returning on my next trip!

Staying at Aleksandra’s place in Kotor was a truly lovely experience! The apartment was cozy, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location is ideal — close enough to explore the beauty of Kotor, yet peaceful enough to relax. Aleksandra was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with great local tips. We stayed at Marko's house for 4 nights. First of all, the house had a peaceful view. The house was spotless, had everything we needed, and our demands were met very quickly by Marko. It was very nice to have a private parking space. It had about 10 minutes by car to the city center. The peaceful evenings on the balcony made for an inexpensive experience. This house makes you want to come back once, and it has such a great aura. If we ever visit Montenegro again or have friends come, this will be the first address we would recommend. You can stay in this house without any hesitation.

Probably one of the best places in the Kotor area especially in terms of view. The apartment had a beautiful balcony and was furnished very well. Would definitely recommend.

We had a comfortable two night stay. The apartment is a short walk to the old town along the road which was beautiful to visit. We enjoyed having drinks on the table space outside overlooking the water. The view is beautiful!

A great deal, well worth it! This place is right on the water and just gorgeous. My friends and I got to swim and use the kayaks, along with play ping pong in the courtyard. The apartment is perfectly simple, quiet, and peaceful along the water. My only note is that it is a bit hard to find and I wish the instructions to get to the house were a bit more clear because we had trouble finding it at first. Otherwise, loved it and would come back! Marko's dad is extremely sweet too

The apartment had an excellent view over Budva and the old town - even better than on the picture. The apartment was very clean and we had every thing we needed. We can warmly recommend this flat to everybody looking for a perfect holiday home.

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

Aneta&Zorica's place is dreamy. The views and setting are very nice. We were much of our entire stay on the terrace enjoying it. We recommend having a car for better mobility and access to the different points of interest in Kotor and Perast. The house was tidy and had everything that we needed. A single detail was the bathroom where the shower lost water when bathing and the toilet cover was loose. We had a misunderstanding with the wifi speed (not the one we were told) that was quickly fixed. Good willingness of the owners. I would definitely come back!

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Slavko and his family — especially the children — were incredibly sweet. The location of the house is fantastic, and it has both parking and a garden. You’ll definitely want to stay more than just one night. One thing’s for sure: the view is even more beautiful than in the photos!

Super close to the old town, and steak restaurant near by is good! Bedroom got nice and dim with the window shades and fan in room even though there was AC as well!

One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

It was a wonderful house in the center of Kotor. We stayed with 6 people very comfortably. It was 5 minutes away from the center of the city. It was great to sit on the balcony and watch the view of Montenegro. Our hosts made us very welcome and provided helpful information about the city details. Thank you

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

Darko is a really kind and accommodating host willing to go the extra mile for his guests. Although the suite may be small, it's located just a stones throw from old town and the beach front, with lots of options for eating out. Taxis are available from the near by hotel for those wanting to go further afield.

Absolutely beautiful place and great hosts. The scent of Jasmine immediately as you enter the property is something I will always remember. Peaceful neighbourhood. We had a fantastic stay at Smiljka’s place. Immaculately clean, and every detail thought of. Amenities including air con were great. She was extremely responsive during our stay, including recommendations on where to hire a car from, as well as tips about the local area. The location is as described, less than 5 minute stroll to the beach (it is a pebble beach, so would recommend swim shoes or Crocs if you can) and 10 minutes from Kotor Old Town, which was beautiful and full of places to go to eat and explore. We travelled by car, so a private parking spot so central was an added bonus. It was a little tricky to find initially, but Smiljka was amazing, communicated with us the whole time and met us on the road and guided us in. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking to travel to Kotor. Thanks for a great stay Smiljka!

Ivona is a great host who helped🥰 us with everything. There are beaches where you can swim in the sea right across from the house. We had a very comfortable holiday with an 8-year-old child. Dining and shopping are available within walking distance.
