Claire and James are the definition of perfect hosts. Extremely helpful, nice and welcoming. They made us feel right at home. It is a very nice living space, complete with all necessary amenities, plus hot showers, an extra large bed and a well-equipped kitchen - and the wall mounted smart TV was most welcome! This was our favourite place we have stayed. Our dog's too!

Perfect apartment for a surfing holiday. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is great, everything was very clean and very well equipped. Communication with Natalia went very well and she was always very friendly and accommodating. We proactively received great tips for restaurants and surf schools in advance. All in all, a great apartment and a great stay 😊

Nice place to stay for couple days, Mariana was really friendly and communicative with clear guidance on check in and car parking location. Early mornings can be a bit noisy due to traffic, but that’s nothing. Thank you Mariana! ✨

we had a good week's vacation at Nuno and Pedro's. The accommodation lacks nothing, just a small problem with the oven that broke down during our stay (nothing serious, Pedro came immediately after being informed). We would recommend it without hesitation.

Beautiful property - you walk up into an amazing view from the balcony. We had a great time lounging on the balcony and taking in the sun and sounds of the crashing waves. Tomas was a great host, very helpful and responsive to messages. The location was quiet and peaceful with essential amenities nearby. There's great surfing spots that are a short drive away. Peniche is also very close by car. Highly recommend a stay here!

We had an amazing stay at Albert’s apartment in Peniche! As a group of four geology students exploring the region, this place was perfect for us. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great—close to the coast and the incredible geological sites we came to study. Albert was an outstanding host—super friendly, responsive, and always happy to help with local tips and recommendations. New apartment, very well maintained, very clean and tidy. Decorated with great taste. Perfectly equipped kitchen. Very quiet area and a five-minute walk to the beach. We felt very comfortable. A place to go back to.

Patricia from Best Houses was a great host and made our ‘on the road’ check in simple and easy. The house is clean, tidy and well appointed with parking out the front. Located in the condos a few minutes drive from town it was quiet being the shoulder season. Normally we would stay somewhere walkable to cafes and restaurants but on this occasion the quieter location worked well for us. Be a great set-up for a big family holiday!

Our stay at Monica‘s apartment was just wonderful! The check in was very easy and we‘ve been greeted with a very warm welcome. The apartment was very clean and a beautiful mix of traditional and modern furniture. The beach with a nice bar is just across the street and a small bakery and super market are not far away, too. One day we‘ve been surprised with a bag of fresh fruits at our doorstep and the check out at the end was very easy as well. We can only recommend this place and would love to come back in the future! Thank you for this marvellous experience!

fine little apartment. would have stayed longer if it had been free. the hostess even spoke a little German. I would have liked to have been able to speak more Portuguese to be able to speak even better. Terrace was great for relaxing and eating. Parking was right in front of the door. Beds were very comfortable, albeit a little too short for my partner, who is also above average in height. We would be happy to come back.

in terms of communication, the amenities and the location... simply fantastic for me as a surfer. has everything you need, very good surf spots right outside the front door after relaxing in the hot tub on the roof terrace. surrounded by fine restaurants, just amazing :) is definitely worth it!

Lovely, bright and fully equipped apartment in a good location between Penice and Baleal, right on the beach. Host Sara was very friendly and helpful. Would love to come back here again!

Excellent apartment, super clean, spacious, great for hosting families and super close to the beach, 4/5 minutes by car, sometimes not even that, super quiet village, great for short trips :)

Great place to stay with a pool and jacuzzi. Very peaceful with a good view. Staff is really helpful and friendly, and I had not noticed breakfast was included, that was a really pleasant surprise.

Spacious apartment. New. Very clean. Close to the beach and shopping. Very friendly.

Overall beautiful home, well equipped and very clean. Margarida was nice and always answered our calls when we needed her help. The smaller double bed and the couch were nor very comfortable. The power went out every time the drier and toaster were on at the same time. Otherwise we enjoyed the house very much.

Great apartment next to the beach, with everything we need to have a peaceful vacation. Prezo always a development with a garage place like this. Rodrigo is an excellent person, he goes in contact during the holidays to question whether we are well and with suggestions for the stay. I recommend it
