House holiday rentals in Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach

Loved the condo and location. Wished we discovered the cart room upon arrival (next to the elevator), but used one to leave.

House was beautiful, and very clean. The owner was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating.

The house was clean and organized It had many things that we did not expect, equipped both in the kitchen and laundry and things to take to the beach, it was excellent, the pool was clean with many toys to use, excellent service

This house is breathtaking! The home looks even better in person. Everything was immaculate! My family will definitely book again.

This was our second stay at Beachie and won’t be our last. From the great location, clean residence and great amenities we couldn’t ask for more. We felt spoiled having a private pool within walking distance from the beach. And- the beds are comfortable! We are already looking forward to our next trip.

I highly recommend Anna house. She is such an amazing host and her home is perfect! Everything was very clean, comfortable & felt like home. We loved how spacious and big it was inside, we loved having the 4 restrooms. Everything was perfect! Anna was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would definitely book again.

Our large family gets together every year at the beach. Everyone agreed this was our best trip yet - and we’ve had great ones in the past. The house had more than enough room for all of us, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool and 2 beaches gave us lots of fun options. The kids rode bikes, relaxed n the hammocks, used the kayak and paddle board, and enjoyed the pool. It was wonderful to have an outdoor shower to keep tracking sand to a minimum. If 10 stars had been an option, we would rate it as 11!

Adorable home situated in a secluded neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. The screened back porch was my favorite part of this home. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated that this host ensures clean linens including a freshly washed comforter. You will not be disappointed.

This was our first time doing an Airbnb and our first time staying at Navarre……. Couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to call home for the week. Close enough to the fun, far enough away to be peaceful. Home was spotless and very modern. Check in was super simple and the host answered all of our first timer questions quickly and to the point!!! Hope they have us back! ♥️

We loved our stay at Sarah’s place! The home was stocked with everything we needed. The best part of our stay was drinking coffee in the mornings and watching the sun set in the evenings on the private dock! The views were top notch! The backyard was perfect for our fur babies! The place is very private, but still close enough to Navarre to get delivery services from local stores and restaurants. You can tell that Sarah cares about providing the best experience possible for her guests! Highly recommend her beautiful home if you’re staying in Navarre!

What a great place!! I have stayed at many air bnb’s, most have just mediocre pots, pans, knives, etc. April’s home had great pans, sharp knives, storage containers for leftover food! Plenty of wine glasses and coffee mugs! Beds were so comfortable and the home was just Perfect!! Very clean too! The yard was fenced in and large for the dogs! It was perfect, and April was a great host!!

Great stay. We enjoyed all the equipment, fishing equipment, paddle boards, beach chairs, etc

Our stay in Pensacola was great! We were centrally located to everything. Pensacola beach was only about 20 minutes away. Nightlife was also very close. Devillier's square was abt 5 mins away; so was some bars with good deals and pool tables. There was some construction going on around the neighborhood but it was very quiet and felt safe.

It’s not too crowded, and the fact that it’s such a close walk makes it ideal for going in and out for one or two hour spurts at the beach or pool without too much friction. Everything felt really clean when we arrived. A few things that I really appreciated 1. The proximity to the beach 2.A lot of thoughtful small touches that make a difference. A beach umbrella, chairs, beach bag for guests meant a lot we didn’t have to pack. 3. The materials to KEEP the condo clean: a vacuum, washer/dryer, broom, dish soap, etc. during your stay. I would bring your own hand soap and toiletries though. The washer and dryer are in different rooms, so bring a laundry basket. 4. Smooth check in and communication with Gina. 5. Small things like board games and a sound machine make it a little more homey. Someone who has travelled with kids a lot set this up!

We can’t say enough good things about LEISURE AWAITS!! The house was so warm and welcoming! We felt right at home for the entire trip! It was decorated beautifully and had lots of amenities! The master bathroom looked like it belonged in a 5-Star spa! The double shower was amazing! The patio was gorgeous as well! With a nice fire pit and decorative lighting! And lastly, the kids enjoyed the game setup in the garage!! We also used some of the beach stuff like umbrella, sand castle toys, chairs, etc. That was very convenient having that on hand! Such a thoughtful setup! I’m saving this listing because we WILL be staying here again in the future if it’s available!! Thanks again for opening your home to my family! Tammy was an incredibly thoughtful and attentive host. The amount of time and thought she put into every detail of the property was truly impressive. Everything was beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. The property itself was stunning—peaceful, well-maintained, and full of charm. We loved staying here! Super close to the beach and easy to navigate! The hole is cool, quiet, and great for any type of family. Our host was responsive and nice, but the house had everything you could think of. I 100% recommend!

Just like the pictures. It was a nice stay with a big yard for the dogs. Good location and quiet area. The few questions we had were answered quickly. Worth noting, the cookware is pretty scratched.

Checked in and Andrea's home had everything you needed for your stay and for the beach. The home was perfect for our us.

We enjoyed Wendy’s place a lot. It was a homely experience for us. Wendy was always responsive and helpful. Our actual checkout time was 9am and we requested for 2 hours extra time. Wendy happily agreed to let us stay another 2 hours. Overall this is great place to stay and we would love to stay again in future

We had an amazing stay at this Navarre gem! From the moment we booked, host Wendy was an absolute pleasure—friendly, responsive, and incredibly flexible with our arrival and departure. She made everything seamless. The home itself was spotless and well-maintained. The private access to the water was a huge highlight—we even caught a couple of nice trout right from the shore! The pool area was clean and inviting, and the "pup pad" was such a thoughtful addition. Our golden retriever loved having a secure space to relax—it really made the trip feel like home for all of us. The location was ideal—close to everything in Navarre, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet and privacy. We’re already talking about booking again. Highly recommend this stay for families, pet owners, or anyone looking for a peaceful waterfront getaway with all the right touches!

Just as described. Patio was a little smaller than the pictures look but plenty of patio furniture.
