STAY at Ahangama is a 1950s built villa renovated to its current standard in 2016. The villa is very spacious and lets in plenty of light, especially in the main livingroom area. The villa features a middle courtyard with a fish pond and a pool with a deck to cool off the usually hot temperature in Galle. You can reach Ahangama beach within five minutes (walking), and Mirissa beach or Unawatuna beach in 20 minutes by vehicle. The Galle Fort is within a 25 minute drive from our property.

Perfect stay for some relaxed and peaceful days in a stylish, clean and lovely villa. We stayed for three nights with our kids and couldnt recommend this gem of a villa enough: Gianluca is a great host: always available & super friendly. Ira is a treasure: also always available and did everything to make our stay even more comfortable. We immediately felt like home and the style and athmosphere in the villa is just amazing. We spent the sunny days at the pool with the beatiful sorroundings. The Villa was very clean and perfectly eqquiped & furnished. See you next time in Ahangama 🙌

Our stay was wonderful! We went for a short vacation for my birthday. Me and my friends had a great time here. The property was so calming and peaceful. The place was more than true to the photos. It was beautiful to the naked eye. A highlight of our trip is that the staff were so kind and service was excellent. We definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a getaway and wants to be immersed in nature.

The treehouse is an amazing place to stay for exploring the south coast of Sri Lanka. The location is very private and enclosed but still close to the towns of Unawatuna and Galle. The treehouse itself was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and even have a BBQ! The pool was a great size and depth with a cool rope swing. The hosts were very helpful and attentive, with a very friendly doorman. We wish we could have stayed longer as this was the highlight of our trip.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tammy's property. The setting amidst the paddy fields was stunning, and we loved seeing the peacocks, monkeys, and diverse birdlife. Adding to the charm were the lovely dogs on the property, Unnabala and Suddhi. The property itself is amazing, but what truly elevated our stay was Charith, the caretaker. From the moment we arrived, his warm smile and positive attitude were so welcoming. His cooking was exceptional – every meal was delicious! Beyond that, his patience and willingness to help with anything we needed were truly remarkable. Charith's care and dedication made our trip so special. While the location is beautiful, it's Charith who would bring us back to this Airbnb without hesitation on our next visit to Sri Lanka. He is an invaluable asset to this property.
