Apartment holiday rentals in Pera

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pera. The house is very centrally located and close to all the mountain biking and road biking trails. The host is extremely responsive and I would highly recommend this nice property.

Daniela's flat is perfect for a ski or snowboard break. Clean, modern, warm and perfectly located within easy walking distance for the Vajolet lifts or ski bus stop if you want to go further afield. Supermarket just across the road, a hire shop a couple of minutes walk, a cafe at the end of the street, multiple pizzaria's within easy walking distance etc. Daniela was responsive with communication and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!!

It was difficult to communicate with Europeans (delete this part) in Korea, The accommodation itself is so nice! There are two bathrooms, so I used it well. The view is also nice. It's clean.

We absolutely LOVED staying at this apartment. The hosts are lovely, the apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped. The grocery store, ski bus and ski lifts were within walking distance (2 minutes). All in all, we would definitely recommend!

Such a beautiful home with the most kind family! Everything was so clean and easy to find. Very well located and a short drive to Bolzano. Would 100% stay here again!

Biohof Oberzonn is a charming farm with an incredible Dolomites view and a modern, clean, and comfortable apartment. Markus is friendly and helpful with maps and information about the area available. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby (we had a car) and we cooked meals in the well stocked kitchen as well. Great stay and a remarkable area!

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

The apartment is clean and as described. Flexible check-in times (we were from 10am), which I think is a big plus and deserves praise. The family living there is polite and contactable, there is a son living behind the wall who is happy to help if there are any problems. Close to shops, restaurants, and pharmacy. Our stay was in the winter of 2025 and the water was warm, despite the lack of designation in the listing. We recommend.

The apartment is very complete in amenities, very comfortable and bright. It felt very warm, as you can see that they pay attention to details. With a balcony and mountain views, the ideal place to rest after a long day of walking.

Bergblick was a beautiful place! The place was immaculate when we arrived. Rosmarie was a great host and was flexible with us with our check-in and check-out. The scenery is outstanding and well worth the visit! Danke schön!

The apartment was small, but very cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need. We really liked the location and especially the view from the balcony of the mountains. Too bad the first week of October there are no bars or restaurants open and most shops are also closed. Overall we had a good time and had a very relaxing 5 days.

We spent 5 nights in a beautiful apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. It was the best apartment we've ever stayed in. From the impeccable cleanliness, to the fantastic view from the balcony, to the extraordinarily warm hospitality of the hosts, everything fits here. Those looking for peace and relaxation are in the right place. We can recommend this apartment to anyone without reservation. An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Absolutely stunning destination and accommodation with everything you need and other luxuries! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved the sauna & jaccuzzi with a view at the terrace. Also really spacious and beautifully designed interior, plenty of small pretty details. We're so happy we chose this place, thank you 😍
