Holiday rentals with a pool in Penonomé District

Booked this gorgeous house for the weekend to celebrate my Mom’s birthday, and honestly, it couldn’t have been more perfect. The place was spotless, exactly like the photos, and in a lovely gated community that felt super safe. Just a short spin from the beach, and the amenities were absolutely class — everything we needed and more. Tatiana & Heyler were brilliant hosts, always quick to respond and really easy to deal with. We were even able to check out a bit later, which was a lovely bonus. Thanks again for helping make my Mom’s birthday so special — we had a beautiful stay. Would 100% recommend!

The cozy house, perfect for a group of friends with their families, each room has its own bathroom and therefore we all had enough privacy. The spacious common areas are ideal for children, with all the amenities, the beach super close... We'd go back

Great location and place to spend with the family.

This was our 2nd stay at this same rental. Obviously that says something. We'll be back next year. Loved the pool, loved the fruit trees. Lots of birds. Secluded area allows bird watching. Nice sunsets.

We really enjoyed the house, it is very well equipped for cooking, hammocks for resting, swimming pool in front of the house garden, very clean, very cozy and pleasant. The spectacular saltwater pool, the beach is close and you can walk. Eduardo was very attentive, very kind and was flexible with the arrival time and departure time. Excellent host! We would definitely stay at this villa again.

100% Recommend. Gorgeous Villa, well equipped and lots of space inside and out to relax and play. Well suited to families. Full access to the larger resort amenities which is a bonus. The artwork inside is also a nice touch. Maria was a responsive and hospitable host. I wish I could have stayed longer :)

We had a fabulous time while staying at Eva’s. she was VERY responsive to all our questions and answered very promptly. We would definitely return in a heartbeat. LOVED every moment. Her place is very private, super clean, homey and spacious. highly recommend staying with her. the location was absolutely perfect for our golf adventures and close to restaurants, fresh fruit and vegetable market and a mini mart. We had an amazing time! We loved the apartment has everything we need and Aldo is an always available super host, super attentive and accommodating!! The place super comfortable and clean and the social areas quite fun! It was an excellent experience we will certainly come back!!

Everything is very nice, cozy and impeccable and with a very good location, the truth of the white beach we really liked it, I recommend it!

Its not the first time we stay in Buenaventura, We love the peace this place can give us. However, we had a birthday weekend planned with friends and needed a place to have dinners, and BBQs, but the House rules are very strict which made us change the entire plan of our birthday celebration because we couldn't have dinner in the house. Even after explaining the reason for the rental and that everyone else was staying at another apartment near by and that we were all responsible adults, he expressed that there were many fines that could be paid if we went along with the dinner plan. Overall a very nice place to stay and everything is very nice, I understand the rules in order to maintain it the way you found it, but if you are planning to have a get together or birthday dinners .. This is not the place. But if you want peace, than it should be a Perfect fit. We did not mean to destroy anything at all, we just wanted a place to get together to have dinner and sing HBD. Our family of four had an amazing stay here! The place is beautiful, well furnished and equipped. The complex area with pools and the beach was a wonderful outside atmosphere! The complex was not busy at all so it was great to hang out at. We wished we could stay longer in this accommodation. Melvin and his wife were very friendly and communicative, allowing for easy check-in and out. Highly recommend!

Incredible stay, the apartment has a privileged location and with a beautiful view of the sea. Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the background waves is priceless. In addition, the apartment has everything you may need during your stay. We will definitely be back.

Theresa solved our problems when we arrived. The space was well worth the price and everything we needed for cooking and going to the pool were there. Highly recommend
