Our family with young kiddos LOVED this place! Very roomy, squeaky clean, LOTS to do inside and outside! We especially loved that they had everything stocked from shampoo, to coffee, to DRY stacked firewood, to a “forgot something?” Box! My wife is already making plans for when we can come back!

Marlene's cabin was a great place for a weekend away with my girlfriend and our dog. Marlene was very friendly and responsive leading up to the stay and even more so once we were there! The location was great, just a 10 minute drive into town but we really just stayed and relaxed at the cabin because it was so peaceful and quiet. The yard was big and felt private, the cabin was well decorated with comfy couches chairs (and bed). The kitchen was small but stocked with everything you need. Plenty of outdoor seating for grilling and building a fire in the evening (plenty of firewood too!). The chicken coop in the yard was super cool, but don't worry the rooster isn't very loud and didn't bother me (and I'm an notoriously light sleeper). Marlene even left us fresh eggs every morning! Can't say enough nice things about this cabin and Marlene (and her really nice dogs). Definitely recommend this place.

This is our 6th year coming to Pentwater and staying at one of Kathy's rental houses. We enjoy it every year and pre plan to come back and stay at any of the houses. We just love being so close to Lake Mi and the town for shopping and fun!

This is a fantastic getaway just outside of the hustle and bustle of town. The cottage is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable with air conditioning and fans available. Rocky was prompt and helpful getting back to us when we had questions. Although we didn’t use them, a gas grill, kayaks and bicycles were available at the location as well. For colder months there is a wood fireplace and heat as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The wind turbines were pretty cool to see and listen to. Also at night time you can see the stars clearly, a great view to witness.
